Salted caramel banana and Apple truffles
    Ieshia T.

Ordering online went well and I was impressed to find their 7 minute pickup window. I took advantage of this but decided to give them a couple of extra hours to get my order ready. They offer different add ones before you check out that consist of smaller orders and additional favors is that compliment arrangements. I took advantage of some of these and tried some of their new items they've added. I went to the store to pick up my 5:30 order a little after 6 and was just as surprised as the lady behind the counter, that my order was not ready. Someone overlooked it and she commented on how she hated when they did that. Hmmm . . . so she meant this is normal. How disappointing. I have ordered from this specific location before and didn't have problems however, they were not for same day pickup. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for them to get my order ready. She did offer me something from their case to snack on. As I waited, I heard yelling and arguing from the back and thought how unprofessional. I was glad I had extra time before my class and was actually able to wait for them to prepare my order. I ordered one of their new Salted Caramel & Swizzle Trio boxes, a dozen Chocolate Dipped Strawberries, Salted Caramel and Banana fruit truffles, and Salted Caramel Banana truffles which were smaller boxes. The contrast of the chewy caramel with the salt and chocolate on the apples was delightful. The salt had the texture/grain of table salt and I definitely would have appreciated a kosher or some type of Himalayan or maybe even just a rock salt. The chocolate covered bananas are always my favorite and didn't disappoint. As you can see in my pictures, I enjoyed most of it before I actually got to class lol I'll return and hopefully they'll have their act all the way together.

WildFlower may look like the average retailer from the outside but once inside you are transported to a gorgeous wonderland. The store is much larger than I anticipated. While I thought it was just a florist I discovered it is also a gift shop. Regarding floral services, I selected a lovely arrangement from the large cooler with a variety of bright gerbera daisies in it. There were several florists on site very busy making arrangements so I could have had a custom arrangement made but there was no need since the cooler selection offered plenty of options. Regarding gifts, they carry some of my very favorite brands and artists. Some of my favorites are Jellycat plushes and the Jellycat plants they had here were so cute! Jellycats always have great expressions and the fabrics feel so good. They also have various items from local artist Kim Hovell like candles wrapped in her Chesapeake Bay inspired oyster paintings. Her work in hues of blues is always very calming. WildFlower also carries locally made artisan Choquette chocolates. When I want to give a little thank you or hostess gift I always choose choquette chocolates. There were plenty other neat gifty items and I'll definitely be returning to do a little shopping. As far as customer service goes, there were about three florists who were very focused on what they were doing and one kinda gave me a weird look, probably because I was audibly ooohhing and ahhing and taking photos of the gorgeous displays (after asking if it was ok.) There were also a few people on the floor who were very helpful. One lady in particular was my saving grace and she was super helpful and friendly as I looked to pick out a last minute gift. I really wish I had more time to wonder around WildFlower. I'll definitely be back!

I live north of Dallas, TX. Went to the website (through the funeral home webpage) and was impressed by the selection available. I chose a blue and white basket with an angel and a sympathy card. The order was placed easily and the price was very reasonable. I was given an order confirmation and receipt within hours. The afternoon of the visitation, I texted my friend to offer support and he sent me a picture of what I had ordered. The flowers were gorgeous and I was so glad they could bring beauty to a sad occasion. He told me that they were beautiful. The picture shows it. Thank you Flowers and Fancies.

I placed the order online, scheduled pick up, and moved on with my life. Unfortunately, I received an email about 5 days before I was due to pick up the arrangement essentially advising that my selection was no longer available because the flowers wouldn't be in season the month of December. Huh? They explained that they would do their best but I asked for a refund instead. Apparently there was a website issue that allowed the purchase to go through but shouldn't have. Disappointed and frustrated, I placed a last minute birthday order with a large corporation and tried to put the matter behind me. Well color me surprised when the Flowers & Fancies team sent me an arrangement to apologize for the error. I was shocked, surprised, and necessarily reminded that mistakes happen and it's best to have patience and understanding, especially for local, well meaning businesses. The arrangement provided is gorgeous and makes the one I ordered from a large corporation just doesn't compare. Thank you to Heather and the Flowers & Fancies team for making it right. I look forward to supporting in the future.

The flowers were unique and very fresh. It was almost like visiting a little garden. The pricing is upfront and very reasonable. The quality and freshness of the flowers beats any grocery store arrangement by far. I loved the experience of being able to pick my own flower and create an original arrangement. The staff is super friendly and knowledgable. Parking is a little annoying but its expected for the area. You get a rewards card towards your purchase that can be used either at the florist or the cafe interchangeably. The space is a little small but You can even host events here or host little seminars, which i witnessed happening the last time I visited. Cant't wait to get another bouquet either for myself and especially for someone else. So lovely!

I just popped in after I ordered a latte next-door, and I saw a few plants immediately that I was drawn to that looked very healthy and the price was more than reasonable, especially considering one of them came in a real pot and not a temporary planter! ($17 for a potted plant and about $10 for a smaller non potted plant). I felt like it was fate and that I needed to buy these plants so if you are a plant lover, this is definitely a cute little spot to pick up a little plant or two! Additionally, the service was really great. I can't remember her name, unfortunately, but the woman behind the counter was so so friendly, and gave me lots of pointers on what the plants that I selected needed, so it was really great to have that advice from her as well. They also of course, sell flowers! I have to return one day to buy some of their lilies
