I ordered by phone an arrangement for a wake last week.I explained I wanted something substantial.The florist assured me for 150.00 it "would be substantial." To my shock and embarrassment my "substantial"arrangement was the only one that had to be set on a portable table due to it being in a vase! The fact that it was a representation of my entire family who could not attend the viewing and funeral only raised my level of embarrassment! Another friend who attended the same wake used a different florist in the area and spent the same amount as I... Well it was, five times the size of mine in a large floor arrangement. I called and expressed that what I payed for was not "substantial" the only response was "well sorry you feel that way." I love it here! I live in Verona but go to Morristown specifically for Colly Flowers. They have the best cards and whenever I go in there are different items displayed. Last time they had so many plants- and don't get me started on the fun holiday stuff. The owner has such a good eye! In addition to my husband now exclusively ordering me flowers from them, I've used them for every occasion I've needed flowers for since they opened. Sent flowers to the hospital for a new baby, ordered flowers for my mom, ordered custom pieces for Christmas that were amazing, etc. They use unique flowers arranged loosely because they are modern and true to the style they have always been. Love this flower shop! Their arrangements are beautiful, their selection of non-floral items are perfectly unique, and they have an awesome variety of indoor plants. The design of the flower shop is also 100% on point, when I was in I mentioned that I wish they had a cafe table to sit and hang while I drink my coffee. I strongly recommend that you stay away from this Florist. I called to order flowers to a local funeral home in Morristown. The shop was not familiar with the funeral home even though it was in Morristown as well. That should have been a signal to shop elsewhere. Instead, I ordered the flowers. $100. I was not told about the arrangement. When I arrived at the wake, I was extremely embarrassed by the arrangement. There were 8 flowers in a small vase. The height was no more than 8 inches. I was ridiculed by relatives. "Did you pick those flower up from CVS on your way here?" When I called the shop to express my dissatisfaction, and ask for a $50 refund, I was told no. " We are a unique florist." Really? Does "unique" mean ripping off the customer? For $50, the owner of this shop lost future business and much good will. Sad way to operate a business. read more

The photos are NOT representative of the product at all. This is not a "style" of floral arrangement, this is a cheap way to arrange flowers. Not impressed, would NOT advise using this shop.
