I placed an order for a small platter for my mom & her boyfriend who were in a car accident. The day the order was to be delivered, my mom needed to get all the stuff from her car which was located about 3 hours away & I wasn't sure if she would be home to receive the platter. I called the store and they were very kind. They offered to deliver the order at a later date, that they would place my order on "hold". Or, I could get a refund. I chose to do the delivery another day. I called a day later when I knew for sure she would be home. They delivered it promptly. My mom said everything was fresh and delicious. I have always been a fan of Edible Arrangements and have sent and received arrangements for years. But my first experience visiting an actual location was not until a few months ago and I can honestly say I am an even bigger fan. It was clean, the displays of fruit and merchandise were fully stocked, and it smelled amazingly delicious! They have deals available online for in store pickup, (which I took full advantage of), and they even have a Rewards program. I purchased à la carte items from the display... specialty covered fruits, a mini cheesecake, a smoothie, (Which was made to order w/ fresh fruits), and it was ALL so yummy! The staff members, who were wearing masks, were helpful and friendly, and hand sanitizer was available. I recommend this establishment, and with customer service and produce of this magnitude, they will continue to have a loyal customer in me. :-) read more

Ordering online went well and I was impressed to find their 7 minute pickup window. I took advantage of this but decided to give them a couple of extra hours to get my order ready. They offer different add ones before you check out that consist of smaller orders and additional favors is that compliment arrangements. I took advantage of some of these and tried some of their new items they've added. I went to the store to pick up my 5:30 order a little after 6 and was just as surprised as the lady behind the counter, that my order was not ready. Someone overlooked it and she commented on how she hated when they did that. Hmmm . . . so she meant this is normal. How disappointing. I have ordered from this specific location before and didn't have problems however, they were not for same day pickup. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for them to get my order ready. She did offer me something from their case to snack on. As I waited, I heard yelling and arguing from the back and thought how unprofessional. I was glad I had extra time before my class and was actually able to wait for them to prepare my order. I ordered one of their new Salted Caramel & Swizzle Trio boxes, a dozen Chocolate Dipped Strawberries, Salted Caramel and Banana fruit truffles, and Salted Caramel Banana truffles which were smaller boxes. The contrast of the chewy caramel with the salt and chocolate on the apples was delightful. The salt had the texture/grain of table salt and I definitely would have appreciated a kosher or some type of Himalayan or maybe even just a rock salt. The chocolate covered bananas are always my favorite and didn't disappoint. As you can see in my pictures, I enjoyed most of it before I actually got to class lol I'll return and hopefully they'll have their act all the way together. read more

Placed an order at 10:00 PM for delivery and it showed up the next day a little after after noon. I ordered Mini Sweet Love Platter and as always the chocolate and strawberries were wonderful, smooth texture and pleasant taste to the chocolate with fresh ripe flavorful strawberries. Took a chance and added Maddy & Maize™ Popcorn: Old-Fashioned Caramel Popcorn which my wife asked me to take away from her before she finished the bag, I'd love to know what corn results in such full round shapes when popped with hardly any part of the kernel remaining. The coating no the popped kernels is very even with a full yet subtle flavor. I rounded out the order with a beautiful customized gift card, can't really complain, but another line or two and it would have been perfect. The delivery driver they have is simply perfect, she's so kind and always smiling, handles our order so gently, and never forgets to give a reminder to refrigerate if necessary. So Monday morning I called to tell them it was missing .. a young girl answer the phone very politely .. I told her What happened .. she apologized And ask if I could hold . They called us back and apologized and said to come in for a new box. My husband went to pick them up the next day and they said that they were really busy (obviously it was V-day). It's hard to capture in the photos but they were bruised, not ripe and sat in puddles of liquid. They had to have known they were giving us a sub par product and didn't care unless we complained. I'm obsessed with the pineapple from Edible Arrangement. I really wish their supplier would delivery right to me...lol. I was next door at Meatballs Etc and thought I stop in to see if I could get some of that delicious pineapple. They sold assorted fruit cups and I asked if she could do one with all pineapple and she said absolutely! Within 5 minutes, I got a medium cup of pineapple for $4.99 plus tax. I know its just pineapple but its the perfect sweetness...try it! read more

This location is great! We were first introduced to this Edible Arrangements when a family friend sent us a "congratulations" bouquet, and we were immediately impressed. The fruit is DELICIOUS, and the chocolate as well. We've ordered from them twice in the past two months for different events, and they haven't let us down. For both events, we've ordered online and chosen a pickup window. Once it's time to pick up your food, you can just pull up in one of the parking spaces out front and call, and they bring it right out to your car for contactless delivery. If you'd prefer, another option is to use their delivery service. Everyone who has had their food has agreed that it's fresh and great. Once we got assorted chocolate covered strawberry "create your own box," and the second time we got the chocolate covered strawberries and chocolate covered bananas "snack pack boxes." Looking forward to continuing to use this Edible Arrangements for future gifts! read more

The guys are amazing here! I love the product too, but here the people are extra nice. The will go out of their way to get me exactly what we want. My husband will come here and get special chocolate dipped fruit for me and they always are really nice and make a nice presentation for him to give me. :-) read more
