I have ordered the indulgence platter, which is an excellent gift to send because it includes a wonderful variety of chocolate-dipped and non-chocolate-dipped fruit, including strawberries, pineapple, apples, and grapes. All orders were placed for same-day delivery, and everyone received them on time. I received this arrangement from a friend. This was the most disgusting fruit I have ever seen. The apples were rotten, the bananas had blue mold spots and all the fruit was wet because the box had been left outside overnight. I would never purchase anything from this company. I've only received two things from them....the fruit thing and the chocolate covered strawberries. Both were fresh and tasty. I LOVE LOVE the strawberries, they are so big and yummy. I would give zero stars if possible. Today an item I sent as a gift was said it was delivered but yet was not received so I phoned. I spoke to a gentleman who, after yelling at me with several requests to stop (I was not yelling) and saying to me 2x "you stupid people" refused to provide me with his name. He sent me a photo of proof of delivery and repeated the address delivered several times, but he still refused to accept that the item was not received. It turns out the photo is of not any of the 4 apartments in the two floor building. I even wrote in delivery instructions that he also repeated back to me, the first floor left side door (there are 2 apartments on this floor). I have sent Edible Arrangements many times and have neither had a delivery problem nor spoken to in both the tone and words of ANY BUISNESS. Unfortunately, I will never be able to have Edible Arrangements sent to any of my friends served by this particular store. If you chose to shop here, hopefully, it will be his day off and not the management's attitude. read more

I made an order back in Jan 2022 for a Valentine's Day delivery. On Feb 2 2022 I called to cancel this order. It was confirmed via phone and I should receive a refund in 7-10 business days. Today, on Valentine's Day I got a confirmation email saying it was delivered. NOTHING was delivered - and I get it is Valentine's Day, but they kept saying they acknowledge the order was cancelled, surprise no refund was issued, but wouldn't issue me a refund. I'm still waiting for a call back from the location. So basically, they charged me 100$, claim I was refunded (which I wasn't - I looked at my bank statement multiple times) - did not deliver anything... I've disputed this with my bank, and will escalate this to corporate. I am EXTREMELY upset and will never recommend this location. They are dishonest. read more

My friend sent me a box of fruit as a condolence gift as my mother was dying. She asked specifically what would be included, as she knows I detest melon, and wanted whatever would be freshest at this time of year. When the box came, it was dominated by a large cantaloupe with black rotten depressions in it. Along with it were four sour green apples (although it's the height of apple season in New England), four pale yellow oranges dotted with rotten spots, a plastic box of unripe strawberries laced with mold, and four grayish bananas. And they all still had their plastic stickers from the market. What was meant as a comfort was an inedible burden. I am sorry to think that she spent her money on this sad gift. read more

DO NOT order from the Marlboro location on RT 20. I ordered an arrangement to be send to someone whose father had passed away and paid the same day delivery. After not receiving any information except the receipt I called Tuesday and was told it was delivered. Fast forward to Thursday when I found out it never arrived and another person had ordered from the same location with the same delivery address and that to was never delivered but again they were told it was. When I called on Thursday the store told me yes it was handed to someone at the house they dont know who because there was a lot of people at the house Monday. There was 2 people at the house Monday. After being hung up on I called the cooperate office and filed a complaint. The store called me back and said that they would deliver it today and it was just far that's why it wasn't delivered yet. ALL LIES!!!! Cooperate still has not got back to me and as of Friday the delivery was still not made. DO NOT SHIP Anything from these crooks!!!! read more

Apparently, one attempt was made but no one was home and the driver did not leave it outside. And when she called the next day for a refund since it did not make sense to deliver after the event, they made her talk to the driver who cribbed about how much work he had and she was bounced from one manager - driver - manager to the driver. Finally, they stopped talking to her and dumped the package outside the house the next day with nothing mentioned about the refund. We will be initiating a credit card dispute here since clearly, this was bad service and we had asked for a refund. NEVER order stuff from them. read more

Excellent customer service during a call today makes this a stand-out shop for me. This was an extremely last-minute order because I messed up the date of a friend's birthday. I usually order birthday flowers direct from a local florist but they were all done delivering for the afternoon by 1:30pm, the time I realized what day it was, so I hopped online to look for options. The Edible Arrangement website listed same-day delivery for this shop, so I went through the process online - it displayed only the handful of arrangements that were available same-day so I picked form those. I ordered and hit "send" and then realized I'd forgotten to note that the delivery could be left with a neighbor. So I called the shop directly. Turns out, their driver had just left for the last delivery and the website should not have taken the order. I was about to hit my head against the wall when the shop owner (or whoever was manning the phone, I forgot to ask her name) offered to look for a comparable option from something they already had on-hand and get in touch with the driver to come back for the pick-up. I emphasize: she OFFERED to do this before I could even begin a complaint about the website. She didn't sound frustrated when talking with me, though I am sure she must have felt that way, especially since what they had ready was a little nicer and pricier than what I'd ordered. She was understanding, upbeat, and FOUND A SOLUTION. So...thank you, whoever you are. You salvaged my day and I hope will make my friend's birthday! read more

Delivery at 9pm was way too late. Understanding that V day is busy but when I called I was given no explanation and only excuses that they "ordered 20 drivers but only got 5". Why is this excuse being given to the customer? I asked how to avoid this in the future and was told not to order delivery for V day. I will not be using this store again. read more

I was very disappointed when my brother and his wife called to thank me for my thoughtfulness in sending a condolence arrangement but shared the fact that the fruit was not ripe and tasteless. I have both sent and received wonderful arrangents from Edible Arrangements and have never been dissatisfied. I emailed customer service who responded immediately and advised I would be contacted by the delivery location. I received a follow up phone message from Irene at the Framingham Ma.location who apologized and advised that she had called my brother ....offered her apology and set up delivery for a new arrangement with an upgrade of chocolate covered strawberries. The owner of the store was extremely rude & a bit racist. They never delivered my order for Valentines day & said they were unable to deliver it for some reason. I came in to ask about it & the manager started yelling. The establishment was very dirty also I swear I saw a rat when I came in and they opened the kitchen door. The rest of the staff was super friendly but the managment is ridiculous never coming back. read more

I ordered something for my grandmothers birthday and I specifically wrote the order on the form yet when I showed up none of it was correct and they didn't have the correct balloon. When asked if it was possible to fix they said yes in like 8 minutes it'll be good... 45 minutes later I didn't have it and all I could hear from the front room was workers cackling and loud music. The First women (desk lady) was very nice and then this blonde women came out and was extremely snarky and disrespectful. Complete turnoff for the 150 bucks I spent but they won't be getting my business anymore and I hope they learn some customer service. Overall I wish I could put a 0/5. read more

REALLY great customer service. I thought there had been a problem with the delivery of my order -- it was actually 100% my fault --and they bent over backwards to be helpful. The woman (I wish I remembered her name) was so empathetic and had a number of ideas about how to solve the situation. What's more, the quality of the fruit was great. I initially received an arrangement where some of the fruit was bad. I was recovering from surgery and wouldn't have bothered, but my wife called to complain and we received a replacement the next day for free. Be careful, as you might miss it on Rt. 135! The arrangements and dipped fruit are really high quality. The 12-piece dipped box was made while I waited. And, the staff, especially, Josh, is friendly and efficient! These places are franchises, and this location does a great job. read more
