I also like how you can write what you want the card to say. Currently, there was no charge for delivery which is normally $12. Why didn't I read the other reviews? Almost everyone from last Mother's Day is saying their order was never delivered. I paid $100, $14.99 in expedited shipping to have my order delivered on Mother's Day, and it never arrived. I called exactly at 8am when this location opened, and of course no one picked up and the mailbox is full (just like last year). I've tried calling again several times and nothing. I was out of state for work when my boyfriend got a 12 count dipped strawberries box delivered to me as a birthday gesture. I consumed the first half of the box the same day. The next morning I woke up and realized the fruit wasn't as fresh as I've normally experienced so I called the location closest to my house (this one) and the owner happened to answer my call providing me with excellent customer service and offering to remake me the order. I currently live in Las Vegas and my mother is in Maryland and they made it feel like I was there! The only sad part about this experience was that the "Happy Birthday" balloon flew away during delivery but I was refunded for it so there was no problem. Just wish the balloon was included. I was very disappointed in the gift I ordered for my mom on Mother's Day from this shop. I ordered the assorted cheesecake box, with a balloon, and a bag of popcorn. She sent me a picture and it did not look like what is posted on the website. None of the cheesecakes had the cream that is shown in the pictures on the website, the banana was not dipped in chocolate, and one of the cheesecakes was left completely empty without fruit when it is pictured on the website as having whip cream and blueberries on top. The balloon I purchased to be delivered was not delivered with the other items. I tried calling the number for this local shop, as the Edible Arrangements website suggests if you have issues with your order, and the number just keeps ringing. When you do get an automated answering machine, it will not let you leave a message as their voicemail box is full. I got a Edible Arrangements for Valentine's Day from this location. Delivery was made promptly and right at 9 AM which is a good time to get a delightful treat. However, this treat was not so delightful. It was a pineapple and strawberry bouquet, and it was not fresh. I have gotten and given many Edible Arrangements and this one was probably the less freshest one ever. First the pineapple was very hard and not ripe. The strawberries were mostly soft and already going bad. These fruit bouquets usually can last me a couple days, but this one was ready to be thrown out by mid-day. I placed a same day order from the west coast for delivery by a local store on the east coast, and saw that on the website it said to order by 3 pm for same day delivery. I ordered an Edible Arrangements for my mother on the Thursday before Mother's Day. I don't live with her so I paid an additional $20 to have it be delivered on that Sunday. My sister had texted me that night letting me know that it had never gotten delivered. I understood they were busy due to it being a busy holiday. I gave it another day to see if it would get delivered. Come Monday night there was still no delivery. Mind you, I was calling all day Monday trying to get ahold of them and get a status update on my order. Whenever I would call, I would get sent to a voicemail option. When I tried to leave a voicemail I couldn't because their mailbox was full. I went today (Tuesday) to get an explanation as to why it hadn't been delivered. The lady couldn't even give me one as to why there was no delivery or why I hadn't gotten an update on my order. All I could get from what she told me is that they didn't have the supplies that they needed to proceed with my order. I asked why they couldn't call me or email me letting me know of their issues with my order (I would've just asked for a refund then) and she couldn't give me an answer. I just want to send a shout-out to NEDA at the local Edible Arrangements in Germantown. She has delivered 2 arrangements to our house in the past week and we were so impressed with her big smile, positive attitude and amazing personality overall . The first time she came to our house with a delivery we were not home so she texted me and was kind enough to go to our neighbor's house to drop off the arrangement.... and turns out we had flowers on our doorstep as well so she let me know and offered to take those over to our neighbor as well. (even my neighbor commented on "the very nice delivery girl.") Yesterday Neda made another delivery to our house and again euded such positivity and kindness. All delivery people should learn from her! She represents Edible Arrangements very well and is wonderful at customer service ~ we will definitely be using the Germantown Edible Arrangments store in the near future so we can "work" with Neda again. Received a gift for my bday and Easter from a family member. Arrived home and delivery was upside down (had just been out on an errand - so arrived within 45 minutes of the delivery). Strawberries smelled way past due as well - like wine. I called the Germantown location. A person named "Smith" seemed worried only about his driver. The whole customer service experience was absent. He never asked my name address or order number. Frustrated after 5 minutes of trying to educate the owner of the location that I was not happy, I gave up and called corporate. Not much better. They said they did not have record of the order and after the call was completed the corporate office email my family member- gifter in this case. They asked the gifter what the problem was. Really? When my family member called the Germantown location and spoke to "Smith", he (claimed to be owner) denied I had even called or that there was any issue. I called the place around 8:30am specifically inquired on whether an order can be delivered by 11am today, the guy I spoke with confirmed that they could and I placed the order with him. When I went to pick my daughter up from school, I asked how they enjoyed the arrangement I sent, all I have to say was what an embarrassing moment. Not only was it not delivered, I didn't even get a call to be informed of the delay. When I called them, the same guy picked up and when I inquired on why the arrangement never arrived, he placed me on hold for 10 to 15 min and came back to tell me it should arrive in 10-20 min. When I told him that wasn't acceptable as the school will be closed and there will be no one to accept the delivery, he proceeded to offer me discounts and other things, which I appreciated as he was admitting fault but I requested a refund since they didn't deliver what was promised.
