Robin was very kind, warm and welcoming as soon as we stepped through the front door. She took my daughter into her greenhouse to discuss options. When the flowers were delivered to the shower, they were even better than we were hoping for. Our family and friends kept commenting on them, asking where we had got them from . We ordered a "Dish Garden with Fresh Cut Flowers for Sympathy" on-line for a local relative. Based on the pictures on their website, we chose the Large garden because of the lush plants and numerous flowers shown in the picture. The "garden" was delivered as expected, but when our cousin sent us a picture to thank us for it, we couldn't believe our eyes. We were quite embarrassed by what they received. (See attached pictures for comparison.) We called the shop to express our dissatisfaction, and the woman who answered the phone was rude, argumentative and dismissive. I suggest you Do NOT order flowers from them on-line. You will probably not get what you wanted, and have to deal with rude customer service if you complain. read more

My grandmother ordered an arrangement for me, she is located out of state, but would be here for Christmas. The arrangement arrived the day before she did and when she arrived the arrangement was half the size she actually ordered, very deceptive. Make sure you check you get what you ordered! When we called and requested the correct arrangement it was a day before Christmas and she said she barely has anything left to make the correct one and she requested that we give the other one back. When my grandma called her she didn't even finish the conversation before hanging up on her! Very rude and deceptive to send half of what was ordered because they are low on supplies. read more

Ok here i what happened. My daughter was looking for Baby's Breath (Gypsophila) for her christmas tree and she could not find it anywhere sooooooooo.... Even though I live in SC I started my quest. This was the first of several shops that I called. First the person I spoke with did not know what it was, then looked it up and could not fined it so I explained it was the tiny white flowers that are usually placed with roses and other arrangements. Still nothing so I then gave the botanical name for it and still nothing...I figure if they don't even know what that is they are not worth the time or expense. read more

I was adamant about sticking to a color scheme and they followed my wishes and did a great job.
