Throughout the project Hay Runner refused to provide basic project information (schedule, budget to actual updates, subcontracts, vendor invoices, etc) and provided inaccurate updates on status/timing of the project. Rather than provide such information, Hay Runner threatened to walk off the project. This pattern of behavior unfortunately starts at the top with the aggressive behavior of its owner, Shannon Richards.
