Maybe earlier and more aggressive mark downs would help turn over inventory quicker? When something is months old, it should go on sale. I've mostly shopped at the gateway location and despite some choppy customer service have remained a steady customer for especially their Gstar jeans. This week I got the regular presale email. Lots if regular items on Sale, a presale plus 10 % off everything in store for preferred customers. As I arrived I was greeted without anyone telling me about sale. I found a bunch of racks with red dot on tags but when I asked what dots were for (hoping presale) I was told it was marked for inventory purposes only. I found a nice dress in the regular sale area marked down to $100. As I was paying I pulled up my email and asked about the 10 % off. The man behind the register answers that that is for presale only. I said "well what's presale items then?" I get a reply from another associate that everything marked in red dots is 40 % off for presale customers. "Oh, we'll I wish I would have known that was all on sale, I wasn't told when I asked" I replied. After having gone through all those clothes thinking they were regularly priced I simply didn't have it in me to go through them all again. Frustrating. "So what about 10 % on everything in store as listed in email?" I show him the email. He replies that he can give the 10 % but that I will have to pay now and pick up dress on Saturday. Why??? Talk about making it difficult for someone trying desperately to shop the sale in their store. Argh!!! I waited for him to be decent and give me the 10% off since the sale and extra discount was the whole reason I made the special trip there and now I missed both. Silence. I finally said "oh well I guess it's not worth $10 for me to come all the way back here on Saturday". Clueless of golden opportunity to treat a loyal customer with some proper customer service, he took my $100 and wished me a good day. Felt like stomping out of there like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman. "Big mistake, HUGE"! The money doesn't bother me really but how easily he dismissed and confused a clearly loyal customer who was trying to get the deal the email had advertised. In today's economy, that kind of "service" is downright stupid.

They mis-cut the panel and left the job with a 1/2" gap that allowed the steam to escape between the door frame and transom. Took months and months of calling to get installer to return with wrong seal and steam is still escaping causing the entire room paint to be damaged due to the humidity and now needs to be sealed and repainted. Certainly don't bother your friends when there is a service like mastermind movers that will do the job for you and do it right. Eddie and his crew get my full 5 Star recommendation. These guys were careful and efficient. They came to my home on time and did exactly what was needed. We were getting new carpet installed in three rooms and we needed all of the furniture moved off the carpet and into another room. After the carpet was installed Eddie and team returned promptly as planned and moved everything back exactly how it was. He even remembered where each of the pieces of furniture should go. I was pleasantly surprised by the service and the cost and would hire these guys again.

He didn't tell us the total until…read moreeverything was packed up and then said we owed him hundreds for a few furniture pads for one week and requested it in cash. Don't accept any extra people, equipment, or service from these guys unless you get the total beforehand. I know this already, but stupidly assumed basic human decency in the rush to get packed up and moved. The guys also moved our TV console without properly packing it. I told them to leave it alone because I needed to empty it. Not only did they move it anyway, but they flipped it with a Wii, Ipad, and PS4 inside. Luckily nothing broke, but the Ipad and Wii controller were both a bit scratched up. We have a lot of cameras, and saw poor handling and wild uncoordinated taping which led to the bottom falling out of some boxes. I will say they worked fast, but if you have fragile or expensive things I wouldn't let them touch it.
