I have ordered numerous arrangements from Edible Arrangements and have also had several that used this store. I ordered an arrangement from this store on August 16th and paid extra for same delivery. The order was not delivered until August 21st, almost a week later. I realize that the person I was having it delivered to was not home the first attempt but the fact that this took almost a week to deliver was ridiculous. I left several messages on their machine to be called back and no one ever called me back. When I did finally reach someone on the 21st I asked for a refund of the extra amount I paid, not the total amount which I should have. The girl told me that was not possible so I asked for the manager to call me back. Here it is 5 days later and still no call. I will not be using this store again and it makes me so unhappy about this as most of my family lives in the Rockford area and this is a favorite treat of everyones. read more

I paid $24 for gold balloons and black balloons were delivered. The occasion was an anniversary so black wasn't appropriate. I called to ask what happened and was told they didn't have gold so they used what they had. If they would have just reached out I would have changed the balloons to Happy Anniversary balloons but wasn't given that option. No refund/discount was offered. read more

The first time I tried to send a get well soon platter it was a mess! They had cancelled my order and it ended up being delivered about 4 days late, I had to keep calling to check on the order, and it was not the item I wanted. Today I tried placing an order online for my mom. I wanted to send her a get well platter and the system did not accept my credit card (Weird). So when I called to place the order with a person they wanted to charge me $14.99 for delivery after I was using a free delivery coupon. So I decided to just cancel the whole sweet gesture. Let me preface this by saying, I'm usually not one to leave a review. But, in moments where extraordinary things happen, a review is in order. This morning, I was under a time crunch to get a gift basket delivered to my clients. With no other shops available in the area, Michelle from this Edible Arrangements came to the rescue. I gave Michelle a call and let her know I needed an arrangement sent to Wisconsin, yes Wisconsin! Not only did she get the job done, the arrangement was: made, packaged, and hand delivered by Michelle herself within 3 hours from when the phone call was made. My clients couldn't be happier. Service like this is rare these days and deserves to be recognized. Thank you Michelle for your hard work. It didn't go unnoticed. read more

Very disappointed. I ordered 12chocolate strawberries and went to pick them up. The cashier looked my order up in the computer, confirmed my order, then went to get it in the back When she came back she lied and said she had no record of our order in back or on the computer, even though she already said it was on the computer. This review is for the wonderful staff of Edible Arrangements at Rockford, Illinois. My mother in law celebrated her 89th birthday today and she just loved her edible flowers. Me and my daughter has to follow-up with them to make sure it got delivered on a certain time because she is an elderly and needs to go somewhere. The staff were very professional and helpful! My mother in law also said that she appreciated the beautiful smile of the person that delivered. read more

This rating is strictly for their delivery man (although the fruit was delicious - I particularly liked the white chocolate dipped pineapple!). The delivery man was exceptional! I know it doesn't take much to deliver something, but he was so very friendly and had a big smile on his face the whole time. He even helped me hold the door so I could get my delivery inside. I didn't catch his name, but he was a Hispanic fellow. They are very lucky to have him!! read more

Under ripe basket and very poor customer service. Received a fairly large (and not cheap) arrangement as a gift from work. The melon and cantaloupe were completely inedible. They were all hard and crunchy due to being cut and used well before they were ripe. When I called about this I spoke with a girl who must have been in high school and couldn't have cared less. She stated "we can only use what they give us for the day so there inst anything we can do". This floored me. I wasn't looking for some refund or free stuff, but my work spent good money for a basket of which half I could not eat. When I pressed the issue she said she would leave a message for her manager to call me back and that call never came. I would avoid them. read more

I give them two stars because the arrangement was nice and the fruit tasted good. The reason they didn't get five stars is because they didn't deliver. Ever. They took my order and promised delivery by noon on the delivery day. At 3:30, it still hadn't arrived, so I called. They said it was on the truck. Yeah, right. I drove over there (I live less than 5 minutes from the store) and my arrangement was still in their fridge, but they said they didn't have the stuffed bear I ordered with the arrangement. How could it be on the truck if they didn't have the stuffed bear?? When I finally got the teenage slackers who work there to look up from their cell phones and visiting boyfriends, one of them got the ?owner? who threw in a box of chocolate-covered berries in lieu of the bear. My mom and dad loved this arrangement of delicious healthy fruit-and chocolate dipped berries. They have never seen anything like this, and perfect for her post- surgery. I won't order flowers again when these wonderful and beautiful arrangements cost about the same. She has had a poor appetite but couldn't get enough of the melon. This store and the employees are amazing! I am so glad I googled and found them. The 10 fruit salad cups and 4 chocolate covered strawberry cones I ordered were beautiful, fresh and delicious. I was driving to the Madison, WI store but now I will come here to the Spring Creek Rd, Rockford, IL store. This Valentines Day was the first time I ordered from this location and it will be my last. I had set a pick-up time, when I arrived I still had to wait for over 15 minutes for them to finish the arrangement, so over a half hour late in all. Nor did I get my complete order. They had not ordered enough of the Valentines Bears and offered me one of the Christmas stuffed animals or a refund for that part of the arrangement. I was highly disappointed with the service but at least the fruit was good. read more

I was in the store for 20 min. Everyone was in back. I called out to let them know I was in front there is also a monitor. With all the laughing and yelling in the back I can see why I wasn't heard.
