I will never order from this location ever again. Placed an order on Thursday afternoon for a Friday delivery for a retirement. They attempted delivery for a retirement at 4:50 pm on Friday afternoon. The day was gone, the person left early and retired. She was not interested in coming all the way back to work, just to get a gift that should have been delivered at least by 2 pm. The guy on the phone told me no refunds and that I could deliver it elsewhere (but had no one in their delivery zone on a Friday evening at 5 pm) or donate it because he wouldn't refund even though they waited ALL DAY TO MAKE A DELIVERY!! This establishment swindled $55 from me. Never Again. You've been warned. read more

My mother wanted to surprise me with something for my birthday so she ended up ordering from here and have it delivered to me. First and foremost most it wasn't really a surprise because when they delivered it no one knocked on the door to acknowledge that something was being delivered. They just sat the items outside the door. So I don't know exactly how long it sat outside before my mom called me to tell me she had noticed she got a notification saying it was delivered. The items were warm when received and she order choc covered strawberries which were melting by the time I received it. So I put them in the refrigerator to get cold so we can enjoy them the next day, but they still were no good. Family member ordered a small tray of fruit for delivery to our home. Called to try to pinpoint a delivery window and was told they could not tell her that, but it was being worked on at that moment. This was late morning. Family member continued to call back and ask for updates because we didn't want the fruit sitting on the porch, baking in the sun, since some were chocolate covered. Still, no update. Finally, late afternoon, she was told it was three stops away from our home. We live just a few miles from this store. HOURS later, it finally showed up. Grapes still have stems on them, are wrinkly and brown. Pineapple is rock hard and has no taste whatsoever. Strawberry leaves are brown and crispy, not fresh at all. "Never order flowers from Edible Arrangements". I ordered Chocolate covered strawberry fruit basket, a bundle of balloons and a dozen "Valentines Day Roses". They didn't deliver the balloons and the flowers described are the flowers pictured left. What was delivered, not even in the vase was this pic on the right. Half dead orange roses. I couldn't get ahold of anyone on the phone so I went there the next day. They said in fine print it says "flowers may vary." The flowers alone were $86 they offered to refund only half since they were actually delivered. After expressing my thoughts on this and how this would not work for me, I started requesting all their information for small claims court they finally agreed to refund the flowers. read more

This location has consistently given AMAZING customer service and their arrangements are so good! Also a little known fact (or at least I didn't know until I happened to look at their menu on the counter), THEY MAKE SMOOTHIES! Not a good experience. Ordered an arrangement sat in the shop queue for over 8 hours, never even started the work. It was for delivery but I chose to go to the store to see what was goin on after multiple phone calls that went unanswered. Staff members were hanging out in the back where fruit and flowers were supposed to be processed and they were eating pizza. My order was not even ready. They had to make it, so I sat there for 30 min while they made it. No one had an excuse or an apology. For my troubles they threw in a free ballon! Yeahhh!! Psh! Don't use this store. The order was $77.92 which included a 14.99 delivery fee. I started to get concerned on the 13th so I called several times that day but no answer so left a message. The shortly after I sent an email and as of 2/17 they have not responded. Then 0n the 14th, the day to deliver I started calling at 3:pm but no answer ALL DAY! The strawberries were never delivered on the 14th, it wasn't until late afternoon the 15th that they were delivered. One strawberry had mold, most were not ripe and they were sitting in liquid. So on Wednesday morning my boyfriend called asking where it was and if it was delivered and they said that the system had crashed and that I would get it later that day. My boyfriend called again and the worker said that they'll write down my information and mine will be the first one out for delivery for Thursday. Today is Thursday and I still haven't received my gift. I'm not sure why I haven't received my gift especially since it's been a few days. My husband and I visit Edible Arrangements stores all around the DFW quite frequently (it just depends on where we are at the time). But our favorite is this store! Anytime we walk in this store we are greeted with smiles. One time in particular, we walked in with our 5 kids (yes...5 kids) and we, the parents, told the kids that in an effort to not overwhelm the staff and take forever ordering we were limiting their choices. The person helping us said that it wasn't necessary and that they truly didn't mind taking the time to receive each individual order and she actually took the time with each child to go through what flavors AND combination of flavors (for smoothies) they could get and even told them about the fruit cups, too! Each child received what they wanted and as other guests arrived, her co-worker stepped up and made sure things ran smoothly. In a good way, the manner in which the other guests were handled was as if we weren't there. That's impressive!! I can't say the same for the other stores (DT Dallas, Montgomery Plaza, etc.) Thankfully, Presidio Junction is near our house. Ooh...now I want a strawberry smoothie. "Honey!
