I stood there while groups of employees walked by and no one stopped to ask if I needed help. Initially walking down the gutter aisle an employee was already helping someone and as I approached the employee turned around and walked away and also being in the group that walked by. I eventually walked over to the other aisle and asked for help from an employee that was helping someone else. He was really nice and a big help. So why was I ignored by about 4 other employees? Who knows. I've been in this particular ACE in Belfair and occasionally the employees are nice but a good portion of the times they are not. It must be miserable working there.

However, they figured it out and made a key to fit! Even more challenging was a disassembled lock for the door on a very old German made sideboard for which I had no key. I had spent alot of time trying to figure out how to reassemble this lock (that I disassembled myself to be truthful). They figured it out very quickly and gave it back to me with a key that worked! After we put a deposit on the first building, the dealer called and told us he won't make good on our contract. We told him to return our deposit immediately. He said he'd mail the check back. Insted, he waited until the close of business that Friday and cashed the check. We are currently out several hundred dollars and have no building coming. The parent company, West Coast Metal Building , is in Salem, Oregon. They operate in Washington, Oregon, CA and other north west states. They don't hold their reps accountable. They don't honor contracts. They steal.

The LVP is lifting in areas because there are uneven surfaces. The LVP has lifted so much, that the boards are sharp where they have popped. I contacted Modern Flooring Services and they informed me that my warranty expired in February (2 months back) and that they won't be able to help me. This isn't a warranty issue, this is an installation issue. Don't use this company as they won't make good on their mistakes. They did offer to provide an estimate to repair the work, however. UMMM. No thank you.
