Screen shattered and threw it out so didn't bring in the screen protector. They didn't put my purchase into the system so now I'm SOL!

I went yesterday to have my original screen replaced as well as have a cover put on my iPhone....And now half the time I push a button it doesn't work. I read about going to non-Apple places to get parts replaced and apparently I should've read that before I went there because I would know why I can't pick up phone calls, why I can't hang up phone calls, why I can't hear people, and why the screen is black while someone is still talking, and the icons aren't working. When you try to call them to talk to them, their voicemail picks up and then tells you it's full awesome business! Now I have a phone that I can't use. Thank you ZAGG! Bought a cover for my I watch. It cracked after a month and found out their "warranty " is $10 for a replacement??? Paid that and now a couple weeks later it popped off when I barely caught it on something. I put it back on but noticed it is cracked again. Read on as others have had that problem. Really disappointing as now I've spent $50 and have a cracked cover. Hopefully can find a better product Update. The owner reached out to me suggesting an upgrade. Bought an Apple Watch screen protector from this store and it popped off within 2 days. I came back to get a new one since it comes with warranty and they told me I needed my old screen to get my replacement. This is a ridiculous rule being that my screen protector popped off. I have no idea how I am supposed to bring back a screen that popped off during my day. Save yourself $40 and go somewhere else. would rate negative stars if I could for poor quality materials and poor customer service. read more

DO NOT bother to get a protector for Apple Watch. The biggest frustration I had with it is how terrible the touch screen is with the protector on. So many things wouldn't work or I'd have to click a thousand times before it would register. Extremely annoying and ruins the ease and high quality of the Apple Watch. It does protect your actual screen from getting cracked, however the glass protector cracks with ease. I can flick it with my finger and it will crack. With each crack it spreads across the whole protector, looks terrible, and led to the pieces of glass falling off. The actual screen may get scratched or cracked, but it doesn't spread like the protector does and honestly doesn't look bad. No one notices those and let's be honest, the watch is more of a utility for most people so it isn't a big deal if you scratch the actual screen. The touch sensitivity will still be just as good. I've only had the protector for a couple weeks and this has been my experience. I had my watch for over a month before I got this protector and never had any scratches or cracks. I won't ever recommend zagg for the watch, but I've had a great experience with my iPhone protector. Definitely will continue with that. @Zagg, can I get a refund for my Apple Watch protector? read more

I had a glass screen protector put on my new iphone three months ago. It shattered on the corners several times so I got glass slivers in my hands. Ouch!! I'll never get a glass protector again. I had the glass shield replaced with their rubber style (for $8 installation fee which also voided my glass protection plan). My glass screen cracked underneath the new cover within days. Awful products!! First and last time buying from Zagg. I NEVER had a problem for seven years with other screen protector brands. I tried to call them on their listed phone number during business hours, but no one answered and they don't have voice mail set up. Not very customer friendly. The employee was friendly and fixed my phone in just a few minutes. This location in fashion place mall is convenient to the food court and the east mall entrance. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service. Quoted a reasonable cost for the fix and left the device to return and be charged significantly more. Device was fixed. These are expensive screen protectors for phones and other touchscreen devises. These expensive products have a "lifetime warranty", which means for $8 you can get a new one. This is false advertising - my prediction is that this company will not be around in 5 years with this type of warranty policy. Class action lawsuit waiting to happen... read more

Service has always been good. Prices started going up from $6 to $10 for a replacement. The product needs to be improved in certain areas where it peels normally the top corners. Overall the product is decent and I don't know of any other protector companies that do it better. read more

Be careful if you decide to purchase anything from this location. We spent $45 on a glass screen protector that allegedly has a "lifetime" warranty for my iPhone 7plus. Have had to have the screen protector replaced 5 times in 2 months because it is peeling up in the corners. The product is obviously defective or the employees are not doing a good job installing the screen protector. Each time you have your screen protector replaced they charge you a $6 installation fee. When I made the initial purchase they failed to disclose the fee and so I thought the price was worth it. What a rip off! And on top of it all the girl who was helping me today was rude and condescending. Hopefully they hire more customer service oriented people in the future. read more

Always been a loyal customer to zagg, and I don't ever get my screen protector replaced anywhere else, and the guy who was attended me said that he couldn't replace it because it wasn't zags, and I tried to explain to him that I always get it from them, and he asked me to show him the box th screen protector came in, when obviously they don't give you do that, because I have never gotten the box from them. And he took off half the screen protector so now it's all bubbly and cracked. Super disappointed read more

I basically paid them $200 to f*uck my phone up came to repair a cracked iphone x screen ($235, insane right?). It took an hour and a half and they were done, i'm handed my phone, and it's not responsive to my touch, so i have them do it again, which they can't because they were closing so I had to come back the next day. so i did, and they try again, this time it does work, but only for a short period of time. 1 month later my phone will just turn black and random times while im watching videos or scrolling through instagram, but the weird thing is that i can still hear the sound and am still able to use the touch, but i cant see what im tapping because the screen is black. and now my phone screen wont come back on at all and now im unable to answer phone calls and have to just sit there and let it ring since i cant see the screen. thank you so much to whoever employed high schoolers to do tech read more

Absolutely horrible customer service by the leadership team at this location not only was the store manager the one helping me, but the district manger was there and would not look my way to have a conversation about my concern after I asked the store manger who I could speak to. Being someone who works in customer service as I tell all my employees, there's always something you can do to help to ensure you have a returning customer. I was spoken to like a robot and treated with such disrespect. I've been a loyal customer with zagg since the very beginning and to be treated the way I was makes me never want to use you again, there are much cheaper options out there and the only reason I have stayed with zagg is out of loyalty. Best Zagg I've been to! I went there today on a busy Saturday to replace my glass invisible shield that I took off on purpose to fix my phone. (Nothing wrong with the invisible shield). He took my phone and gave it to the other guy working, I paid for my replacement ($6) and by the time I put my wallet back they already had my replacement on and I was ready to go. read more
