When I explained the situation, the employees were rude, aggressive, and completely lacking empathy. They forced me to pay for something I could not consume, and one employee even commented that "the problem with the United States is that customers have too much power and abuse it." They then used my birthday coupon to cover the item without handling the situation professionally or respectfully. The entire experience felt humiliating and completely unacceptable for a business that depends on customer loyalty. Be careful with this store.

I know that it might not always be possible of there is a large crowd or at all places, but I appreciated the diligence in their routine that I did witness!
