    0 Stars. All of the other similar reviews are absolutely accurate. So here's another example of this location's issues. Order from any other store but this one. Or use a different company frankly. What a disaster this order ended up being. Here's the breakdown. This was for a family member who just got back from getting treated for cancer. I did schedule this ahead of time on the website. I neglected to realize what store it was being fulfilled from, and wish I had checked the yelp reviews ahead of time. Pretty simple order (See photo). Fruit bouquet, Add-On bag of nuts, and a balloon. A nice little care package to brighten their day up. Fruit to eat right away, nuts that would last a little longer and a balloon to be cheer them up. So it's delivery day. Monday 7/29. I get a phone call and it's from the scheduler and they wanted to make sure someone would be home. And as a heads up as many other reviews say, they basically use Door Dash or similar service now to delivery these. And those people have no tie or connection to the store and could care less what happens. But still how nice and thoughtful of you to call and check ahead of time if someone would be there. WRONG!!! So the order arrives. Everyone's all excited, they text me how nice it was. They send some photos over (see pics). And I mention to them "oh there should be some cashew nuts too as an add-on". They say we didn't see any. I said well make sure they aren't like hiding under the fruit or something else. No nuts. Maybe the door dash person who delivered it didn't pick it up, maybe it's in their car, who knows. So I call back to the number that called me in the morning. (Spoiler: I ended up calling 4 times over the course of the day). Hey the order didn't come with my add-on cashews. Followed by oh yeah the store was out of them. This is pretty poor customer service right here. So someone talked with me about the delivery time, you had a perfect opportunity to let me know that ahead of time, you could have offered an alternate option, and frankly i'm pretty sure if I hadn't called back there is no way I would be refunded for an item they were out of stock on. So that's fine, it sounds like I'll be refunded, but I was pretty skeptical. Then I take a look at the photos a bit better. AND THIS IS THE THING I HAVE A REAL ISSUE WITH. I notice the Balloon actually says "THANK YOU". They sent a "THANK YOU" Balloon to my family member who is dealing with cancer. "THANK YOU FOR HAVING CANCER!" Enjoy your fruit basket. So I call the back the scheduler. No answer. So I actually call the store no answer. So finally later in the day I call back again and finally get an answer. We go through this issue and how unprofessional it is that this happened. Some answer about the person at the store doesn't speak English very well. Once again a missed customer service option. They should have said we are so sorry, we can get this corrected. Would you like us to send the correct one today. None of that happens. So by this point 2 out of the 3 items have had issues. There's no confirmation or anything about a refund. And it turns out the person I've been calling isn't able to refund it anyway as that requires the manager. So at this point I give up and go to the corporate website to try and get help. By the way their main number to call doesn't work. And there is no live chat option, just a contact us web form. I fill out the webform, and thankfully this actually generates a case number. However with careful digging you can call 1-877-363-7848 and through the option tree actually get to a real person in customer service instead of ordering an item. So now I've got a case number. They say the store manager will be back in touch within 48 hour. Wednesday rolls around, absolutely no response. Am I surprised, not at all. So I call back to the corporate number, finally get to a real customer service person who can see my case number and order. They try to call the store while I'm on hold. 10 minutes later this very nice customer service person comes on and tells me she's been on hold the entire time, and finally elevates it to her manager. Ultimately I get my $18 refund for the actual items refunded. They apologize. And while I don't expect the order to be full refunded, no consideration for the hassle or the issues or here's a discount for the future or whatever customer service usually can offer. So basically if I didn't spend tons of my own time staying on top of this I don't think it would have ever been cleared up or refunded. It's amazing this store and frankly Edible Arrangements is even in business with practices like this for a product that costs a fortune, Whoever is at this store needs to pay more attention and dot your i's and cross your t's and you need some massive help in customer service and corporate training. Edible Arrangement Corporate you should consider removing them.

    My 'Centerpiece"

    I want to warn anyone considering this business to stay away!!! I got an arrangement that looked like a toddler made it. I was mortified!! I went back the next day and the manager refunded my money. She proceeded to tell me that there were problems with some of the help and the owner does not deal with them???? Therefore I ended up with garbage for a centerpiece for a party. STAY AWAY!!! There is no quality control and the owner doesn't care. I emailed the Corp Office. They don't care either.

Her pricing is very fair. Also, my daughter lives out of state so, as the mother of the bride living in NJ, I had the most contact with Monika. However, Monika made it a point to make certain that my daughter had exactly what she wanted, even allowing me to FaceTime her during one of our meetings. I can't say enough good things about how wonderfully we were treated and all of the flowers were absolutely phenomenal, adding a special touch to an amazing day! As a side note, my daughter-in-law also chose Fleurs Divine when she and my son married on 10/08/21. The flowers were spectacular then too. Please don't hesitate to use Fleurs Divine for your event! You will be happy you did.
