I was surprised and cheered up immediately by this floral arrangement called " Here Comes The Sun". The Here Comes The Sun arrangement included sunflowers and roses, carnations and other beautiful flowers that instantly put a smile on my face. I loved how lush and balanced the bouquet was. It wasn't just filled with filler leaves and other items used to make it look full. The bouquet came in a glass vase with a ribbon tied around it. A blank card was included which allowed for my husband to write a handwritten note. The arrangement came via Door Dash delivery which was convenient for him to surprise me since it was during working hours for us both. It was done for me upon my request and by the time I was able to hang them up not was 18 hours later and the design was lovely did didn't hold up outdoors! I was searching for a florist to make two corsages, and found "The English Garden" online. The corsage pictured on their website was almost exactly what I was looking for, but I wanted a change in one of the flower colors and accent flowers. I sent a message online, explaining what I wanted. Within a few minutes, I received a call back from the florist, and we discussed exactly what I wanted. I was also able to send a picture of the flowers that I wanted substituted to her, so that we could better discuss the changes. I found The English Garden as a recommended vendor from Angus Barn and I'm so happy I did! In the midst of covid craziness they were able to set up a Zoom meeting for our initial consult and I immediately knew this is who I wanted to use for my wedding. The ladies were so friendly and understood my vision based off the pictures I was able to send from Pinterest. When I was able to meet with them in person (on short notice from my part) they presented me with a sort of bouquet example where I could say what I did and didn't like. Wedding day craziness means I didn't see my actual bouquet until right before the wedding and I was so pleased! It was everything I envisioned and more. Not only did they do the bouquets but the boutonnières were beautiful and the flowers they put on the arch were just perfect! AMAZING! I was incredibly surprised to find the most beautiful vibrant flowers waiting for me on my doorstep for my birthday. (My girlfriends and I always joke that "you can always tell when its an English Garden bouquet" due to the unique exquisite flowers they use.) Especially since all of my family live in Washington State. I found out, my mom had called the English Gardens, worked with them and had them do a long distance delivery. My mom is a difficult person to please and she couldn't stop talking about how delighted she was to work with these wonderful girls. When trying to decide what flowers to send, they worked with her for the different options and arrangements till everything was perfect to her liking, even though it took NUMEROUS tries. We could not have been happier with our experience with English Gardens. Even from our first meeting to map out our tastes, the process was amazingly easy. When we met with the team, they did not expect us to know exactly what we wanted and were more than happy to show us options and get our feedback. We simply described our colors and showed them a few samples from some decor we had chosen. They were instantly able to pull up samples that perfectly matched what we were looking for. Once we explained the look we were going for, they were also able to recommend how best to lay out the flowers and how many to buy to achieve what we wanted. We had a custom alter and used our own vintage vases for the reception tables and instead of pressuring us to purchase more from them, they were over the top excited to get to design their arrangements around something new. We even go to walk away with a small vase of some recommended flower choices! The contract process was also a breeze. They were responsive and happy to work with any budget as well as adjust the contract to ensure we were happy with what we were getting. The team was very reasonable and continually made us feel excited about our big day with their own excitement at the role they were playing. On our wedding day, they delivered the bride/bridesmaid flowers and groom/groomsmen flowers to each location even though the locations were not the same nor located at the venue. All were pristinely preserved and ready upon arrival. They were fresh and bright with no damage at all that you can sometimes find in large deliveries. At the ceremony, they set up our alter and cocktail hour with minimal instruction and it looked perfect. They even brought a couple of vases form the shop just incase they needed them to fill in space to ensure the quality of their work. They assisted in the flip from ceremony to reception and did an amazing job. Prior to the reception, the team came over to say hello and see if everything was to our liking. They genuinely care about the quality of their work and that everyone is satisfied. Guests were all extremely impressed and we even had several of our friends ask who we used so that they could use them for their weddings as well. We would 100% recommend the English Garden team for any event. We never felt stressed at all and they made feel very taken care of from beginning to end. What I do know is that the employees there are amazing, helpful, funny and patient both in the store AND OVER THE PHONE. I've never been treated so kindly over the phone before.
