Everyone at Edge, from Tom, the owner to David in the office, was so easy to talk to, answering every question that I had and explaining any point that I didn't understand. They controlled the delivery and pick-up of the dumpster to accommodate me, rather than the dumpster driver. They showed up on time, the crew was courteous and professional. They covered all of my plants and my deck to protect them from debris. They swept the ground with a magnet to collect any stray nails that came off with the old roof. They cleaned up and were gone before I knew it. Honestly, it was like magic. The roof is beautiful and I have a warranty that I can pass on to the next owner of the house, if I ever sell. I worked with David and Dalton. They stayed with me while I called the insurance company to report my claim. I had a claim 6 years prior where a tree branch punctured my roof. At that time, the roofer that I got a quote from did not walk me though the process. Enduring the high winds & rains of Hurricane Irma this week was quite frightening as a homeowner. But what a relief to wake up this morning still without power but to an intact roof with every shingle still in place (our house has a high pitched roof and sits on a hill catching every high wind that comes our way). Hunter came out after a call about squirrels getting in my attic. Hunter flew a drone around and found the spot they were getting in and the damage that was caused. I got an email that evening (Thursday) on the cost. I sent a return email on Friday that the cost seemed very reasonable and to go ahead and do the work. The work was completed on Monday.
