Selection is pretty good, but the customer service is lacking. I have come in here often since I work nearby and like to walk around on my lunch break. The lines at the register are pretty much always long. During my last visit I was treated rudely by two different employees, which really made me question whether I am ever coming back. One of them refused to let me walk past a BOX she had on the floor and was unpacking at an endcap so I had to walk (no cart!) all the way back to the other end of the row to come back to where she was on the other side. She said "oh this is CLOSED for your safety." What, I'm going to trip and fall in your box? Then as I waited to pay at the register and the person in front of me was leaving and my stuff was on the belt, a manager yelled at me from another register "we can take you over HERE ma'am." She wanted me to move my 5 items over there so this girl could take her break instead of ringing me up. There was not yet a closed sign on her belt. this hobby lobby is the slowest i've ever been to. hardly any employees, i stood at the fabric counter for ten minutes ringing the bell, nobody came so i went all the way to the front to find someone. checkout line was horrendously understaffed and slow. took another 10 minutes in line. terrance the manager stood at the front and just watched and pushed some carts around here and there rather than hopping on a register to help the lines.... read more

Love Hobby Lobby! The service was pleasant, the staff was friendly. I appreciated how a staff member was directing customers in line to faster lines. The bathrooms were clean, which I appreciated. The store was changing into the Valentines holiday decor when I went recently. The store had sales on frames, trays, pictures. Will be back! read more

If you are into scrapbooking, crafts, decor, and DIY projects, then this is the store for you! Hobby Lobby has so much to offer! I'm into scrapbooking whenever I travel and the collection of stickers they have is amazing! I found many different state stickers and so many different scrapbook papers. I was overwhelmed with so many choices. They do have some clearance sales, so be on the lookout on days they do for certain items. Another item I got was a shadow box where I was able to put some valuable things on display for memories. Whatever you want, they seem to have it all. Hobby Lobby seems a little on the pricier side, so be prepared to know what you are getting beforehand. It's very organized and clean here. read more

I am obsessed with this place! I have to come in here and really be careful! Lol they have so many great items from home decor to arts and crafts. I love walking up and down the aisles and wishing I could just get rid of everything in my home and redecorate with a farmhouse feel or a cottage look. (But I have too many items that my dad built over the years to ever give them up!). They have lovely summery dishes for those outdoor lunches on your patio, or stock up on that pineapple gear for a luau. Looking for custom framing? They do that here too. Need some fabric to make curtains or a teddy bear? They have that area here also! I came in specifically to find a fabric to make curtain for my sons room. I found the cutest pattern. I'm no seamstress and I can't see, so all I did was hang the fabric from curtain clips for now. (I'll find someone would can really make them into curtains soon).this place is literally a dream store! I sometimes come in and make sure to leave my cards at home so I don't go crazy ! read more

Love the store!! Great selection of items to choose from! However, Erin has the absolute worst attitude! I went in the store today around 9:15am. I asked Erin if there was a section for teachers and her response was "it's somewhere over there in the middle, I don't know where!" Excuse me but shouldn't you have helped me, the customer find it? Great store! It's big and has just about everything I need. Except chalk markers that are not pastel colors. The prices are usually much better than Michaels. The staff is always friendly here and I can always find a good parking spot. Check out lines do take forever though. There is usually only one line open. Two when it's busy. read more
