Called 4 times with a fee hours in between to check on the order and received different information each time. Extremely disappointed. Wonderful chocolate covered pineapple and strawberries. Loved it. Marshmallows also delicious.

Received a mother's day gift from my daughter from Edible.com. A platter of chocolate covered strawberries with pineapple letters spelling MOM. However, there were worms on the strawberry tops and some of the strawberries not covered in chocolate had dirt still on them. Unbelievable. My daughter paid $97 for this. I called the local Edible store where the delivery came from and they were of course apologetic offered to resend the platter or a discount on the next order. NO THANK YOU. I will advise my daughter not to use Edible again. read more

Just received an absolutely beautiful and delicious arrangement from Edible Arrangements on Archer Road. The delivery driver called to let me know he was here and asked if I wanted him to wait at the gate til I got there to pick it up. Excellent customer service. The fruit is cold, and sweet, and very fresh. The chocolate covered strawberries are perfect. Attached at the top of the arrangement are three "happy birthday" balloons. Ordered a rather expense fruit arrangement , separate order of dipped fruit and ballon to be sent to my son prior to Easter. Even paid the extra fee for delivery. I provided my sons number on the order and address. He lives in a apartment complex that has a concierge to accept packages and deliveries. We waited all day for the delivery and by 4 pm I decided to call. They expressed that they are not allowed to enter the building that they text and called him to come out to get the delivery. My son never received a text nor call. Newsflash -There are people in the world that have disabilities. Keep that in mind. That was the entire reason for "delivery". Door to door service. I always thought that Edible Arrangements were a beautiful gift, especially for a fondue lover like me. I always heard they were expensive, so I wondered if the quality lived up to the prices. I received Edible Arrangements as a gift, so I unfortunately don't know the price, but I'm happy to say that the quality was great the day I received them! As the days go on though, the fruit juices seep into the chocolate, and naturally both the fruit and coating get a bit mushy. Enjoy them as soon as you can! Although I can't give a review on the service at this location, the person who picked up my gift didn't seem to have any complaints about it. I live in Atlanta and ordered an arrangement for my 90 year old grandmother just to let her know that I was thinking about her. When it was delivered everything went well. When they started to dig into it they discovered two caterpillars inside the arrangement. They immediately called edible arrangements and they offered to send another one out immediately. My grandmother decided to get chocolate covered strawberries instead. They did a good job bringing a replacement right away. I just wished they would of caught the 2 caterpillars before they delivered the first arrangement. read more

I don't know what we were doing before Edible Arrangements came along. It's clean and bright; the sales associates are polite and helpful. The minimalist layout of the shop is perfect. My favorite part are the samples that are available for guests, the foral cut fruit arrangements and the coupons. Everybody loves EAs; they make the best gifts for every occasion. Will never order from there again. My daughter loves these chocolate covered fruits. I ordered them for her a just because bouquet and she said it was great but fruit was overripe. I figured it was a one time thing but then I ordered again for Valentines Day and was even more disgusted because she received a bouquet that included grapes and other fruit that was even covered in chocolate. The one I ordered was all chocolate covered strawberries. To top it off she said it was inedible except for 3 strawberries. I called at 4pm to see what was happening with her delivery since it said it was still being made. They said it was just going out for delivery but 3 hours later this wasn't the case. I called again and they said they were really busy and weren't sure they could get there before the school mailboxes closed. I told them they could call her directly and she would meet them outside her dorm. They agreed. Twenty minutes later my daughter text that they called her and asked if they could deliver tomorrow. Boy that was the straw. However, 20minutes later and her bouquet arrived. So I appreciate that they made it but their quality has certainly deteriorated so much so that she asked not to get them any longer. read more
