DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE! I'd like to start off saying I've had wonderful experiences with edible arrangements in other cities and this was unlike anything I've dealt with before. I ordered my girlfriend a Mother's Day package, flowers, 12 cookies and Godiva chocolate. I set my pickup time for 1:00PM and arrived 20 mins early to be safe. The first clue should have been the line out the door with unhappy people in line. After calling several times because I had set up curbside pickup, I waited in line for close to an hour before they waited on me. They informed me that they were out of flowers, even though I received an email saying that my order was complete and ready for pickup. I was trying to be flexible and said I would take something else in exchange, when they brought out my order I opened everything and instead of 12 baked cookies I had 12 raw clumps of cookie dough. I went inside to show them and the lady got unbelievably rude and said that what their cookies look like and I pushed the issue and she said "well that's how they came out of the oven." After a total time of and hour and fifteen minutes of dealing with these terrible people I left and chalked it up to a life lesson. I've been using Edible Arrangements for nearly 20 years now and although I love the company, I've certainly seen variable quality and customer service vary between the locations / franchises. The ownership definitely matters and this one is great! Today, I ordered an arrangement for a friend's birthday from this store. I assumed it would arrive tomorrow because I ordered later in the day and the website said Next Day. I was ok with that because it was going to Fallbrook, which is a hike. The wonderful store manager, Christina, called me just to apologize that it would be arriving tomorrow, which I thought was pretty amazing. And then, when we talked, she ended up making me aware of a $15 discount that I had missed and gave it to me retroactively! Now that's great service. I highly recommend this store! read more

Of course we cancelled the order, we needed it that day, thus the reason why we paid for the 1hr service. I am just confused why the website "offers" a non-existent service. We ordered a fruit basket over the phone and requested to have a substitution made and were told it would not be a problem; unfortunately it did not happen. Worse than that though is that the fruit started to go moldy within 24 hours of the delivery. We contacted the store and spoke with the owner who stated he would look into the matter and call back. He stated it was normal for the fruit to go moldy that quickly. DISAGREE! The owner never called back even after we left 2 additional requests for him to do so. The staff was very friendly and helpful but obviously the owner doesn't care about the satisfaction of his customers. Customer service here is horrible. I created an order on Friday 2/12 since delivery for 2/14 was an option with the delivery fee. At 1:33 am that day which is already 2/15 I received a message that I can either have a refund or have it delivered on 2/15. I opted to have it delivered instead and today is 2/16 it is still not delivered. I call for an update and the staff are not remorseful at all and expect me to continue calling instead. I ordered something to be delivered to my grandma one day before mother's day and it never arrived. my grandma lives alone and I was wanting to surprise her with something nice but nothing came for her at all that day. I made an absurd amount of attempts to contact the store but their line was disconnected or something?.. there wouldn't even be a ring. I drove all the way down to this location the following monday after mother's day (I live in orange county) and they were closed!! in the middle of the day on a monday!! My administrator arrived to pick up the order and received such poor (and inappropriately aggressive/crude/unprofessional) service she actually feared for her safety. I ordered an arrangement for a very dear couple who were having their 65th wedding anniversary. The delivery was supposed to arrive Saturday, June 20, 2020. I advised the couple's daughter it would be arriving, and she waited at home all day. It never arrived. I tried repeatedly to reach the store and no one ever answered the phone. After contacting the corporate office by email, someone from the local store finally got back to me and we rescheduled it for the following Saturday. Once again, the order never showed up. I received a voicemail saying they didn't have a delivery driver available to drive to that area on Saturday and we'd have to reschedule. I called the store (again) and after being on hold several minutes, I explained the situation to the person who answered. She went on to tell me on the second delivery, the driver couldn't reach anyone and waited outside the house for 15 minutes. That was completely untrue and even the voicemail they left me told a different story. I told her just to cancel the order, to which she very sarcastically said in a very cheery voice "Okay, no problem, you'll be charged our 25% restocking fee. You have a great rest of your day," and proceeded to hang up. I understand that businesses are having to adjust and scramble right now due to Covid, however, because of the "I could care less" attitude from the employee on the last phone call, I will never order from them again. So I ordered the Bundle of Cheer which supposedly includes a balloon, arrangements and a box of chocolate dipped fruits. My friend only received the arrangements at 15 mins before 9pm and the balloons, no fruit box. Although i appreciate the arrangements and (thank God) they are fresh, somebody should have made sure that the recipient is receiving all that was ordered. They offered a refund for the small box which I didn't have any choice but to accept since nobody's gonna be home today anyways to receive the additional and late item.Staff was responsive about my complaint but I am doing this for them to improve their service next time. Ordered a dozen strawberries for Mother's Day to be picked up at 3pm - and when we show up not only is the order not ready, but there's a line 15 ppl deep in front of the store of other customers with unfulfilled orders who have been waiting over an hour with no communication from the business. Multiple attempts to contact them by phone resulted in employees placing me on hold for 15-20 mins and then HANGING UP rather than answer the phone. I will start off by saying that when I called the day before the customer service I received from the employee was amazing. But unfortunately that's real where the amazing stops. I was supposed to have a happy birthday platter delivered to my best friend's mother on July 1. Obviously because it's her birthday they went out to dinner that night. During the time that they attempted to make the delivery. Unfortunately I did not read the fine print and if they are not able to make the delivery they will not leave it on the doorstep because it is food and then the next day when they make the redelivery they will charge you an extra 15.99. Not only do they charge $60 for chocolate dipped fruit that is a tiny platter but they have the audacity to charge you an extra cost. I attempted to call the next day and didn't receive a callback from anyone until after 7 PM. Supposedly I spoke to two managers at two different occasions which I highly doubt that a business is going to have two managers on duty during the whole pandemic. Either way the first manager was not up to par and her customer service and the second one attempted so explain the reason why the first manager wasn't up to par. Either way I would never order from this place again and I honestly how do I read the reviews on yelp I probably wouldn't have in the first place. I am fully aware with customer service. All I can say is if you are to order from this location please read the fine print when you're submitting everything online because it can come back to you. It would be a good idea to confirm the addresses first thing in the morning, but anyway not everyone is good at running a business. So I return the call and their employee tells me they can't deliver because there are two residential communities with the same address. WHAT! No lady, try again. I placed my ordered and then dug into the details to see which store would deliver as I wasn't familiar with the area. I was dismayed to see the horrible reviews for this location so I called. The woman who answered the phone was polite and confirmed my order was received and I told her my concerns. She indicated the store was under new owners and they were working to rebuild the reputation of this location. The next day, Christmas Eve, I called to find out the time frame for the delivery, and a man answered who was helpful and polite. A few hours later the delivery was received and the company sent a photo to indicate it had been delivered. I called my friend to confirm it was fresh and well made. The flowers are wilted from the stems, the leaves, the flowers, even the fillers. The $3.99 bunch at Stater's is far more fresh and better looking. The edible arrangement was fine but the flower arrangement was incredibly bad. The flowers looked like they had been repurposed from some other event. They were definitely old and just plain unattractive. Most of them were dead the next day. The bouquet included brown flowers. I was not sure if they were dead or purposely tipped with brown. I would steer clear of using them for flowers. Not their strong suit. read more

The sign outside the store says that the store opens at 8:30am, I waited with another lady, in our cars, until 9:05am and still nobody arrived to open the store doors. I had to blink at the truth when I heard the owner speak to me and lie right to my face but yes, she's the reason behind the bad customer service. I told myself to ignore her rudeness, and place the order since something must have happened that day and I excused her lack of concern for our patience that morning with a forgiving heart. Nonetheless, I asked her, "so, you'll be here then at 9am to open the store when I come to pick up"? She looked me straight in the eyes and said yes.... my husband arrived to pick up our order at 9am that day, he waited just like I did until 9:30am and nobody came to open the store! HORRIBLE!! I had to go back and get my order at 11am, and the order still wasn't out front ready or waiting for me! The container wasn't the correct container and the fruit looked old. I spoke to the owner and she had every excuse she could think of for me, no apologies and no store credit was given. Her comment was, "I have accommodated you enough". Well I was so excited when I opened the and saw that I had received a gift basket from Edible Arrangements. First tim for me. Everything in the basket was tasty and ripe. However I was disappointed to find out that I was supposed to receive a Gourmet Belgian Chocolate Cake Pop with this arrangement. A THANK YOU POP! I did not. I was so regret that order birthday gift for my friend from this store. I have quite good experiences with Edible Arrangements in Austin store. So I ordered gift for my CA friend from this location. Unfortunately, gift haven't be delivered on the birthday. My friend's birthday was 5/13, I placed order on 5/11, and called to the store around 3pm pacific time while I knew gift was not delivered yet. after being waited about 10 mins, a lady told me that order is still in store, not out for delivered yet, but they schedule deliver time is today. I said this is for birthday, please make sure it can be delivered today. And she said their deliver time ends up to 9pm, before they deliver, they will make a phone call. At 11:40 pm (Austin time), I texted my friend, she said there is no delivery, and they didn't receive any call. I call the store on 5/14 morning, but the line was always busy. I had to call edible arrangements 800#, had them to connected me to the store. finally, I got talk to store manager, she said it will deliver on 5/14, and she said i can cancel order if i want, but it is already too late, so I don't want to cancel, just agreed to deliver on 5/14, she said she can give me 20% discount. On 5/14, around 6-7 pacific time, my friend finally got my gift without the balloon bundles that I ordered. I have to call store again, the lady asked me to wait, for couple of minutes, she said she can have driver to turn back send the balloons to my friend. I was not happy at all, it was already late, I don't want my friend be bothered again, so I told them to cancel the balloon from the order. Today, I still didn't see the money refund transactions on my credit card, I called store again. One young lady said they didn't process the refund of balloon yet, she will do it now, and she said she also see the note that manager said 10% discount, not 20%. Well, no matter how much discount is, i was totally disappointed by this store's service. I decided to call a different Edible Arrangement store in Temecula I had not used before, since I had such horrible service from a store that shut down in Corona because the owner was very difficult and rude, as well as their staff. I am SO GLAD I called this Temecula store and reached the Brand New Owner who purchased this franchise store last month (November 2021). He was very nice and able to deliver the Delicious Celebration® - Dipped Fruit Delight - Large and an extra box of Chocolate Dipped Bananas Box - 1 - 12ct box to my dental client in Lake Elsinore and another one to my orthodontist client in Temecula. I asked for earlier deliveries because my clients have special hours and he was very accommodating. The orthodontist's was delivered at 12:49 p.m. and the dentist's office was delivered at 2:09 p.m. so they all had time to enjoy the fruit! I even received an email for each when they were delivered. I will be using him from now on for my clients as well as anyone else I want to send a fresh bouquet of fruit. It's a shame they can't remove the reviews from a former store owner, because this new owner is GREAT! It was so refreshing to deal with a courteous, professional person. The delivery came at nearly 10 PM (!) as a Mother's Day "gift". The berries were small and under ripe ( did NOT taste good and were even that red) , the chocolate dipping was soggy and falling off the berries, the brownie was soggy and sticky( yech). The underside of the most of berries ( dipped and undipped) that lay on the platter, were wet and soggy. (?!). The whole " arrangement" looked like it was a leftover- made at least a day (or two) earlier. Very unappealing. Besides not tasting good ( at all). Threw most of it away. So disappointed!! :( Supposedly franchise is open til 7 but tried to call numerous times hours before 7 ; twice- their " system" was too busy to even leave a message; third time - left a recorded message and contact info.
