They close at 8 pm, and it's 9 pm. I haven't received my order, and I have no way of contacting them. I know you're busy for Valentine's Day, but there's no reason for not completing an order and then lying on the phone. Don't recommend this place to anyone! I used to order from here a couple times a year when I lived down in Miami. Never had any issues, with various deliveries and pickups. I've ordered: Sweetheart Bouquet: My usual go to. It's basically a bouquet of chocolate covered strawberries instead of roses. My wife loves flowers, but she loves chocolate more. Hearts & Berries: Has a nice mix of pineapple, grapes, and fresh strawberries. The pineapples are in the shapes of hearts and the strawberries dipped in chocolate. I've also had this one with some of the pineapples dipped in chocolate. I've picked up a few times to surprise my wife and I've also had them delivered when I couldn't make it down. Always on point, regardless of the method. Whenever I come in they are super nice - when they deliver the delivery guys have always been nice when they got to my wife's office. The fruit has always been fresh and the chocolate is so delicious. I loved when my wife would have left over and brought it home. A few hours in the fridge and the chocolate was hardened again - amazing! Sure, it's a little pricey for what it is (I mean..I can probably make one for half the price) but it's a nice gesture that goes beyond just flowers. Everyone in my wife's office loved when I'd have them delivered as they found a way to snag a couple of strawberries. Every time I ordered from this branch, I was not satisfy with my order. I mean seriously! Do you not know how to be professional? The most recent order, I ordered a box of chocolate dip mix fruits and I got a whole box full or strawberries. When I asked them about it, they said THEY have the liberty to pick their selection. I have never ordered from here because I think the prices are ridiculous. However, today I chose to make an order along with 10 other teachers for a very small fruit arrangement. Arrangement was left at the office as requested. Secretaries were over excited and began to enjoy their fruit arrangement. A couple of minutes later, a phone call came in saying the wrong order was delivered, and that it would be picked up, even though it had already been opened and some fruit was missing. The beautiful large arrangement was taken away from them, and the smaller one that was originally ordered was delivered. I was SO embarrassed not only from the mistake that your driver made and having the large arrangement taken from them, but then having it replaced with the much smaller one I had ordered. I visited this location on St. Valentine's Day after I had placed the online order with a few days of anticipation for pick up at 3PM. I arrived at around 3:10PM and the small place was jam packed and there was no rhyme or reason to the grouping of people, it was a free for all and survival of the fittest type dilema. After around 30 minutes of my waiting, a gentleman that had been waiting for over an hour finally received his order. After 50 minutes of me waiting, I canceled my order with one of the ladies I had given my order number too (at the end, 3 ladies wrote down my order number, but none of them gave me the order). I will start by saying that I love ordering from edible arrangements but the total office has very poor customer service. I needed to be delivered early and when I called in some girl by the name or "Diana" answered. Prob gave me a fake name. Anyways she answered while she was eating so I couldnt understand her. I placed my order at 9am in the morning to do a same day delivery thinking she would receive it in the afternoon, well at 1pm i received a called from them asking if I was home to make sure I was there to receive my product, told them my wife was it was for her and she then told me ok the driver will be there in 30 mins. Well I get home from work at 230 and dont see anything yet so figured ok they are running a little behind which I'm ok with and understand. 3pm comes around still nothing so I decide to call. The lady on the phone tells me the driver is still in transit to me and he will be there soon. Well after an hour of waiting at 415pm, no one still showed up so I called back, the lady places me on hold for 10 mins to call driver and then tells me that the driver has a signed ticket and that it was delivered and yet I was working out front of my house the whole time being home and no one showed up. Told the lady that and she then put me on hold for another 10 mins to call the driver back again and said there was a problem with my address and yet I wrote in the notes the exact corner streets and everything they needed to make sure nothing went wrong which i was obviously wrong about.. After waiting almost another hour, at 5pm I called back again and asked for a manager, the lady tells me shes not there so then she tells me that there was a problem with the order and they are working on it but couldn't give me an exact reason on whats going on with my order. After several minutes of arguing I asked for a manager again and she tells me the manager will be back in 5 minutes and she would call me back and hung up on me. I had requested to just get my money back at this time because I wanted the product for free due to the problems I was having trying to figure out where it was at. The lady calls me back 10 mins later and tell me there was a problem with the order and that I didn't request a time for it to be delivered yet there was no option for me to choose a time only the exact date. She then told me I could only get my money back or take the order. I told her I want my money back and want to speak to a manager. Finally got ahold of the manager and she begins by telling me that I have to understand that the driver was in an accident and then they told the driver to bring it in because the truck broke down and he still had the order and she was questioning him what happened. (pretty much making up lies after lies because that's 2 different stories in one...) I tried explaining to her that the reason I was so aggravated is because I kept getting the run around about where my product was since 1pm when I was told the driver would be there in 30 minutes and it now was almost 6pm.. I then ask for the her name and she tells me I DON'T KNOW, so I said ok you don't know your name and she goes NO I DON'T HAVE TO TELL YOU IT, so then I ask, can I have your corporate number and she tells me..YOU CAN LOOK ONLINE YOURSELF FOR IT. So at that point i'm furious and so aggravated that I start to curse. I ask for a full refund and she tells me I can only give you 80% back because the product is almost finished and I told her no I want my full refund I don't want the product anymore. She then tells me let me call the driver he should almost be there. (So yet again another back to back lies, is the driver on his way or the product isn't even ready?) She then puts me on hold to basically hang up on me so i proceed to call corporate and report the incident. After talking with corporate the let me know that they have 24-48 hours to respond back to me with a resolution. About 30 minutes later I receive a call from the "owner" of the franchise and tells me that he went back and listened to the "recording" and the way I spoke to the lady is disrespectful and called me coward. He then goes on to say if I f'n problem that I need to meet him in front of the store at 8am and talk to him face to face. Basically threatening me. Informs me to never bring my business back which clearly I would never and don't want any business done there at all. Finally tells me I will be getting a full refund but then continues to call me a coward and a bunch of other curse words that I am not able to type here. I understand incidents happen but something like this is not small. No manager can tell you I don't know when you ask their name or tell you to search online for corporate number or even the worse to have the owner call you back and threaten!!
