The last time I was there, it had the dark chocolate coconut as a new flavour. I bought a bag. My friend and I also got a free sample, which we immediately savoured in the store. It is one of my favourite combinations. Recently, my colleague took Friday off for Black Friday. She said that she was off to the Lindt store and offered to get me a bag of assorted chocolates. I was game and said that I would pay her back. She is so thoughtful! She got a huge bag of 100 chocolates for $39. She had asked me what I like flavour-wise. I am not picky. I love chocolate. I simply indicated to bypass the straight milk and dark chocolate ones. I want them with some other flavour. She did a great job. She got peppermint and coconut, along with flavours that I have never had, such as gingerbread. I have finally paid her back. For some reason, I don't have cash on hand like I used to. Anyway, they're good donuts. I wouldn't say they necessarily remind me much of churros, they're probably too dense and cakey for that to happen, but they're very tasty regardless. The Dulce de Leche-filled donut is especially decadent and delicious. I wish the ambiance and service had been better but I don't really have any complaints as far as the donuts go.
