If I could give negative stars I would. I should have known better than to try with them again. 3 separate arrangements have been ordered through them before, and 3 times they have tried to rip me off by sending the smallest size when I paid for the largest. I have to go to a funeral in Hudson this weekend, and wanted to send some flowers again, so not thinking... I ordered through Teleflora. Little did I know that they would use All Occasions as their "local" flower shop. I ordered $1159 worth of flowers not including tax nor delivery. I get a call this morning from the owner saying that she WONT HONOR THE PRICE I PAID!!! She offered to cancel the order or I could pay an additional $800 to get the arrangements that I wanted. I send my mom flowers every year on my birthday. This year I decided to support a local florist rather than use my normal go to Winstons. Big mistake! The arrangement I picked vs what was sent was drastically different. The vase, although the same color was much smaller making the arrangement top heavy and tippy. When I called to ask if I could send the pictures of what I'd ordered vs what was delivered the lady on the phone provided me an email address and asked that I include my phone number so she could call me once the pictures were received and reviewed. It was a very cordial conversation. About 30 min later I received a picture of an empty table from mom. She said they had come to take her flowers away! No replacement. They simply rang her bell and took the flowers! I called the store stunned and asked if they forgot to leave a replacement and why on earth had they not called me prior to going. I was told they emailed me back to say if I wasn't happy w the flowers they'd happily take them back and since I hadn't replied to the email within 15 minutes they went ahead and picked them up. I asked why they didn't simply call me on the number I provided in my email and she answered "we've been in business for 30 years and never had a complaint call so we took them back, they are beautiful and in the cooler here at the store for sale. The Lily's will open in a few days ". I was stunned. I simply said merry Christmas to you and I called Edinboro Florist in Marlboro who within one hour sent a gorgeous arrangement exactly as pictured on their website. Very poor customer service... who in their right mind takes a gift away from somebody without replacing it because the sender was unhappy. I didn't ask for a refund or discount. Simply an explanation of why the arrangement was so different as for me presentation upon arrival is everything when sending flowers... 2nd time we tried to do local but I'm going to look elsewhere next time I need flowers. The first arrangement I sent to a funeral home was not really what was ordered and the woman explained she had flower shortages due to covid. Ok I'll give you a pass. But the roses in the arrangement did not look fresh. Fast forward 6 months - I order another arrangement online thru their website. The arrangement looks NOTHING like what I ordered at all - and I don't understand why someone from the shop did not bother to call me and let me decide what I wanted to do? Nothing. They also charged me $15 to drive the flowers 1/2 mile up the street which ok I get it, delivery should be charged for alot of circumstances but within 1/2 mile? $15? No thank you. read more

The flowers were delivered and they were ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. They put in a lot of flowers, they delivered on time, and it is just a gorgeous looking arrangement. Went in person to order 2 handheld bouquets from All Occasions in Hudson, MA. Originally I requested one bouquet with sunflowers but was informed there was a shortage of sunflowers. Instead, I requested one arrangement with orange and reds and the other with pinks and purples. When I picked up the 2 bouquets at the tune of $75, I was disappointed to find only filler flowers. There were no premium flowers included. I will not be using this shop anytime in the future. read more

I purchased a wreath for a funeral, and it was the most beautiful, colorful floral tribute at the wake. It perfectly reflected what we wanted, and we couldn't have been happier. I was pretty disappointed with an arrangement I ordered to be used for a cemetery burial. I requested that some type of wider base be used since it would be outdoors on grass etc. (Which I explained). I had called a coule days in advance which apparently isn't enough time because they didn't have ONE wide vase type vessel available!? Not to mention the size of the arrangement was really small in order to fit in this small narrow vase. I was VERY disappointed when I saw the picture considering I spent over $90!! I had looked on 1-800-Flowers and chose the amount based on what I saw for that price for a burial type arrangement etc., However I wanted to go through the florist directly so that they would get 100% of the money. Big mistake- I wanted to support a small business but in doing so they took advantage of me. I will used 1-800 Flowers next time if I am unable to bring flowers in person. I suppose if they also go through a local florist it may still happen but at least you are paying less and have a photo on their website to go by if there are issues etc. read more

When I went to pick up my centerpieces, boutineers, corsages and bouquet I was floored at how beautiful everything came out. If there was a negative rating I would use that. Asked for small 4 arrangements for my daughters Wedding Shower on 8/30/15. They were given the pots to use by us and shown a picture of what we wanted. Small white flowers no babies breath no greens. My son in law picked them up on Sat while my daughter was at work. We were quoted $60.00 and he was charged $120.00. ALL CARNATIONS with babies breath. 24 carnations in the arrangement for $30.00 each! I could have done a nicer arrangement than that. I highly recommend you use someone else. Huge rip off read more
