I ordered an arrangement for Mother's Day and it did not get delivered until the day after without any notice. It was melted and gross, my mom couldn't even tell what it was supposed to be. In order to have anything done, my mother or I had to bring it to the store. After a late delivery and an inedible looking arrangement, this store continues to inconvenience people. This is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. If you cannot fulfill the orders the day they are expected, communicate or don't accept the order. They have poor customer service. We spent over $100 didn't get delivered on the scheduled date. Then they tried to say it was delivered but we have camera all over which say aloud whenever anyone is near property. A close family friend ordered an arrangement for my wife who is going thru chemotherapy. they placed a card on our door and said no one was home, however we have multiple cameras to let us know when someone is here. it was placed on 9-17-25 and we called them on 9-19-25 to try and re-deliver. they said we will have to pay another delivery fee. They never called the person who paid them in the beginning to even let him know that no product had been delivered, but they kept his money then called him after we said refund him and told him to pay another fee. please stay away from these people. I called corporate to get my money back but instead they supposedly did another attempted delivery. I never received a phone call about a second delivery nor did I receive my arrangement. My boyfriend bought me and expensive arrangements to be delivered as a surprise. Well because of this horrible service provided the surprise was ruined. He called 3 different time that day to find out why the arrangement was not delivered on the last call HE placed at 5:30 did they tell him the driver returned back to the store with the arrangement because he could not find the address. That is not correct because I entered my address in every search engine I could and it came straight to me. So I had to drive all the way over there to pick up my own arrangement because he was at work. The front person was rude and sarcastic. Then when he called on Monday about the issue the manager asked if she could look into it and she would call him back. After no call back he called her Wednesday and she act like she did not even know what happened and he had to explain it all over again. They did not even offer to refund him the delivery fee or anything but "I'm sorry that happened. " Worst service ever. The arrangement I ordered from Edible Arrangements was awesome! Not only did it look beautiful, all the fruit was succulently sweet. I couldn't have asked for better customer service - the lady (her name was Carla too) up front answered my many, many, questions and helped me pick out the perfect arrangement. I only had to wait about 20-25 minutes after ordering, walked around the little strip mall and by the time I came back it was completed and waiting up front in their fridge. Generally, I order everything online; however, I needed to make a special request and wanted to speak with the store. I called the Columbus, GA store and spoke with Carla. She was extremely pleasant and courteous. Everything I needed, she was able to accommodate, saying 'We can do that,' with each requests. She did share that this day was particularly busy and the order would have to be delivered later in the day. Even as busy as she was, she didn't rush me or talk over me. She repeated the order to make sure it was correct. Carla even delivered the arrangement. When delivered, my family was so excited and said it was beautiful and delicious. I ordered chocolate covered strawberries and pineapples for valentine's day i placed the order a month before. i get there to pick it up and none of them have chocolate on it and the whole thing isn't what i ordered at all. when i ask why they aren't covered in chocolate i was told it wasn't what i had ordered so i pulled up the email receipt and it clearly says chocolate covered strawberries with sprinkles and chocolate covered heart shaped pineapples. apparently there was nothing they could do unless i wanted to come back the next day. so it doesn't matter if you order ahead they will mess it up last minute. extremely disappointed i paid $130 for something i could get at publix for $20. read more

He told me to keep it I told him it was not fit to eat. I took the edible chocolate strawberries back to the business. The front lobby was not clean & the manager that came through the door did not look clean. Only think he could say that he was sorry & he refunded the money back to the my friend credit card. Unfortunately did not have a good experience. Scheduled a delivery for a friend and there was an attempted failed delivery. No follow up after that. I called the next day of the delivery to ask for an update and the phone went straight to voicemail. Finally called four days after placing the order (delivery still not done) and they charged $10.00 cancelation fee. Would not recommend. I placed an order and under the delivery instructions stated that it will need to be delivered before a certain time or on a different day if they couldn't do that. I was never contacted by the store, but instead received an email of order confirmation. They delivered the following day, way behind the asked time.( Person already left) When asking for a redelivery of the item I was told they do not delivery at certain time, they do not read the delivery instructions, and as a customer I should have searched their website to find out that information of no specific delivery time. I didn't asked for a specific time, just to be delivered before a specific time. Oh and you are waiting for over 20 minutes for someone to answer the phone. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service! I was told my purchase would be one of the first morning deliveries after an unsuccessful attempt the day before. Only to have to call multiple times because the driver did not deliver the basket as he was instructed to do and when they tried to locate where he was, the woman told me that the driver wasnt logging his calls so she had no idea where the driver was. However, she assured me that she was sure my basket was due to be delivered any moment to the recipient, fast forward 3 hours later and no delivery nor a phone call. I had a doctor working for my at the Columbus GA army base... Today was her last day... We had arranged to have flowers sent to her at the facility, however, she just informed us she would be traveling home to England tomorrow therefor wouldn't be able to enjoy the small token of appreciation we were sending her, so I thought... edible arrangements was something she and her colleagues could enjoy together on her last day!
