a fruit arrangement in a glass bowl

Let me start out by saying I really did like Edible Arrangements. But when I send my friend an arrangement from the Colonial Heights store. She didn't receive what I payed for. It wasn't nothing but professional. However all the stores aren't like this. And she wasn't impressed by the way she received it. Some fruit wasn't even ripen. Or even cut right it was poorly decorated. I went to the store today to speak to a manager. The store was closed even when the sign on the door said it was to open. I'm not happy about this , because it meant a lot to me. However I will not allow this to rest. Anyone who has ever sent one knows it's not cheap. For sure this store has dropped the ball hard. I request a total refund.

The fruit was fresh and sweet. The strawberry chocolate coating was delicious. The overall arrangement was beautiful.

I've been here before to make quick purchases for friends and family and always got good service. today I stopped in to pick up my free birthday strawberries. When you sign up for their email services it ask for you to put your birthday they do this because on your birthday month they send a certificate to get free strawberries thank you edible arrangements

Hard and unripe. Not edible. Fruit did not have any taste.

I feel like we were robbed. My sister was very well loved and received over 50 arrangement, Peace Lilies, bouquets, bleeding hearts, wreaths and such beautiful flowers from other florist. The amount was just incredible. This mess of a wreath stuck out as unfinished and unprofessional. I was embarrassed to say the least. Other florist really delivered the MOST, beautiful. The florist dept closes at 3 pm daily. They do not return calls. Please dont waste your money like I did. Bland florist many people ordered, from as I collected cards. I recommend BLAND not this place!

I LOVED how their landscaping is an inspiration heaven. We parked next to the most beautiful snapdragons and succulents and flowers I couldn't identify (but I took a picture and one of the workers immediately identified it and showed me the options they have in all of the gorgeous colors). We were asked by no less than 6 employees if they could help find what we were looking for, if we needed help deciding, if we needed more info on how to tend a plant we were looking at. This is NOT the kind of customer service you get in the garden department at generic chain stores, this is... mega service. It was so helpful because we went in with an idea of what we wanted and - rather than letting us buy something that would die immediately in the location we wanted to put it - a helpful fella gave us the pros and cons of our other options or how we could build up the area we wanted to make the sunlight work for us. Options: wow. They have EVERYTHING. We had choices galore! We want pretty flowers, vegetables, fruit trees, decorative greenery, and they have it all. I am almost overwhelmed with the choices they have. How do you pick the prettiest choice when everything is more gorgeous than the last?!?! The prices are pretty great too. We had been looking at fig trees online and they were the same price - but local and you don't have to worry about it dying in transit! And I KNOW this one thrives in this zone, because it is already alive and well in their beautiful outdoor space. There is so much to see, they even have koi, local honey, stained glass plant picks made by a local artist, wind chimes, plant food... I definitely need a bigger yard to make my yard look more like this green Eden. I'll be back for more plants Monday. And for my Christmas tree in November. And many MANY times in between.

I called two days before my friend's birthday to confirm they could deliver to Fort Lee, and put in my order online that same day. Renee followed up by phone to ask about substituting the vase, as they were out of the yellow ones, and if that was okay. She also called again on the day of delivery to let me know that the flowers had been delivered, but left on the porch since my friend was out; and advised me to let my friend know. Really appreciated the constant follow up and communication. The flowers are also beautiful! Attached is a photo of the bouquet that my friend received. I ordered a corsage and boutonniere that was supposed to be bright white roses, and was told to put them in fridge immediately and they would last until the kids dance the following day. Since they were not open on Saturdays she said they would be fine if I kept them in fridge. Well I followed their instructions and when it came time to take them out of fridge and put them on they were all brown looking. For the price I paid for them I was highly disappointed. But again the customer service was amazing and I would come back to order flowers from them just probably not corsages and boutonnieres.
