The lady behind the counter who helping and educating me was very patient and nice! She had a floral arrangement that was completely edible! It was made from pastry and baking goods! TERRIBLE customer service! Refused to deliver an order to my daughter's apartment. When I asked why (I genuinely wanted to understand) and explained she gets food deliveries quite often, she rudely said, "I've cancelled your order." Wow. Where do I start yelp really needs to give the option for ONE STARS?!?! Where I should have started was by reading the review for this location, the majority of them are ONE STAR. BUYER BEWARE DON'T ORDER FROM AN OWNER CHRIS WHO HAS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE experience!!!!!ZERO!! Let's start from the begging. I was on their website and saw this mind blowing arrangement, I had to have it. I thought my mother would just love this. This is the first time that I've purchased on item from this brand. I place the order online then realize that I put the wrong date for pickup. So I call first thing that following morning to correct it, The lady who I believe was CHRIS THE OWNER, said no problem, well take care of that and be extremely happy to see you Friday! I was excited I had just found my mother the best Mothers Day gift ever, it looked delicious and had the WOW factor that no other gift could ever offer........... Then for the bad news. This morning on a Thursday I get a phone call from the store I figured they where calling to ask me to pick it up today, nope they were calling to tell me that they weren't even going to make the one that I ordered. They advised me that I could order one of their MOTHER DAY SPECIAL. Chris Advised me that they didn't have the product to make the arrangement I requested, however she (Chris) did give me an options to get a very small one (About half the size of the one I ordered) because they didn't have any bandannas to make mine. Which worked out great because my mom doesn't even like bananas. I asked Chris several times if I could omit the bananas and substitute them for something else, her answer for everything WAS NO! No Banana, NO APPLES, NO PINEAPPLES DIPPED IN CHOCOLATE, but they have chocolate. I first impression was maybe they're just lazy or maybe its to time consuming, she only wanted to give me the option for very small and cheap smaller arrangements, she stated that she wouldn't be willing to make an exception or make this arrangement that I ORDERED AND PAID FOR because if she did it for me then she would have to do it for everyone. I don't know where she's from but I've always been told snitches get stitches, I wasn't about to tell anyone that she as a business owner went above and beyond to honor a customers request and make things right, which would of been free marking for her, but oh well. I still had hope in getting my MOTHER THE BEST GIFT and asked Chris the owner of the Greenville, SC Location to call the Spartanburg SC location and see if they would be willing it make it, yes it would of been out of my way, yes I wanted it and I didn't care about the drive. I just wanted to make this day special for my mom. Well it turns out Chris and the manager are like BFF's according to Chris. Chris said she's not going to make it either, and refused to even call and ask her. Guess what?!?! I Called to store in Spartanburg, SC on Pine St and spoke to Chris's BFF Dianna, boy was she the opposite of Chris, her so called BFF. Dianna was more than willing to help me, Dianna pulled the item up and did advise me that she didn't have the bandanna or the apples but was more than willing to add additional fruit to make it look amazing still. I was beyond happy that I was still able to get my mom the spectacular gift that I so wanted to get her, and guys if you read this extremely long story please don't do any business at the GREENVILLE LOCATION, she must be overwhelmed with orders and has lost her touch of who keeps her in business, the customers. Please Please Please take 30 mins out of your day and go to the Spartanburg location where I'm sure your arrangement will be made will LOVE and Passion for the occasion KUDDOS To Dianna for being a role model and an example of what true customers service should be like!! I absolutely love edible arrangements. I use the store on Pine street because the service is excellent the arrangements are always fresh and arranged beautifully. I have called last minute on more than one occasion, and they have saved me by preparing and delivering arrangements for birthday gifts and more. I ask specifically for Trista McRae because she is knowledgeable, personable and very helpful, but everyone there is awesome!! read more

I have ordered from many Edible Arrangements across the U.S. for different relatives' events but I have to admit, the store in Spartanburg on North Pine Street is far and away my favorite that I have had the pleasure of ordering from. Recently I had forgotten to purchase a gift for my aunt and gave a call to the store (assuming they would not be able to fill my order in such short notice - I called at 10am) and I spoke with Trista McRae. Trista was absolutely helpful, friendly and extremely professional and understood my dilemma. She took my order and the store filled and delivered to my aunt that same afternoon. I was shocked and beyond satisfied...especially when I received a phone call from my aunt later that same day stating, "Thank you so much Kevin for one of the most beautiful gifts I have ever received." Placed an order a week in advance. Order was supposed to go to my wife's office, it never arrived and I was not informed by the company. After calling the business to explain the situation. Their proposed solution was to deliver it to my house after business hours and a $10 credit to my next order? This is food we're dealing with. All of my contact information and the recipients contact information were obtained. I was shocked to find that my order was never delivered!! I was never even contacted by anyone to let me know there was a problem! I would never have found out had I not followed up with the intended gift recipient. BUYER BEWARE!! A few days later, I recieved a phone call following up on the arrangement and delivery. My mother, who was the recipient, LOVED her arrangement. All the fruit was fresh and beautifully arranged.
