The driver was ill-equipped, and the loader lacked the proper equipment to safely complete the job. Because of their negligence, the materials were loaded improperly and slid down my roof, causing extensive damage to my skylight, fascia boards, and gutters. ​When I reached out to resolve the issue, Pioneer requested that I obtain estimates from contractors for the repairs. I followed their instructions completely--sourcing and submitting estimates from three separate contractors. ​Since sending those in, I have been given nothing but the runaround. Despite sending multiple emails and making numerous phone calls, Pioneer Building Supply has completely stalled. As of today, they have offered zero resolution, no compensation, and my home remains damaged due to their crew's carelessness. ​A company that causes property damage and then ghost its customers when it's time to make it right does not deserve your business. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
