If I could give no stars I would have. I am so embarrassed that my mom got a delivery of basically a plastic bowl with melted chocolate inside with a piece of paper handed to her for Mother's Day. No cellophane with atleast a bow or a ribbon.. no gold elastic tie with cellophane to attach the note to... no, nothing but a plastic bowl. I paid $68 to have this delivered. I am embarrassed at myself for even thinking this was a good idea. I keep giving this company business and they keep disappointing me over and over again. If you had too many orders for Mother's Day and your employees just said F' it. It's going like that; then you should not have taken anymore orders and risk losing paying customers. read more

amazing ! I called yesterday and was greeted on the phone by a women, who was friendly, courteous and helpful when placing my order! I received an email saying my order was ready before my 2 pm pick up. I got there at three and picked up my fruit. It was delicious, the picture only shows half of what I received because I eat the rest so quickly. The fruit was so fresh and all the chocolate had remained on the fruit. It was nicely pacakaged. I haven't had one of these arrangements for myself in awhile. The times that I received for myself were great! The fruit was tasty and it was presented well. You can also add extra items to the order like: a box of chocolate, balloons, a teddy bear, etc. I recently sent a couple of arrangements to graduating high school seniors in the area. One was sent to a friend's daughter and the other to a senior I adopted. I joined a Facebook group to adopt a senior from the area. I wanted to do this because their graduations are being canceled or postponed due to the Coronavirus pandemic. I wanted to adopt a senior who was graduating from the high school I graduated from. The young ladies enjoyed their arrangements. They said they looked and tasted good. The arrangements were also delivered in a timely manner. Married for 20 years can become a bit of a challenge, specially on special occasions. So I figured I would try something different so surprise my beautiful wife, so I ordered from this location. NEVER AGAIN!!! Worst mistake of my life!! I called early in the morning a few times to get an ETA for delivery, no answer. I continued to call throughout the day, around 10-12 times, left voice messages, with no luck in return phone call! I also sent an email, which was responded by an automated answering service to call the same number that I had been calling all day, with no luck in a return phone call. These days, these occasions you cannot get back. It is really easy to refund the amount of $171.00 to your customer, but the impact that your over booking had on my wife's day, and I suspect many others as well, we WILL NEVER GET BACK!!! I was told that Delia is the manager of this location (as per Mary Lou), I would hold her accountable for this huge over booking mistake!! These special occasions cannot be redone. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. I placed an order and paid $15 dollars extra for it to be delivered the same day. It was not delivered the same day however I got an email at 11pm at night stating that they apologized and were going to refund the delivery charges, add something else to the order and give me $70 store credit. They also told me they will contact me to confirm this. However I was never contacted. Instead it was delivered and the fruit was hot as well as the chocolate was melted off as if it was sitting in a hot car all day. There was no add on to the order, I was charged the full price and was given no phone call. I keep trying to call the store however they are not answering. Corporate wouldn't help. My kids are now in bed and I didn't get my order. At this point I just want my money refunded. I even notified them the order was for my kids. STAY AWAY FROM EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS AS A COMPANY OR A SERVICE!! I have had a horrible experience previously with a location in Austin but I think the location in EP takes the cake. We ordered a $100 package for my mom for Mother's Day. The first hiccup was that they did not even deliver it on Mother's Day. Understandable because the delivery was in Horizon, but we scheduled the delivery days ahead?? How are they not prepared??? Moreover, when the chocolate covered strawberries arrived, they looked like a load of crap. Literally. $40 worth of chocolate covered strawberries that literally look like they need to be flushed down the drain. When attempting to call the specific location, we were on hold for 35 minutes with no answer. My brother and mother visited the location in person to deal with the situation and they told them to contact corporate! WOW! Another load of crap placed upon my family. The company as a whole is trash and this location seemingly has no sense of self-accountability or customer service. It's even more disheartening to know I supported them as a company through these tough times when I should've supported a smaller local business who actually cares about the value of their product and customer service. My suggestion: make these yourself, save an extra $30 and NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM, ESPECIALLY DELIVERY! Extremely disappointed. I had a horrible experience with delivery. I placed an order online and it wasn't till I paid that i got a disclosure about delivery pretty much being anytime of day on the day requested. I had placed a note under "Delivery Instructions" about the time I needed the order to arrive. It did not happen and my recipient had to call back the next day to try to get it rescheduled. They gave her a hard time and told her that they would try again but if she was not home she would need to pick it up. These are not cheap arrangements. If this is their policy it should be noted when a customer attempts to schedule delivery. Or they need to note it as, "Delivery for when we feel like it." I placed a complaint online and was promised a response within 48 hours. Never got one. I called the customer service line and it was busy. Not good customer service for delivery options. Spend your money elsewhere or your gift recipient will only think you hate them and that that is why you sent them an arrangement with horrible customer service! She finally comes out and I'm telling her what I want (customized bouquet) she says "No, I'm not doing that today, you can get some of these boxes of chocolates in the fridge" what?! I placed an order on 2/12/19 to go out the following day. Purchased the 2-12 box count of chocolate covered strawberries with a teddy bear. The person I was sending it to only received one box and the bear. I called the location and asked them about the delivery after literally being on hold with them for about 2 hours. After talking to them, they said they had the second box at their location and that I was more than welcome to go pick it up since they closed at 7pm. I told him that I would, but that I live in Dallas. Then he said that the recipient could pick it up. I told him that I wasn't trying to get an attitude with him and that I had paid the $15 delivery fee for them to deliver what I had purchased and asked him politely if someone could go ahead and deliver the box of strawberries that wasn't delivered. He said he was going to go talk to his manager. After 5 minutes, he came back and said that they would be delivered before the end of the day. Guess what, they WEREN'T. I understand they're busy and probably make a lot of deliveries in their area, but it's not that hard, and it's common sense, to double check the order before delivery. read more

So far I'm absolutely disgusted with this place and I haven't even received my delivery yet, I been waiting on the phone for 2 hours yes you read that right 2 hours to see if they could just find out when my delivery will be arriving at so I could run errands but nobody answered, instead I was stuck waiting while listening to automated advertisements of their products, and that was just the first call. If I could give this place zero stars I would, this is not good customer service by any means, I tried to hang up and call back again and the line was busy when I did finally get through to the automated system yet again I was left waiting for an additional 45 minutes until I finally said screw it and hung up. Next time I'm ordering from Sheri's berries they are definitely better and the fruit is more ripe and they also offer chocolate covered cherries among other things at a decent price for what you get, and they do white chocolate dipping. read more

Most terrible experience I've ever had to deal with. First of all they delivered me the wrong arrangement( which I didn't know at the time of delivery because it was a gift). & all the fruit was bad. Trying to call and get ahold of these people are worse than pulling a tooth. Was told I'd get a fresh new one by 5pm call to see where it is and once again no one answers. I call the customer service number and the lady April I spoke with was so nasty and rude to me. Went to local store to order and pay something in cash so my wife would not find out until Valentine's Day. So first I asked if any off the valentines special can be made in white chocolate. I was told I don't know. I saw a binder on the counter and saw a package I like, as it was no changes made to the package. I ordered the package gift that I found on the binder. My bad was putting my wife's number for the order. On Feb 10 my wife get a call saying that my gift package can't be done, no explanation why. I understand it was my fault for putting my wife #. Since the surprise was spoiled I told my wife to get something she likes. My wife went to choose her own arrangement since I was working on This weekend. She said the staff were rude, said to her I choose something they don't have. So first, staff should know if and arrangement can be done in white chocolate or if any changes can be made to an order. Second, how is it I have a receipt saying I order a gift package and for some reason it can't be made. Why was I not told that package was not available when I ordered it. Third, staff were rude to my wife and said I made a mistake. I have a receipt of my order. No compromise was made to keep this customer happy, besides getting my money back. I compromised by not making changes to the package! All I got was headache and a ruined surprise. Took my business to Glamour Sweets! Not only are these arrangements pricey, which I am very well aware of, but you have to deal with incompetent customer service and bad service all together. Missing items. Fruit not up to par. Being that THEY FORGOT to deliver balloon with order, they offered to give a "free" 6 pc chocolate covered fruit box. Which this box of fruit was pulled off an arrangement, taken off the sticks and placed in the box. As explained by the mgr...we "usually" do this for customers when we make mistakes. USUALLY??? So are you in the habit of "making mistakes" and having to steal fruit off another arrangement to "fix" the problem?? Not only were the staff inconsiderate, and laughed, at My expense, on my initial call to notify of the forgotten item, but I was transferred to 3 different employees, neither were helpful, rather useless, and mgr was no different. As I was told by mgr, that I need to understand that driver went back out on deliveries & it may be very late or the following day before 2nd delivery of forgotten item can be sent out. I NEED to UNDERSTAND?? Well... had the order been properly delivered FIRST time, there would be no need for a 2nd delivery. Total incompetence & unprofessionalism, Typically, for the most part, when an order is placed, whether it be fruit, flowers, candy or any sentiment, it is done for a special, distinct and/or individual reason. There is meaning behind it, a special sentiment of some sort. And we put ALL faith and trust in these companies to follow through on these orders and make good and with pride and honor.
