I should have checked the reviews before placing my order. The only thing worse than the delivery service is the attitude of the people who answer the phone. They literally think it's ok to deliver fresh fruit to someone at work at 5pm - when they have no time to enjoy it or share it with their friends at work. And DO NOT ask them to try to do a favor to get it there early lest you get even more attitude. Find an alternative. Use a different location or better yet a different service altogether. It looks like 1-800-Flowers has fruit and chocolate options available - I will try them next time. read more

I wanted to do something special for my sister on Valentine's Day so I decided to do an order from edible arrangements in Durham, Store #443. I never had a problem with Edibles for they have always been reliable. I looked on the website and it said it can do same day delivery on Valentine's Day but I had to pay $22 dollars for same day. I did everything accordingly . I advised them to call my sister before delivering the arrangement. Long story short, they never called my sister as promised, they missed the delivery date, and they just dropped the arrangement off at her door step 17 hours later with no notification. With this in mind I decided to never used this place again. Very disappointing. read more

If there was a ZERO, for a review I would choose it. I placed an order they were unable to fulfill and was not told this until the day of delivery. Told I cannot get a refund because the delivery driver was already on the way to pickup. How do you hire a driver on an order you can't fulfill then refuse to refund???? Manager refused to speak with me and I was told I would have to call back another day. I was told their policy is to not review orders until the day of, so clearly they have no way of knowing if they are capable of fulfilling an order. So they will take your money, not fulfill the order then refuse to refund your money. SCAMMERS!!! read more

I have not ordered an arrangement from here but based on my walk-in experiences I would do so in the future. I have only purchased smoothies and chocolate dipped fruit from here. I am always satisfied. The smoothies I believe are just fresh fruit and ice. It was sweet and refreshing. The chocolate covered strawberries are always a treat. The strawberries are ripe and the chocolate is of good quality. I am confident their arrangements would match the quality I have grown to know. The lady at the counter is a bit hard to read. She is not rude but is not overly friendly. Maybe just very stoic. The place is always clean and the prices are reasonable. I will return. read more

Super convenient place to visit if you are on a time crunch because you can park right in front of the building. As soon as you step out of your car you are just a mere 10 steps away from placing your order. This location has super friendly staff in comparison to other Edible Arrangements I have visited in the past (South Point area). I will return next time I need a gift for Mother's Day. read more

The arrangement that I requested to be sent was delivered promptly and without difficulty. Usually when I have something sent to my parents house there always seems to be a hangup of some sort. I love the concept of this - and the guy at this particular location couldn't be any nicer. But the fruit just isn't that good. It's bland (if you're going to order, get it dipped in chocolate or whatever special flavor they might offer. That will help with the taste.) and pricey for what you get. Better to buy some good melting chocolate and fruit & make your own - especially at the prices they charge. read more

So disappointed that I was told to expect delivery around 2 pm and now it is 4:30 and no arrangement. Called the store and was told it would be another 1.5 to 2 hours. Had a bad experience with this location of "Edible Arrangements" I made sure to order 5 days in advance for my buddies birthday. Yesterday was his birthday and I had to hint to him to see how long he'll be home since something will be arriving. I waited till 3 pm to call back this location. When I did call they had no records of my order at all, instead they had me call the 2 neighboring locations to see if I happened to order from them instead. I took time out of my day to track this down and call to share my situation with both other locations, no luck. From there I rang my credit card company and they confirmed it was this location and they charged my card. I called up again and explained this to the manager who now apologizes to me and says they found my ticket order which was lost or misplaced. Then they prepared the delivery and finally got it out, terrible service for others to know in advance considering this locations services. read more

Well, the surprise was on me, as I received a call at 4:40pm with them informing me that they "were done delivering for the day". I ordered an arrangement for my daughter's birthday. First of all I ordered the Kick up your heels tini arrangement because it was suppose to come in a cute pink martini glass. They decided to substitute the glass with a disgusting purple vase. She hates the color purple. No one ever called to get my approval to change my order. My daughter took a picture of the arrangement and they even left some fruit out of the arrangement. I called to complain and told them how dissatisfied I was and the employee accused me and my daughter of eating it...REALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They blame the customer for their mistakes.. Its a shame and disgusting that they accused us of eating the fruit...They FAILED to provide a service... Bad Customer service!!! I am still trying to get my refund....the employee told me in order to get a full refund I would have to return the arrangement.. I paid for delivery...I was told someone from the business would go pick it up from my daughter... that is their responsibility...however..no one has made any contact to get it...by all means they can have it!!!
