I've tried this place three times over the years and have told others in the area that this is the okayest EA I've ever used. I've been disappointed anytime I've ordered anything with fine details but they've been ok with dipped strawberries and the like, as long as you keep in mind it's not going to be great. Well I ordered a tray for Mother's Day with chocolate strawberrries and mom spelled out in pineapple slices. When I picked it up the M and O were on top of each other, so I said I guess I can fix that. The owner actually said to me "that happens sometimes since we move things around" and went to get gloves to fix it. Lady, pineapple slices don't stack themselves from jostling. Someone didn't care enough to spell out mom properly, which is this whole store in microcosm. I'd forgotten that's this owner's standards so I just told her I'd fix it when I got home and left. At home I got a closer look and it appears that this tray was probably made a few days ago and has been sitting in poor or no refrigeration. I expect there will be variations in sizes on strawberries but these are clearly store bought strawberries and several were past their prime, with mushy tips and brown stems. Ultimately where I really miessed up is picking this tray up the day before Mother's Day. So it's going to age another day before being presented. Not a good sign. I was hoping I could just flip the pineapple slices and the bottom would have better edges but they've all been in contact with chocolate so the color has oozed into them and the chocolate on the strawberries in contact with the pineapple has turned into sludge. The edges of the pineapple show some age as well as they're starting to deteriorate with one of the M looking a bit older than the other. Really annoyed but the only good news is that everything tastes fine and my wife is much more concerned about taste than appearance. Not worth the price asked and paid however. read more

I ordered arrangements for the office. They said they would send me a confirmation email. I got a confirmation number and they took my money. I called in the morning. The lady said my order should be here today after calling the first time a few hours had passed and I've been calling for hours now and no one answers the phone I called the Indianapolis location. They said they've gotten over 50 calls today regarding the Greenwood location because they weren't answering their phones. I called corporate. No one answers the phone. Finally, I found a look up link put the confirmation number in and it said my order wasn't even made yet I ordered last week. read more

Popped in on Christmas Eve day (yes, I know) and wanted to see what the inside store was like. I wasn't sure what to expect as I've always done delivery. They didn't have any arrangements available, super understandable. I explained I was in charge of bringing a fruit salad for tonight and usually purchase store bought ones but wanted something better. They offered to make a fruit salad for me and had it ready within 30 minutes. It saved my day! It's beautiful, looks fresh and smells amazing. Ordered an arrangement for my daughter. She is in the military. Was told AFTER they supposedly attempted to deliver it, that they weren't allowed to even drop it off at the gate. Lies, I have ordered her DoorDash and other things just fine. They then refused a refund.. and would not help to figure out a way to actually deliver what I paid for. My daughter can not leave base.. so pick up wasn't an option. The person on the other end was VERY rude and was basically like sorry you're SOL.. mind you my daughter is 2,000 miles away so I definitely couldn't go pick it up either.. Very accommodating, i place a in my mind a somewhat large order for that day at 11 am an they close at 4, I told them what I needed an she hesitated but said sure we can get it done and delivered same day I gave them so directions because it was being split between floors at the hospital an did not hesitate to say "we can't" or it "it has to go to one place" which was perfect. I have a great experience, today I called in an order by phone and the manager answered and quickly took my order. very professional and the edible arrangement arrived to my clients within an hour. my clients called and said they were beautiful and delicious. I then placed an online order for another client, after my happy clients call, and had another another sent which arrived same day as well. everyone loves them and they saved the holiday for me... thank you guys so much for getting my arrangements out same day so quickly and thank you so much for how beautiful they look. I had an idea about a 'just because' gift and the person receiving the gift is only at home on Monday. I placed this order and quickly realized I forgot to include who it was from on the card. I called the Greenwood store and explained my problem to the associate that answered. I wish I would have gotten her name as she was kind and very helpful. She told me the order had not come thru yet but took my name and phone number and said she would call back. About 20 minutes later she did call back. She confirmed the addition I wanted to make and thanked my for my business. I was able to track the order on the site the entire time; knew when it was out for delivery and even when it was delivered. I made an order for Valentines day for my wife. What she received was nothing like I had ordered. I called to let corporate know and they said I would hear back from the store in 48 hours. I finally called the store and a worker there said they had run out of items and had just substituted items! Said they had too many orders to call every customer and let them know! LOL It's now been a week and still no call back or refund. Everytime I go by the store the manager is never there and she is the only one who can issue a refund. I've called corporate several times and usually give up after an hour on hold. Their customer service to resolve issues is just poor at best. Their FB page is overwhelmed right now with people not receiving orders and not getting refunds. Looks like a big problem, so beware if ordering for a popular holiday. read more

Me and my grandson was on an outing today and stop by this store for the first time which I normally spend $70 on edibles through delivery and decided to stop by and check out some specials.. the lady had $39.99 in the showcase which I was going to purchase along with my favorite strawberries dipped. But after she got done explaining to me that would be to much for my grandson and they are normally given as gifts that the $5 cups would be better.. so I ordered a cup and 2 cheesecakes after I went into how much I get deliveries from other stores and she explained all 3 other store were owned by a specific lady which I am very happy with. She gave my grandson a chocolate covered apple on a stick and he ate one of his strawberries out the cup and was a little messy and I asked if she had a bathroom she said no, paper towel, she handed me a Clorox bleach wipe for my grandson (5years old) hands and face and said this is all she has... Clorox wipes!!!! I took it and wiped off the chocolate from his hands and said when granny get to the car she will get you the proper wipes and clean you up.... I was already discouraged when she kept saying the $39 item was to much for my grandson and kept recommended the $5 cup.. ... I won't be back! The store is very clean I must say! read more

I ordered an Easter arrangement for my grandkids and when delivery was attempted there was a sign on the door asking that no one ring the doorbell because baby was asleep. When the deliveryman called the number for the recipient no one answered the phone. I was then called and I suggested just leaving the arrangement at the door since he'd advised me that the garage door was open and there were cars there. I was told that since it was such a warm day he didn't think that was a good idea. At that point he agree to hold while I texted the recipients to tell them to go to their front door. SUCCESS! They were there and were able to accept the delivery. The delivery person was patient and very kind throughout this process. The arrangement was perfect and fresh and the customer service was beyond perfect. I'm very impressed. read more

Would not recommend! Delivered after 7p!!! guaranteed it would be there before 5p. Of course everyone had left for the day!!! I understand you can't always get great customer service because some people just have bad days. Well when I went in to get my mother something for Valentine's Day the lady that helped me barely smiled and I'm not sure if she was having a bad day but at least be a little friendly. It isn't your business its your bosses so represent somewhat of a good name for them. Also you can't just go in and expect a fresh arrangement to come out so call ahead so they'll have some time to make it. Call AT LEAST an hour ahead. That's all I've got to say. I have used this location so many times and NEVER had a bad experience. I usually call ahead & pick up, but I've done 4-5 deliveries & never had an issue. Fruit is always exceptional & the arrangements are beautiful. They've even loaded mine into my car to make sure its safely transported. About to order a couple more! read more

I got a Mother's Day platter of strawberries for my mother which looked delicious and she enjoyed greatly! The only issued I had was that your company did not have enough supply of Mother's Day balloons for the demand, which is fine. Yet, you are charging $5 each and a customer should get exactly what they paid for, Mother's Day balloons. I get that you can't possibly predict how many orders you will have for this holiday during a pandemic. However, walking down to the Dollar Tree where your customers can see where your getting their balloons from because you have a shortage is not good for business. Especially when those balloons cost you $1. At least go to a different store out of view of your customers. I mean i would have done the same, but not in the view of customers. It just leaves your customers with the feeling of ,"I should have just got my balloons there and for a lot cheaper". read more

I ordered a Mother's Day Arrangement of chocolate covered strawberries, pineapples, grapes. The chocolate was melted to the plastic cover, the pineapples were warm to the touch. Arrangement wasn't safe to eat! Truly,why would you deliver such a mess to anyone! Never use! Absolutely horrible! read more

I understand people make mistakes. If you want your order cancelled and the order will be going through this location check back with them multiple times. I was told my order had been cancelled and that my money would be refunded. Of course, I didn't question or call back until after I found out it was delivered. When I called to ask what had gone wrong the person said they would send a delivery person over to pick it up. I cannot imagine sending someone a gift then them get a knock on their door to take that gift away. Oh well. Just another lesson and how I will never use this shop again. read more
