Be warned. I should have read all the reviews first. My fault!!!! I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Edible Arrangements. I paid $90 for an arrangement to be delivered on May 28th, but it didn't arrive until the 29th. What's worse, the app falsely claimed it was delivered on the 28th, and I received no notification about the delay. When the arrangement finally arrived, it was missing several pieces of fruit that were shown on the website. The fruit that was included looked awful - not fresh at all. I also paid extra for additional items that were considered add-ons, but those were not included either. To top it all off, when I called to complain, the manager, Matilda, was incredibly rude. She said she didn't need to notify me of the delay and had only notified the recipient. This was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I am beyond upset with this purchase and the terrible customer service. I expected much more for the price I paid. I will not be ordering from Edible Arrangements again, and I urge others to think twice before doing so. read more

I guess it's my fault. I should have read the reviews prior to ordering online. I believe this is by far the worst service I have experienced with any edible arrangements store. I placed an order and called to verify if it could be delivered that day since I selected online same day delivery. Unfortunately they we not going to be able to get to them bc the order was placed at 3:45pm. Fine. No problem. I spoke to Matilda and another lady who said they will have it delivered the following day. I called the next day at 11am to see when it will be delivered. The lady told me in an hour. Welp guys it's 1:45pm and still no package. I call back and some how Matilda says there's a note to deliver AFTER 3pm. I certainly didn't put the note and they claim it came that way from online. They give me an option that is accommodating to them which is, the recipient can come pick up from the store or we can deliver tomorrow since they are leaving work soon. Hahaha! This is a JOKE! Our business ordered the fall fruit flowers with the 12 count dip fruit box for a colleague's birthday that works for academy corporate headquarters. The "manager" who said her name is Moraya called the day of the delivery to inform us that they ran out the flowers and wouldn't get any until Thursday. She seemed pretty adamant to just not help us and refund us for the flowers. After questioning for possibilities on what we can replace the flowers with she began giving a very nasty and unprofessional attitude instead of helping us resolve the situation (mind you, she called us the day of the delivery). I was livid at the fact that someone who is a manager and is supposed to play the role of a leader could seem so immature and unprofessional. Never again will we be ordering from edible arrangements and will be making sure that the rest of the business we network with are aware of this horrid experience. I have used edible arrangements several times, but was very impressed with their customer service this time. I had ordered a gift to be delivered to my parents' house. When there was no one there for delivery, they texted my dad who said it was okay to leave it with a neighbor. When the neighbors weren't home either, they actually sent me a really nice text message to 1. update me on what was happening and 2. ask me when the best time to re-deliver would be. In the past they would make an attempt and then just have you come pick it up at the store in the end. I appreciate the extra leg work and customer service! read more

I came to order an arrangement to be delivered to my place, which is less than a mile away from this location. The lady taking the order, Mireya, looked annoyed, and did not seem to want to answer my questions about the arrangements. She said that the arrangement was going to delivered between 10 am and 5 pm. As the arrangement has fruit, that meant to stay at home the entire day waiting for it. In the end I decided not to order it. I placed an order on 5/12, the day before Mother's Day for a "same day delivery" which is Saturday. I receive an email at 7p that night stating the order was delivered successfully. I followed up with the recipient about 30mins later, to my surprise she stated she never received anything and I had her check the porch while I was on the phone, nothing. Seeing how the business was now closed I decided to follow up the next morning 8:30A to find out what happened. I explained my situation to the service rep, she responded she was going to have to check with the driver and she would get back to me later that day or the following day. I call back at 2:30p that day to get an update, she stated she was able to find out the order was NEVER delivered however it was going to be delivered this day "for sure". The same lady calls me back 30mins later and stated she was sorry but they never received the flowers they were expecting so they did not have the flowers I ordered nor did they the previous day. I asked why didn't she tell me this earlier as I would have been able to make other arrangements if needed. She stated she thought the flowers would arrive. I was at a loss for words, completely flabbergasted, She stated my options were flowers to be delivered on Wednesday or a refund. WOW really?! HORRIBLE HORRRIBLE experience, I will NEVER shop at this particular store again. My company ordered a $96.33 sympathy arrangement for an employee a full day ahead of time to be delivered, and in return we received some of the worst customer service we have collectively experienced. The driver declined to wait 5 minutes for the recipient (who had just lost a family member and was meant to be surprised by the arrangement) to arrive on site, which we felt was understandable UNTIL we were told that drivers do not have set schedules, and thus we would not be given a new ETA. Reaching the manager to discuss this fiasco took almost an hour and a half. We were transferred to the driver rather than the manager the second time we inquired, and when the actual manager finally returned our call, he did not offer even the slightest form of compensation for the awful service we had received prior. I recently ordered chocolate covered strawberries. They we're fresh and ripe. They arrived on time and the delivery person was professional. The only issue was that on the first bite into each strawberry, the chocolate broke away from the rest of the strawberry. So the first bite was awesome, but eating the rest if it was a bit tricky. read more

My mother didn't received the arrangement until 4pm after calling to let them be aware the office closes at 4pm. 2nd my mother went to eat some of the arrangement the following morning, the grapes in the arrangement had mold on it! MOLD!!!!!!!!!!!!! So she threw out the arrangement and didn't get to enjoy it at all. I don't understand how that could happen unless it was not fresh fruit. I called this morning to see if I could get a partial refund (not a full refund) and I was told sorry we can't do that without pictures to prove you to be right. I called to check on an order I placed & was told it's out for delivery but she was not sure when it would be delivered. I was assured that it would be before 5pm. Firstly I put in a request to have it delivered as early as possible (9-11am specifically) I understand if that couldn't be done since it was a last minute order (the evening before) but I would have thought it would be well before 5pm. The idea of sending someone something at work is for them (and the oohs and ahhs from coworkers) to be able to enjoy it for a better part of the day, not walking out the door. All of that is okay but what I find more disappointing than any of that was that I called two hours ago (1pm) and the young lady told me it was out for delivery. I just looked at the site and it says it's just being made. Very bad business and for $159.12 I expected better... Now the recipient is leaving work an hour early but will sit and wait (surprise ruined) because it's not there yet. Extremely dissatisfied & beyond disgusted.
