He gets dizzy nauseous. Hallucinates and throws up. We PAY for this to happen. He could die from it combined w his prescribes medications. The property managers tell ua that they cant do anything about it. So all the emails and rules about this being a 100% smoke free community is BS. And they told my son that theres someone else here dealing w the same problem. I have lived in many new communities and this is the worst by far !!! I have NEVER smelled things from my neighbors apts before in my apt. Also their cleaning products are highly scented and come through my ac. I have to have fragrance free products and fragrance makes ME sick and yes i have drs notes to prove it. Since school is out they now let their little kids jump and drop things loudly past. 2 am running jumping stomping What it sounds like is running then bouncing then falling. I describe this to a neighbor that also hears all of the noise they make and she told me that he used to play football so that explains what's probably going on if there is football all day long all morning and up until two in the morning +++. My dad is on hospice. He's in a hospital bed and he cannot get out of bed. He is extremely hard of hearing practically 90% hearing loss but he'll be sleeping and he'll be startling. I can see him moving his arms every time they jump on our ceiling it's affecting his last moments of his life and this is not OK I was told that this was Apartment living from my community and what I think Apartment living is is that you should have respect for your neighbors and you should not be able to let your kids run free and possibly play football on your ceiling. We live right next to a park they could easily go out there Apartment living to me as you have respect for your neighbors and you don't do things like this when my children were young, I made sure that we lived above a garage now I just heard a ball bounce or something that sounds just like a ball bouncing. And this doesn't even cover all the problems structurally that this place has we didn't have the use of our garage for more than a month and then when they were done with tearing out the ceiling in the walls because of faulty plumbing, the non-licensed looking people, they did not look like they had a license at all Cut our electric to our garage. So we did not get our garage back when other people did the day they came to fix the electric in the garage and give us our garage back. We now didn't have AC for three weeks there were constantly people in and out of my apartment for three weeks trying to figure out what went wrong. They couldn't figure it out and finally, they figured out that the electric to the AC was cut from the garage from the I alleged non-licensed people that they have working here.. I never got any compensation for people being in and out of my apartment for three weeks trying to fix my AC and for people being in and out of my Garage for more than a month. I could go on, but I need to go take care of my dad. I have plenty more to add.

If you plan on renting the place, read the fine line. Charges for community utilities to $20 valet trash and extra charges found on your bill every month. The third party company they use "CON-SERVICE" is a joke. Oceanside and ConService like to point finger at each other and at the end of the day, nothing will be explained or resolved. My flooring had glue leaks, water damage from the unit above me and multiple over charge water utilities when I was away for work and not even home. Yet they seem to always find an excuse or brush the issue off. Gate is never working, so kids are always using the club house, people housing more then they can fit and cars are being broken into. It took three managements teams to finally come to me to try to resolve the issue. The crazy part was that they wanted to give me $200 to sign basically an NDA and have the owner and the property management team not at fault for any of the issues. Its not worth the headache to pay the prices they are asking. They will offer you 2700 for a two bedroom for you to find out two months after you moved in that they are now renting it out for 2100. They play games and are not looking at your beat interest.

Neither the water was working in the shower , and the fridge had frozen over. He took care of this in order to save time. Though your paying for concierge garbage pick up 4x a week , this pick up is inconsistent at best. We typically just drop it off ourselves. A huge issue for us, is tied garbage our neighbors leave outside their doors sometimes for days that attract critters and food residue seeping onto the floors. They have guards at the front gate at night who allow anyone and everyone in without checking their I. D. 'S . There's only 1 guard who's thorough in checking I. D.'s. We've never had a break in, but would hesitate to live here as a single woman knowing this lax security. You'll have maintenance inspections with limited notice , so be prepared for this. It's a short term rental situation for us, which has worked out well because of their location.

The apartment it's self is definitely builder grade but it's expected. Not a ton of space to store stuff but I made it work. I would definitely live here for a few years if I had the option to.
