I came here over the summer and checked out their local shop. I got to chat with the owner of the local shop who was friendly and addressed any questions I had. They have an assortment of local goods, including honey, magnets, candles and stationery supplies. I picked up a cute magnet, honey Bear pops and shipping supplies while I was there. The prices are on average affordable. I'm glad there's a local store nearby that provides various local goods. I look forward to my next visit. read more

These people are the most prejudice people! I had an appointment for fingerprinting and drove quite far to get there and arrived 15 minutes early before the fingerprinting portion of the store opened they so rudely informed me when I arrived there so I shopped around their store until it opened. Its a nice store. My family used to own one just like it. I found several items I was planning on buying. Others were coming in and shopping and I would watch and listen to them so nicely ask them if they need assistance and talk friendly with them. Not once did they ask me if I needed any assistance, but they watched me and followed me around the store like they felt I was a thief or something. I felt very uncomfortable. It was after 1 when the fingerprinting was supposed to be opened and no one had let me know if it was opened yet and I had been waiting 30 minutes at least then suddenly a customer comes in asking for fingerprinting and they take her right away! Im taken away with this so I walk back to where they go to do it and see that not only is she performing the fingerprinting, but another clerk is also and she is fingerprinting a customer at that moment also! The clerk saw me because she looked up and gave me a dirty smirk. I put my cards on their table and walked immediately out of their store. I had never been treated so poorly in my life. Such an interesting place at the Aero pack and ship. You can of course ship items via UPS & FED EX, but you can do a whole lot more! Like what you ask? Well for one you can buy country items that you can find at Cracker Barrel. In addition to this you can buy shirts and souvenirs. My favorite and I'll say most unexpected was that I bought ammo. The ammo is reloaded which is fine as long as it fires. I have t it taken it to the range yet but time will tell. In addition to this and really sure if relevant is they offer CHL courses here to. Lastly and probably more importantly the service here by the owners are fast and friendly. First off, this has become my go to spot! When you first walk in, you are met with amazing smells. They sell the best smelling candles. But my favorite part, is how friendly every single one of them are. About a month ago I mailed a package (at a different location) I came in to ask them because maybe I lost my mind and went there. (I know I didn't, but just in case) they were so friendly and sweet and you could feel the genuine concern. I went to the other store, the one I know that I dropped it off at (1209 N Saginaw Blvd) and they were so rude and told me it it wasn't their problem and to take it up with usps. She asked if she could help me and when I began to say, I have an appointment next week...she cut me off after the word "appointment", threw up her hands and said "do you see all these people in here"? I have used Red Aero for fingerprinting in the past, numerous times. Not to mention I have sent family members and co workers there. Perhaps Red Aero has done approx 20-25 sets of prints from me, co workers and family members. Last week I went there to renew a license that required submitting my finger prints. The staff, (2 older "Gentlemen") were rude, un-helpful with zero customer service skill. I will never use Red Aero again nor will I recommend it to anyone else. read more

This morning, I called the IndentoGo's customer service line to schedule an appointment at a site near my home in Saginaw. My appointment was scheduled for mid September, so I decided to stop by the location in advance (a small multi-purpose business in Saginaw) to ask a few questions and get an idea of how they managed their appointments in hopes of scheduling an earlier appointment. When I walked in, I noticed three customers in the business, one person in line and the other two people stood off to the side as if they were waiting on something/someone. I stood behind the gentleman who was in line. An older woman with short blond hair assisted him and after she finished with him, she asked if she could help me. I approached the counter and said, "Hi, I have an appointment....", but before I could finish my sentence she cut me off, threw her hands up in the air, and with an aggressive tone said, "do you see all these people in here". I was shocked by her rude behavior, lack of professionalism, and blatant disrespect. I told her she was very rude and that she could NOT help me. I then turned around and proceeded to walk out the door. She recognized her rude behavior and attempted to call me back. I will drive all the way to Dallas before I step one foot in this place that is literally three minutes from my home. People forget that CUSTOMERS HAVE CHOICES AND FOR ME THIS WILL NEVER BE ONE OF THEM!!! I rescheduled my fingerprinting appointment at a different location where they were friendly, courteous, and professional....they know how to treat / respect customers. This woman needs to be re-trained and I would encourage her to adopt a few basic tips from Chick-Fil-A employees, because they greet you with a smile, they say things like "may I help you", "please", "thank you", "my pleasure", etc. If you want to patronize a business where you feel verbally attacked, then visit this place, because this woman is great at it!!!! read more

I went in with no knowledge of shipping out mail and things of the like and the employee there was so so so so so so so kind and patient (I cannot express this enough) and talked me through the whole thing without making me feel dumb at all. I wish I got his name but I sadly forgot to but he has a beard and is a bit older. Anyways, in addition to their great service they've also got some cool items and knickknacks from cards to college mugs at really good prices.
