She then asked me to spell the name, but repeatedly misspelled it and said she couldn't find the order. The name on the order was very common and simple name is the US, so this made the situation even more frustrating. After she found my order after few miscommunications, she said the order is not ready, so I have to wait until the order is ready. I consider myself an easygoing person, but the interaction felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. While the flowers were beautiful, the customer service significantly affected the overall experience.

I spent hundreds and hundreds for a beautiful casket overlay alone and when we arrived we were heartbroken at what we ordered vs what we reviewed (see photos below of what I ordered on the site for hundreds vs what I received). The left is what I ordered. The right is what showed up. 2. There was an entire missing order that was never delivered. Her sister was devastated and embarrassed. When I called and told him we only have 30 min to say goodbye to her and we leave he said he 'couldn't give me a time' that the missing item would even arrive. 3. The cards on the two pieces that did arrive were incoherent and ON THE WRONG FLOWERS. So everyone who contributed was embarrassed that their name was not on their gift or not on either arrangement at all. 4. The owner was cold until I advised him that I would be sharing my experience. That is when he offered to pay me $200 back out of the $500 I spent on the casket spray for the poor quality (so I still paid $300 for something of poor quality and tacky) and did not even offer a refund for the item that never arrived until I asked and then said he'd refund the item that never arrived as well.
