Who would've thought chocolate and pineapple were such a great pair!? I received an arrangement from a special someone a few months back. I've always thought the idea of floral shaped fruit was brilliant, I've even sent a few to others but this was my first time being surprised at work with a bouquet. The fruit was delicious, considering the fruits weren't really in season. I don't know how they do it. Several pieces were dipped in chocolate, which I gave up for lent, but quickly decided it was okay to eat chocolate that was gifted to me. I would love to try the other dipped fruits in the future, especially because I love peanut butter and that would be amazing on apples. The downside is that the arrangements can get a bit expensive but it will definitely be remembered. An enjoyable experience, unlike flowers that die after a few days. read more

I placed a time-sensitive order with Edible Arrangements, and it was either assigned or accepted by this store without my knowledge, because apparently the other stores did not have the product. I made it explicitly clear that if they could not meet the delivery timeframe, I would cancel. The store initially told me they did not have the staff to meet that timeframe. I reiterated that timing was critical. They said they would speak with a manager, then called me back and confirmed they could meet the delivery expectation. I relied on that representation. They did not perform as promised. The order was delivered late, and they failed to notify me of the delay, which eliminated my ability to cancel or make alternate arrangements. The timing and the surprise were the entire purpose of the transaction, and their failure defeated that purpose completely. I also expressly instructed them not to contact the recipient under any circumstances because it was a surprise, and they ignored that instruction and the recipient was contacted anyway. When I attempted to resolve this directly with the store, the situation deteriorated further. I was met with discourteous and dismissive behavior, and the manager changed his account of events multiple times during the same conversation while contradicting what had already occurred. Rather than taking responsibility, the store deflected blame to me first then the corporate office and refused to correct the issue. Corporate contacted the store on my behalf during escalation, and even then, the store refused to issue a refund and instead offered a partial substitute that does not address the failure. That response confirms this is not a misunderstanding. It is a refusal to take accountability. This was: A clear promise to meet a time-sensitive obligation A failure to perform after confirming that obligation A failure to notify of a known delay A complete defeat of the purpose of the transaction A disregard of explicit delivery instructions And a refusal to correct the issue even after escalation I am now pursuing further action based on how this was handled. If timing, reliability, or basic professionalism matter to you, I would strongly recommend you reconsider using this location and seek an alternative. read more

I have placed multiple orders from this location since my parents moved to Cumming in 2020. They originally got rave reviews so I continued to order. Unfortunately my last 2 orders were not good at all. I ordered fruit, cakes and flowers for my mom's birthday in September and she seemed disapointed when I asked her about her gift. My dad told me the flowers came all wilted. I decided to give it another chance for my dad's birthday and Thanksgiving. I sent a large arrangement and upgraded to half of the strawberries being chocolate dipped. I was told by multiple family members to please not order from them again. The fruit was sub-standard, only a few strawberries had any chocolate at all and those that did had only the very tip dipped, not even half the stawberries. Save your money. I wish I could choose O STARS! I ordered a $25 box for my mother for delivery on 10/3 for her Birthday. They were delivered later than requested. When she opened the box, 2 of the strawberries had MOLD growing out of them. She called the store and they refused to give me a refund for the order. She issued me a credit of $7.49 (2 strawberries) for an order that cost $37.78. My mother is not going to eat anything in the box, with MOLD. The store said they didn't know if they would have another driver in the area to deliver her a new box. She doesn't want another box, she doesn't trust they are following proper food prep and storage. She just wants me to be credited back, and they refuse to make this error right. This is completely unacceptable in the food industry and how much it cost. They really should credit me back & deliver her a bigger order, because of the hassle. I am a broke college student, who saved to be able to surprise my mother for her birthday. She still has the box and everything it contained, but she is 45 minutes from the store location. She shouldn't have to deliver this to them for proof. They should send a driver to pick it up. Very very poor customer service by this location in Cumming, GA. Son got me an arrangement for Mother's Day. He paid for delivery and asked for item to be left at front door. Instead they never came and gave lame excuse that they went to another address and that no one was home. Which was not true. I checked our front camera and they never came. My son was so disappointed because he wanted to do something special for me in Mother's Day and it would seem that staff was really rude. I told him to get a refund because there was no point rewarding a business when they were providing such poor service. They stopped answering the phone even when I tried calling. So I went to the store to make sure he got his money back and no one was there. This was well before the store should have been closed. I went to edible arrangements to get a anniversary gift. So when I picked it up and was not happy. I went back in the store and asked why there was only a half of a dipped strawberry on top of the cheesecakes, when it clearly looks like a full strawberry in the picture. The store manager then told me that is how they have always been made and if I did not like it I could have a refund. I then asked for a corporate number to call because that didn't help me with the problem, was told they don't have one so I asked for the owner of the store to call me within 24 hrs and was told I would be called when they had a chance. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It was like the employee just didn't want to be there and didn't care about why I had purchased the fruit topped cheesecakes. I am so thankful that I had not just sent them delivery, because then I would look like I didn't care about their anniversary, so now I get to explain to everyone why they look the way they do. Ordered a surprise for my hubs to say congrats while I was out of town. Never got the order, never received any communication as to why or that it wasn't delivered. Followed up with the store and they said they transferred the order to another store, wasn't told why and no communication. Called again to request a refund. Was hung up on. After 2 weeks of requesting multiple managers and just wanting my money back, I finally called Corp where they promised a refund. Still haven't received it. If I could leave less than 1 star I would. We pre ordered an arrangement to be delivered on Grandparent's Day, received a call on the holiday from the store that they couldn't deliver. They said their driver called out, which I understand. She then said DoorDash wouldn't deliver since it was 1 mile out of range. Owner was unwilling to contact DoorDash to see if they would deliver due to the circumstances. She said they could deliver tomorrow or recipient could pick up. Are you kidding? Mom , go get your gift . I asked if she was the owner and she said yes, I then asked why she couldn't deliver it herself when the store closed at 1:00. I ordered over $100 of gift items delivered for mothers day. I received order confirmation and an order number prior. On mothers day I intended to take my wife out for lunch. I made reservations for our lunch for 3:00 pm. I waited patiently for her gifts to arrive. At 2:30 I called to check the status of my order. I was told it would be about an hour before delivery. I had to cancel the lunch reservation and there were no more slots available so my wife did not get a mothers day lunch. At 4:30 I called again to check the status of my order and was told it was out for delivery and the driver was in my area. Additionally I was informed that he would call if he had trouble finding our home. At 7:10 the delivery driver arrived telling me the route optimizer sent him to the Dahlonega and back to Dawsonville then up to Dahlonega before returning to Dawsonville to make deliveries and then brought him to my home. I don't know if I was the last delivery but if I wasn't someone is going to be really upset. In closing, I would like to say thanks for spoiling Mother's Day for my wife of 58 years. I was so impressed not only with the communication from their driver, but the incredible care and concern she had not to upset the recipient of the bouquet. Ordered a mother's day arrangement yesterday to pick up today at 9 am went there around 9:20 and the arrangement was not ready which I assumed would be the case because of mother's day. We were waiting for about 20 minutes and the lady that helped us offered a balloon on the house but we already purchased a balloon. So I am not sure if I was supposed to get another balloon and leave with two but I did not. Very disappointed! Ordered as a surprise birthday gift and the delivery driver never showed! I gave instructions in the order it would be delivered to a gated community and when the gate guard called my friend, he said to let them come through the gate as he was home. The guard let the driver through and the driver never showed up! Then left my friend a voicemail at 5:00 that my friend was to call Edible Arrangents office. I am very impressed with the excellent customer service we received. When our recipient wasn't home, Alyssa, the delivery driver, immediately called to inform us. Due to circumstances, I was unable to give a local number and I was managing our order from out of state. Alyssa was extremely helpful and put me in contact with a manager, Austin, who offered to change our delivery date for us. The driver called me again when she was on her way for the 2nd delivery. Unfortunately, a family miscommunication on our end - no fault of the business - led to another missed delivery At this point, we had cost the business both time and money, yet they showed nothing but understanding & compassion.
