I purchased an edible arrangement for a baby shower. I walked in and was shown a book with several arrangements within it. When I told the lady what event it was, for she had a special page just for baby boy, baby showers! Couldn't have been any simpler I scheduled a delivery for one week out. A few days later I realized I had the wrong date and I called them and they changed the delivery with Absolutely zero complications. I got a large arrangement and it was $97. It's pretty expensive, but definitely worth it. It was the centerpiece of the baby shower table and it was a hit. Grown-ups and children alike couldn't wait to get a piece of that beautiful fruit arrangement. My only regret is that I didn't get a picture! We were so busy enjoying the party, that I was remiss , I can tell you that it looked exactly like the one in the book that I ordered. They also offered to put balloons on it, but I declined because it is Halloween time and it was going to have Halloween balloons at the party and blue balloons would clash. I have only good things to say thank you edible arrangements for giving us a beautiful centerpiece at a very special party. Also, thank you for the wonderful customer service. Both the lady who took my order and handled my phone call, in addition to the gentleman who delivered the arrangement and called my phone to tell me it had been delivered to the party, were professional and kind. I have ordered from Edible Arrangements before but not from this location. However, today was the first time I got an unexpected arrangement sent to me (I feel special). The person who ordered these items for me had no idea I was going to be home. However, I was glad I was. While the arrangement was beautiful as were the chocolate covered fruits, my only qualm was that I did not get a call from the store prior to delivery. I do understand that a phone call is not guaranteed, however I think in this case for the amount the person who sent this to me spent coupled with the conditions outside today, it would have made sense to do so. Aside from this, the fruits were fresh and beautifully done and the chocolate covered apples, strawberries, pineapples and bananas were divine. *note: to the Yelpers who are reading this, if you wanna send me another arrangement, I will gladly accept it! read more

Not really happy with this place. My mom in Cali always orders arrangements for me n my family from the cedar park location around 5x a year and arrangements are always beautiful fresh with friendly service. (Delivered to my work for me in cedar park ) Since COVID she decided to send me an arrangement for starting a new job . So I wait all morning for it to be delivered and it doesn't come till 1:30 No call, just one knock at the door (lucky my dog heard the knock) I grab it , look at it funny like why would she send me the arrangement with the balloon tht said thanks ? Haha what ever excited to have it my family starts opening the goodies that are in a bag While I grab the card and realized that it is not the one she ordered me. Completely different address , not even close. Name is not even close to mine So I call with in 3 min to let them know I have the wrong arrangement They had some trouble finding mine (luckily I had the confirmation number) She said ok let me see if I can call the driver. Do NOT order from this location. I placed an order for Mothers Day 4 weeks ago. Today May 12th the order was delivered. The driver only delivered two brownies and no flowers. I live in Colorado. This was a special gift for my mother in Texas. I paid $54 only to have two small brownies delivered. I'm not rich. The order was incomplete and the driver screwed up. When I called the store the manager had the audacity to act indignant. I've since filed a complaint with headquarters and the BBB. Never order from this place if your from out of town. I ordered a birthday bouquet for my niece with strawberries only and no melon because she is allergic. They sent her a valentines mug and you guessed it with melon. I called the store and then person I spoke to said she spoke to the recipient and she was fine with it. I have ordered from this locations for each of my granddaughters for birthdays etc . My granddaughters love to be surprised with these arrangements each time and & W 4 of them ( 6 soon) I never know what time etc to try to schedule . Edible A has never ONCE failed to make it during the after school time & before soccer etc time for these kids! It's our lil special thing I like to do for them before their parties w everyone. They feel so special and the delivery person today even let her sign on the ticket as acceptance ( after mom ) . I ordered a delivery to my boyfriends job for our anniversary, not happy to say that we were highly disappointed. He came home with the arrangement and tbh it looked sloppy and a very 'last minute made' (def not worth the $80) the fruit was definitely not ready to be eaten. Purchased an arrangement this morning that was already made from their cooler in the lobby for one of my vendors. Looked great, paid the $92.01 and off we went. Delivered it myself at 10:45 to say how much he was appreciated (more personal than them delivering it). I was having delivered a just because gift to my boyfriend that never was delivered. My boyfriend said that the delivery driver called him and asked him was he going to be at work (this was like 6ish). He told him he was already gone from work. He asked if he could meet him so he could give him a delivery (WTW). He told him no that he couldn't. So I called the next day when I found out all of this. The guy I spoke with said they attempted to deliver but he was already gone from work. (Really). So I went and got my money back from delivery. But when I ordered somehow it was a double order. I was told that I would get a refund from the second order. That's been over a week and I haven't been refunded of that double order. In what has become rather a tradition of mine to rescue myself on Valentine's Day from buying flowers (usually sub par) that turn to garbage in a day or two I have changed to buying fruit arrangements (occasionally dipped in chocolate.) I heard about them a few years ago on the radio while trying to come up with something unique for my wife, and still people are impressed when she receives them at work; trust me guys, you think flowers get the ohs and ahs, you haven't seen anything until you've heard the "Wow! What is that?" The arrangements aren't cheap, but neither are flowers (the good ones) usually the fruit is perfect (as was the case today) and the chocolate is ... well, you can't have just one bite. I placed my order through the web, it was easy. After I had placed my order I had to change my delivery date (because I'm special like that) 18 minutes later I had a confirmation email sent back (not from a machine, a really real for real person wrote it.) And the delivery staff is also wicked cool (how can they not be though .... they are delivering sunshine) Anyway, this place is what I recommend everyone use, it is still pretty novel, even over the years; it is different enough that it gets noticed, so your honey will always get to feel special AND there are stores that deliver pretty close to everywhere. read more

Ordered online and hour before our engagement. When we went in to pick it up we had to wait another half hour. These were gifts for our friends and family. We were told days later that the fruit had mold on it and they were just trying to spare us the embarrassment. I received a delivery unexpectedly from a co-worker after surgery on Monday of this week. While the bouquet of fruit looked spectacular, the quality and taste awful, which obviously no one would be able to tell unless they ate the fruit. I knew my friend had spent a lot of money on the arrangement and didn't want to complain to her so I sent a customer complaint via the website on Tuesday. I was notified a couple of hours later via email that they had forwarded my complaint to the owner/manager of the Round Rock location and I would be contacted within 24 - 48 hours. Today I received a very pleasant voicemail from Becca saying she would like to resolve the issues concerning my delivery. I called her back and she promptly offered me several resolutions to my complaint without any hesitation or further explanation needed. It was REFRESHING! The person who answered the phone said she would hold the delivery truck so she could get my order on- which she could quickly put together (I took her advice on what to order so it could get delivered quickly).
