With the holiday and everything going on, I mistakenly wrote down the wrong expiration date--September 1 instead of August 30. I completely understand if the store could not honor the coupons a day late. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable, just hoping it might be possible. However, when I called on Monday, the associate I spoke with was extremely rude. I wasn't upset about the policy itself, but about the way I was treated when asking a simple question. Because of this interaction, my family and I will be moving our shopping to the Hallmark store in Westfield. It's disappointing, as we've enjoyed shopping at this location for years, but customer service matters.
