I am beyond disappointed with my experience with bayport Edible Arrangements. My delivery was left sitting outside in the heat for three hours--completely unacceptable for perishable food. By the time it was brought inside, the arrangement had been exposed to heat far too long and was no longer in the condition it should have been. What made this even worse was the complete lack of concern from both the bayport store owner and corporate customer service. When I reached out looking for help, neither was willing to take responsibility or offer a meaningful solution. The owner was dismissive and unhelpful, and corporate was no better. For a company that prides itself on gifting and customer satisfaction, and state if you're not completely satisfied you will be reimbursed 100% the service was shockingly poor. If something goes wrong, don't expect accountability or support. Between the careless delivery and terrible customer service, I will never order from Edible Arrangements again read more

Bought a large fruit arrangement and 24 cookies. I bought this over the phone and confirmed delivery the next day as she was going out of town. I called my friend the next day at the end of the day (7pm-ish) to ask her if she got anything and she said no and that she was home all day. She also has ring cameras and stated that no one had came to her home that day (she checked because she wanted to see if maybe someone came while she was in the shower and no one had came) The next morning I called Edible arrangements and the girl who answered the phone stated that the driver went there and no one was home. This immediately infuriated me as this was a lie. The lady told me that it was back out for delivery that day. I explained to the woman that the person who these were for had already left her home and was not going to be home for the next week. I told her to please cancel the order as she had already left! Now here we are 3 weeks later and this store still has not credited the credit card. I have tried to call the store and no one answers and I can not even get in touch with anyone at the corporate. I want everyone to know my awful experience with Bayport's Edible Arrangement store. I ordered fruit for Thanksgiving with the intention of having my guests dip the fruit in a chocolate fountain. The strawberries and pineapples were hard and everything else was soft, mushy and tasted bad. I called the store and the store manager (Emily) who later told me she would talk to the boss offered me 30 percent off and free delivery. I asked for a refund, a new delivery of what I purchased or I was going to dispute it. She told me she would call me back and never did. Later, I called and was told she went home. The following day, I had to call back and she still stuck to giving me 30 percent off and free delivery to resolve the issue of receiving an inedible edible arrangement. Emily, the manager was nasty, lied (later said she was the boss) and when I told her I was recording the call she hung up on me. Stay away from this store and order from one in a neighboring town. Edible arrangements' fruit is typically delicious and Bayport's Store is not! Nor are they friendly or accommodating. I've never written a review, but felt compelled to and I also put in a dispute for the first time with my credit card company. read more

The fruit basket I got for my mother was so beautiful she started to cry. The woman on the phone took the time to listen to what I want and absolutely exceeded my expectations. She even let me personalize my letter and use funny nicknames we used growing up. What an amazing experience and result. Thank you Edible Arrangements in Bayport! I will recommend again. DO NOT USE THIS STORE----- Firstly, the sheer incompetence displayed by the workers at this establishment is astounding. From being unable to follow simple delivery directions, to being now over three business days late on delivery, and now rude and insincere communication from store employees! Secondly, I ordered this arrangement for my Aunt whose husband, my uncle, passed away on Sunday. It is now end of day Tuesday and all I have to show for my $120 is two failed delivery attempts. Is my grieving Aunt supposed to receive three day old fruit thats been carried across the city for two full days? When I called to ask about my order the woman who answered simply said, that is not my problem. I stated that I requested the delivery to be sent in the morning on Monday. She replied that early is not a valid time, despite morning being one of their only three options. Upon the first delivery attempt the driver made no effort to call the recipient- which I provided on the order form. My sister tried to send me a really nice feel better fruit arrangement. Delivery driver left it directly in front of my door so when I opened the door it knocked over and fell apart. This one really sucks....they get one star bc they did end up delivering my order....even though it was about 5 pm when it got delivered. Be careful if your expecting a delivery during the day as I was. My order which was a large one at about $140, arrived WARM and WITH MELTING CHOCOLATE EVERYWHERE! The delivery man did not have a refrigerated truck either! Listen I understand things happen sometimes businesses have a bad day but in that case they should maybe actually RETURN MY CALLS but instead the ty Adam here has gon radio silent since I tried calling and complaining, I left a message and he has never called me back. I received a lovely arrangement ($60) sent as a get well gift. By the way, I'm talking about the Bayport New York store. Fruit was hard and in edible. I called as soon as I received it and tasted the melons and the girl who answered certainly shouldn't have been a spokesperson. I called two days later to speak to a manager who talked her way through telling me I should've taken a picture. I told her I was going to write a review which she didn't appreciate telling me she would have compensated if I had a picture. My purpose was to let her know the fruit was awful tasteless and inedible. Why would I take a picture and why didn't the girl on Saturday? Tell me to do so. I'm advising you not to order from the store. The customer service should be handled in a better way. I was not looking for money back. Unbelievable -- How do places like this actually manage to stay in business? My sister-in-law recently sent a fruit arrangement & balloons to us as my wife had a surgery. The arrangement had Strawberries, Honey Dew Melon, Cantaloupe Melon -- Chocolate covered Strawberries --Pineapple -- Bananas. The best part of the entire course was the thickness of the chocolate on some of the fruit, but NONE of the Fruit was first grade and None of the melon was ripe -- the strawberries were quite small -- all in all it SUCKED ! By far the worst customer service. Accidentally wrote the wrong address and when I tried to call and fix the problem they did not answer the phone. They left the phone on the answering machine so that nobody could get through. To make matters worse my arrangement got delivered super late to the wrong address and at that point the store was closed. I called the next day and once again no answer. I ordered a surprise Edible Arrangement from the Bayport store for my niece to be delivered on her birthday. They didn't deliver it on that day or notify me it wasn't going to be delivered. The next evening I get an email it was delivered the next day. When I called the store, they were very nasty on the phone. She stated her policy was if the Edible Arrangement was delivered the next day and someone received it on my behalf, they would not give a refund. I tried explaining to her that it was supposed to be a surprise for a birthday and if I knew they weren't delivering it I would have ordered something else. Keep in mind I am receiving this as a gift on Valentine's Day . so I called spoke to the girl she said the manager will call me back the manager never called me back I had to call him and he straight up lied and said he put a ticket In and corporate said they can't give my boyfriend a refund And that instead they'll send me out 6 chocolates strawberries on the next delivery ....Meanwhile my boyfriend spent $120 altogether 79.99$ For the fruit arrangement and $13.99$ for the three Valentine's Day balloons plus tax and delivery charge so it all came out to 120. The manager of the Bayport edible rangement's has horrible customer service lies and steer clear of this establishment go anywhere else but here. I got in touch with corporate they said that the manager never called he never put a ticket in he lied about ever contacting them and that they are willing to give me my refund because I'm a dissatisfied customer they had no problem with it and they don't understand why the manager of the Bayport edible arrangements have such a problem giving the money back!!! If I could give 0 stars to this establishment, I would. If you are expecting some type of customer service, don't even bother with this store and I would take My money elsewhere. My delivery for a family member's birthday was unable to be delivered as the recipient was not home, thus when I called to seek some re-delivery of some sort - Emily the alleged manager of the store answered the phone with a nasty attitude, she would cut me off when I would speak and did not even sound like she genuinely cared about the circumstances. She raised her voice at me over the phone which I didn't appreciate as I am a customer who chose to spend my hard earned money with this establishment in order to do something nice for my family member. This store is a JOKE I ordered an arrangement from myself and my sister for Father's Day. For whatever reason, the arrangement was not delivered. I have spent the last 2 hours trying to get in touch with the store. I have called, emailed, harassed them on Facebook, called Customer Service, left a Goole review....anything I could think of. No response, no call, nothing. Then suddenly I received a refund. ARE WE KIDDING. I STILL don't know why my item was not delivered. Father's Day has ended and I have NOTHING to show for it. I had to explain to my father that no, his daughters didn't forget him. This store is unprofessional and ridiculous. They're too cowardly to call their customers and explain their POS service. BUYER BEWARE! My mom ordered from Bayport Edible arrangements and wanted it shipped on Friday January 7th for my birthday. it did not show up. When it showed up on Saturday night, my balloons were not with the fruit. When I opened the fruit it was WARM and SWEATING. I could not serve my kids this nor myself. When i called we were told to take photos and speak to the manager. He would NOT refund my moms money of$85.00 for this piece of crap fruit. He fought with us tooth and nail and said that the fruit is in refrigerated trucks. I told him the fruit showed up in a SILVER mini van, not an EDIBLE Arrangements truck. He said he uses the mini van when they are extra busy. SO i guess he serves warm fruit when there extra busy to get more orders in. We order from Edible Arrangements for years and NEVER had this disappointing experience as BAYPORT location has shown us. DO NOT by any means order from here. I can see why they got such bad reviews. Not to mention the delivery was 3 hours late, and the driver called the recipient ahead of time and ruined the surprise. I placed an order for an arrangement for my mothers birthday and the arrangement never came, no one called me or her to let anyone know it was not coming, and it was not left at any neighbors houses. I called the following day to ask for a refund and Michelle told me there would absolutely be no refund?!! I have no product, how can you charge the customer for something they never received!? She had the nerve to laugh hysterically before she hung up saying "thanks for choosing edible arrangements of Bayport, I hope you order with us again !" really??? I placed a online order and when I call to get a update on it I was told RUDELY by the man on the other line that it will be delivered by 4pm.
