This is in review of an order someone placed for me. Order was initiated on Feb 9th with confirmation. Order was scheduled for Valentine's Day delivery but was not received until the following afternoon. Cheesecakes were melting and chocolate from dipped berries had loss their integrity. When reaching out all calls and emails went unanswered until a complaint with corporate was filed. This was a poor experience and I'm appalled at the lack of ownership being taken for such major mishaps of everyone's order. read more

I cannot express my disappointment in this business. First, I live 1500 miles away from my parents and wanted to surprise my dad for his bday with a special treat from edible arrangements. I ordered on Tuesday 12/3 for a delivery to be set for Thursday 12/5. Speaking with my parents on Saturday 12/7, I find out they never received the delivery. Called the store and the young lady said she left me a message to say they could not deliver on time. Never got the message nor a phone call from a Jacksonville area code. I still have a Jacksonville area code as my number, so I would easily recognize someone calling me from my hometown. Nonetheless, clerk stated she had the items and could "now send" the delivery to my parents. Mind you, had I not asked my parents, I would have been out this money without knowing. I contemplated on whether to ask for a refund and when I did ask, I was told "manager would not be in until Monday and I would have to call back". I decided to have them deliver the items. Please see the pictures my parents sent me, flowers dead, ballon half inflated and the desserts were "horrible" and to be honest nasty looking. I would not eat them, either. read more

The delivery was a day late. There is no one in the store to talk to about the delivery status. Two phone mails were left, but none were ever returned. What was delivered looks terrible compared to what I paid for on the website. The tool for tracking the delivery status was never updated once the order delivery started and was delivered. read more

Nincompoops! My wife and I spent $100 on an arrangement to be delivered on December 23rd. I keep checking the status online...says "...crafting"...still not delivered. Christmas Eve, still not delivered. We call the office on December 27th to find out an Uber driver couldn't find the address on Christmas Eve. Baloney. We have ordered in the past, and they have found the delivery address without issue. I might mention our previous order was also late, but not this bad. They say on December 27th that they can deliver TOMORROW, the 28th. We insist they deliver on the 27th, not the following day. We will see. This store also delivered an arrangement to a family member last year, leaving the arrangement in the sun and skipping out on the balloon. Once, twice, three strikes, you're out! Never again will I use this location, and I advise you to move along as well. I will give props to another location in North Georgia who has delivered on time, without fail, for three years now. Clearly, this location on Southside Boulevard needs an overhaul. read more

I ordered for Valentine's Day to be delivered to a school and it never showed up and no one answered at the location. I've never experienced this level of awful service o places the order on last Wednesday they took my money of course but no delivery and no Conrad I called 6 times on Valentine's and no one called me back. I noticed the reviews were terrible so I should've came to yelp first but I've ordered from them over the years previously without any issues. I just disputed the charge with my credit card company and I will never use this business again. It's NO STARS but we have to pick at least one. read more

So disappointed AGAIN! Ordered something to be delivered to friend last Thursday on her last day of job - it was not delivered and I was charged the expensive fee and additional $9.99 same day fee. I called - never answered. Tried cancelling online but would just spin and never allowed me to cancel. Charged my card and did not deliver until today - 4 days later at almost 7pm at night and friend is out of town for the week getting trained for new job!!! Also, what I got for $109.90 was not what was shown and so not worth it. This was not my first time having trouble with Edible Arrangements and swore I would not do it again - so shame on me - but I will never order from them again and tell everyone I know how bad of an experience and no customer service!!! I went in person to place my order.. gave specifics on what I wanted (I ordered the box 4 strawberries, 4 pineapples, 4 apples all chocolate covered) to be delivered the next day. My order gets delivered at 630pm as store closes at 7. When I opened the box it was incorrect. I called the next day...I was told the young women I placed my order with only noted that I didn't want bananas and nothing else. After explaining why the box was incorrect and what I actually ordered, I was then told they're remake it and have it delivered the next day. The next day comes and goes with no delivery. I go back to the store in person and was then told they weren't going to make it because the employee said I only said no bananas. There was no communication or then changing their mind or nothing. I said do you think if that's all I said and I didn't give exactly what I wanted in the box that I'd still be coming and calling??? That particular woman offered to remake the box the next day (I couldn't make it back up there so I don't know if she did it or not). I don't live close to this place so having to keep going up there is frustrating at the very least. They have cameras but nobody wants to run those back to prove the employee just didn't notate what I ordered properly they'd rather just not do the correct order and just apologize....very very simple. Horrible customer service and the employee barely knew how to place the order. I've ordered from them a lot and always get the same box with no problem. Very disappointed. Immediately I wanted to send something. And I thought.....how perfect to get a nice delivery that is pretty AND tasty! I don't order these often, they are pricey, but I put in the order on a Friday evening requesting a Saturday (next day) delivery. The ordering was super easy, was very straight forward and you knew exactly what to expect. I was surprised to get a text right around lunchtime stating that she received her delivery and "just in time for lunch"! The picture attached to my review was what she received. I took the box home and it was beautiful. Took the picture after I enjoyed a dipped pineapple flower. This will be a wonderful dessert for our Saturday night dinner. I have the next three family members birthday gifts already in mind. No problem but the store looked run down and had a capacity limit of 5 people. It is a tiny edible arrangement store. My wife enjoyed the gift. Nothing says love than an edible arrangement. I pick up orders here quite often. The staff are always cordial and simply awesome. Today was a tough day. I have had a heavy burden on my shoulders these last two weeks. Today I had to wait a few minutes for the order to be finished. The gentleman, wish I knew his name, brought out the order with a coworker, and gave me three chocolate covered Granny Smith apples. I was overwhelmed by their generosity so much so I cried. I am crying as I write this. Their humble gift made my day brighter and my burden a little lighter. Ohh and those treats are amazing, the chocolate was scrumptious. This place gets 10 stars! read more

The website is bogus!!!! I placed my order and paid for pick up the same day only to be told at pick up they didn't make the order and the staff went home for the day. Pick up was scheduled for 6. The location closes at 7! The lady working the counter said they are aware of the issue with the website but the owner refuses to fix the issue. Not only that but I now have to wait til the next day to get a refund for an order they did not fulfill. Horrible experience! I will never use this location ever again. I received a surprise arrangement from my parents as an early birthday gift. I received chocolate and caramel covered apples, chocolate covered strawberries, a chocolate lollipop and a couple balloons. The delivery driver was very nice and easy to meet up with. I received a call from the driver and directed him where to meet me outside of my house. The arrangements were to die for! The quality of edible arrangements has always been amazing and this was no different. I had to resist eating them all in one sitting! They held up well in the fridge for the next couple days so I was able to enjoy them later on. This is definitely such a great idea if you need a last minute gift or if someone is in another area as the delivery was efficient and convenient. I ordered a fruit tray for my father for Father's Day. It was ordered on the 10th and was supposed to be delivered on the 16th. He never received it on the 16th, however he did receive it on the 17th at almost 6:30 PM on a warm platter with the fruit also warm. I tried calling the store and they don't answer the phone nor do they respond to messages. On Sunday I sent a message from my email requesting to be contacted on when my father's fruit will be delivered. After speaking to corporate today (18th) I found the store closed the ticket!! Corporate reopened the ticket but now I have to allow the store another 24 hours. I've been ordering from them for years. Obviously this store doesn't care anymore. My BFF ordered a strawberry arrangement to be delivered before 2pm to thank her sister for hosting us in her home for the weekend. It was one hour before the store closed, the arrangement had not arrived, and no one would answer the phone at the store. We called another location and they suggested we call the corporate office. Corporate refused to cancel the order and refused to give us a refund. They said it would be delivered by 7pm. We were leaving at two thirty for the day and when we told them that, they said they wouldn't leave it at the door because it was perishable. I will never order from this company again. read more

I placed an order with Edible Arrangement Southside Blvd. Jacksonville FL on 7/11 before 9am for delivery the following day 7/12. it is now 4pm 7/12 and my daughter has not received her birthday arrangement & her store closes at 5pm. I called at 2:30 & was told that it was in route (which was a complete lie). I just called back again to find out it has not even been picked up yet by the courier service. The response I received over the phone at 4pm was "we don't guarantee when we will deliver the arrangements". Horrible experience & totally Unacceptable. Terrible experience! I ordered 2 dozen Halloween decorated strawberries for a party. Only one box was delivered, I called the store to let them know, they said they would deliver them the next day. I called that morning to confirm that they would be delivered. No answer, I left a message twice no reply, I had an email asking how my experience was with my order so I replied stating it wasn't a very good experience. Still haven't heard back from them. Horrible place of employment. Hired me just to start my first day of "training" was there for 3 hours and "let me go" 2 days later after 3 hours of training and with the company total... to also be promised pay for those 3 hours and it has now been 3 1/2 weeks and i still havent gotten that payment store manager also requested to pay me the 3 hours through cashapp or zelle which is very weird and sketchy aswell store manager isn't responding to text messages or calls and blocked me. I called from a different number and he answered immediately. I placed an order (8/22) in the morning for same day pickup at 6pm. We got a voicemail from Isaiah at 5pm saying they ran out of fruit. And they would have my order ready on 8/23 (the next day) instead. I could not pick it up on 8/23 because of a busy schedule. I wanted it for the day that I ordered it. I called and spoke with Brianna who was nice at helping me figure out what has happened. I was a little snippy with her but apologized because it was not her fault. What I am upset about is that her manager Tamela did not want to talk with me to at least apologize for the inconvenience. She instead told Brianna to tell me she will refund my money, which she did not do because I had to call and ask for a refund the next day. Another employee did the refund for me. I tried calling about 15xs, and sent an email... another kicker to this, the business that it was supposed to be delivered to is only 3minutes from Edible arrangements. When I got to the store, the owner just said he couldn't get any help and hasn't answered the phone in weeks. He could not have cared less about the situation. He didn't offer to make it right and wasn't even capable of a refund. It must happen a lot, since he has a card on his counter with a corporate number. They don't answer either and it just disconnects. He was however VERY quick to accept payment when ordered, say he delivered it, not follow through and not be able to fix it. HOW INCOMPETENT!!
