I really appreciate how they provided me with same day delivery without an additional charge. Ordering was easy. I just told him I needed a fruit basket delivered today and he told described what they had. I gave him my credit card info and it was delivered in about three hours.

All of the food was delicious. Even though there were many dishes to serve, every plate was beautifully presented.Not only was the menu very carefully planned but even the garnishes were well thought out. I don't know how they did it but all the food was kept at the right temperature. Everything was fresh and tasty. There was also a large variety of food, and every meal was unique. I'm sure I gained a ton of weight eating all of this delicious food but every bite was worth it. I plan on going back to Wiesner food in Brooklyn to take home some more of their tasty dishes.

We arrived around 3:10 PM, but according to their staff, they were already closing -- even though Google clearly stated the store closes at 4:30 PM. The staff were dismissive, rude, and unhelpful, making us wait and wasting precious time. When my father tried to buy a small item, they charged $20 for a "Dubai chocolate", while the same item is listed online for $10. This is a clear overcharge -- essentially theft. On top of that, the staff wasted our time and treated us disrespectfully, even laughing at us and rolling their eyes. Overall, the experience was extremely frustrating, disrespectful, and dishonest. They wasted both our money and our time, and I would strongly warn other customers, especially tourists, to be cautious. The advertised price for Dubai chocolate was $10 (see screenshot), but I was charged $20 with no receipt. The manager (and the staff) smiled arrogantly while being rude and obnoxious, pretending everything was fine while misleading us and overcharging. Such hypocrisy with a fake American smile is unacceptable. We traveled far and spent money to come here, only to be ignored and deceived. We will be reporting this incident to the appropriate authorities and consumer review platforms.
