Ordered from this store 8 days in advance for Valentine's Day. The delivery person showed up at 8:30 in the morning and recipient wasn't present. Made 0 attempts to reschedule. It's already 9pm second day (closing) with 0 communication from the store. I tried calling them more than 15 times between today and yesterday and they don't answer the phones. This ruined my Valentine's Day experience and I will never use edible arrangements again. Very unprofessional service. Stay away. read more

I bought the Summer Fruit platter and the salt and black pepper cashews for my Dad who turned 92 this year on 7-13-24 he loved it and fruit was so fresh , office staff great & so helpful especially since I failed to mention the Gate entrance combination but they called me and secured entrance to gated community. The woman manager Sam and her staff sure knows how to ruin a mothers day gift. I ordered a big platter and they left it outside in the heat on the ground. The fruit were mostly spoiled and some were not washed. The woman manager SAM takes NO responsibility for any of it because she explained she runs a perfect operation. No refund. No apology. This was my first and last time conducting business with this establishment. My order was set to be picked up, curbside, at 10:00am. I called upon arrival at 9:50 am to confirm the protocol for letting the store know I was outside. I was advised that the store didn't open until 10, and that an associate would call to confirm I was there to bring out my order. Around 10:15, I entered because no one had called or brought out my order. The store associate advised me that it would be another 15 minutes since they just opened. I couldn't understand why there was a 10:00 pick up, if the store didn't open until 10 and the order wouldn't be ready at the specified time, but I advised that I was out front in my car and would be waiting. At 10:45 I still hadn't received my order so I walked in again to inquire on the status. The associate at the front retrieved my order from a fridge in the front. I asked why my order hadn't been brought out if it was ready. She stated they didn't do curbside pickup due to covid. I explained that not only was my order supposed to be ready at 10, but that curbside was also selected, and I showed her my receipt. I also stated that it was my second time walking in, so the former associate was aware of the curbside. I did not feel that anyone was concerned about all of the misinformation and my experience. As a consumer ordering online, I am not aware of the operating hours, especially if I'm provided with a selection of times for pickup that are provided by the stores website. Why set my time for 10 if an additional 45 minutes were needed. Otherwise, i would have selected a 10:45 pickup. AND why offer curbside pickup if it's a not really an option, meanwhile, also knowing that im outside waiting for my very late order and not bring it out to me. Very unprofessional. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE... I ordered a gift for my friends birthday and she kindly took a picture and send it to me but my ordered didn't match what i ordered and covered plastic was all wet. So, when i called to store i spoke with manager( who is so rude) and owner they offered me if you want money back we have to pick up the order. IT WAS A GIFT how i can tell my friend that you have to return it to get a new arrangement or money back. Unfortunately, this store was a disappointment. Their lack of care and competence ruined my birthday gift for my daughter. I ordered on line and based on the zip code the order was sent to the East Colonial Dr, Orlando. I had requested the arrangement to be delivered mid afternoon because my daughter works nights And sleeps during the day. Since I could not see her on her birthday, I ordered a birthday arrangement. When I didn't get update on delivery in the afternoon, I called. It was then that I learned that they were not delivering because they did not cover that area. they also stated they tried to call at 3:30 to inform that the delivery was not doable-3:30???? First off, thank you Milena! I called in last minute (3:30 PM) to get my chocolate covered strawberries for my mothers birthday. I originally called the Winter Park store in hopes they would be able to fill my order and was told they were out of strawberries for the day. Boo! I then called this location and thank goodness Milena picked up the phone. She told me no way Jose we are out of strawberries! I explained my situation on how I was at work until 6 and had to be to dinner by 6:30 so I would need strawberries delivered. Her store couldn't deliver but the Semoran store could! She made the call, filled my order and even threw in a balloon for inconvenience . This girl know customer service. The wrong arrangement was delivered. When I called and spoke to the Manager of this store, she had the wrong order and lied that the driver delivered both parts of the order (which was not true). During a second call to the store I spoke to an employee who credited me with the unfulfilled portion of the order. The Manager would not speak to me. I ordered an arrangement to be picked up at 10:30. I got an email around 11 that it was ready. It was picked up by 12pm .. when it was opened immediately after the gift recipient discovered mold all over the strawberries and the melons were extremely mushy.. I called them and explained the situation and all the girl said was "okay what's your order number?" No concern or apology... so I asked if we could have it remade fresh and she insisted that they are all made fresh... I ordered this 2 hours before picking it up. How did that much mold already form? Then I asked if we could have it delivered because I couldn't leave work again and she said she would have to charge me for delivery!? I never got an apology or an offer for a refund from the store .. they did not seem concerned at all. I got a gift of dipped cover strawberries yesterday for mothers day and my strawberries where getting bad they had brown spots and you can tell they're getting bad. And iv gotten it delivered to my house and the lady delivering it had a hard time finding my apartment and i don't know how many time i gave her my address and she ended up across the street and she kept saying her gps was telling her other wise so by the time she got here my chocolate was melted and then thats when i saw how the strawberries look didn't look appetizing, my first time having edible arrangements and was not a delicious experience for me. Terrible, terrible service. I see another review from 5/13/19 with these same issues. Delivery was unannounced and we were not home at the time. I called but no one answered and no option to leave a message. The next day I texted the delivery person and got a jumbled reply, so I called. Delivery person would not talk with me because he thought his English wasn't good enough. He didn't respond to text messages either. Called the next day and was promised delivery between 11 am - 7 pm. They literally held me hostage for 8 hours, no call, no communication and no delivery. It's now more than a week later when I get a call from them about an order which they had no information about. I was held hostage again on the phone while she "checked it out." DO NOT order from this location. At least my sister was able to get her money back. Lesson learned. read more

UNRELIABLE. Ordered an arrangement from this business twice. The first time was for Mother's Day. They completely forgot to deliver to my mother. It really made me look like an a-hole. The next day they made the delivery, they gave us an extra box of chocolate dipped apples as some sort of consulation, but they looked like the driver had sat on them. The second time, I didn't request delivery. I went down to pick up the gift basket that was supposed to be ready at 10 am. It was not ready until 1045. Poor planning and overly priced. 100% failure rate in my experience. Do not order from this store. I ordered my mother an edible arrangement for mother's day. It was delivered rotten! I called to get a new one delivered and my mother would give them the old one, they would not do this I would have to send pictures for proof! My mother is not tech savvy and cannot send pictures. And again if they would have picked it up to exchange it they would see it was rotten. My mother was home it was not sitting out side. The manager called me a liar and would not exchange nor give me my money back. I placed an order this morning in hopes it would get to my wife's office before she left for the day. I put a note on the order to please deliver by 1pm. I got a call from a young lady at Edible saying that they couldn't guarantee it would be there by 1pm because the driver had already left. I told her how important it was for this to get delivered to her....when I got off the phone, I was sure my order would get delivered too late. Low and behold, it was delivered an hour early!!! Love the staff and the environment. I use Edible Arrangements as much as I can it is kind of pricey but worth it in the end. They go above and beyond to make sure you get your arrangement as soon as you can and well done as it always should be!
