So, I've ordered from this location before. Last time as a few years ago during COVID lockdowns and it was a little clunky (like everything was!!). Needed something sweet for Valentine's and my wife loves Edible Arrangements. They had this good sized bouquet ready for pickup the day before Vday. Looked like a war zone when I walked in with boxes and bouquets everywhere while they loaded a massive truck with more fruit than I've ever seen before. They were clearly prepared for the Vday rush. If I knew this location had horrible reviews, I would have never ordered from this place. I ordered a same day delivery. So paid delivery fee plus additional delivery fees plus tip. They end up delivering it to my neighbor's house who was not home. They left it at their front door with the sun beaming on it. Their website says it was suppose to be hand delivered. I would have never known they had delivered it but the store called me to ask if I received it. I told her no. She mentioned it was delivered it 30 minutes ago to a blue door and I knew right away that it was next door. It sat at their door for at least 1/2 hour. By the time I got it, the chocolate was melted, the bouquet was tilted, fruits were fallen on the bottom, the top had a candle that was broken and it was lukewarm warm at best. I informed them but they said just to email the photos. They have not responded to me at all! I was too embarrassed to give this as a gift. It was wasted money that I had to just throw away. Supposedly their website states "Edible Arrangements offers a "Edible Guarantee" that promises 100% satisfaction, offering to replace or refund orders if they do not meet expectations". But I have not yet had someone call me or refund me. They said to email them photos and that was that! Poor customer service for sure and definitely no "Edible Guarantee ". Mother's Day Flowers and edibles that my daughter ordered for me were so unacceptable. This order arrived at my house not refrigerated in temps in the 90's. I contacted the company, they immediately called me back and said they were bombarded with customers and one of the trucks had AC issues. She apologized numerous times, offered me three options and in the end provided me with a new larger arrangement! Very good customer service. Edit: I was able to get a hold of the manager. She was nice enough to offer me what I paid for and matched the amount. I declined and I was able to get my refund. I placed an order to be delivered on valentines day and it said it was delivered when it wasn't. It turns out that the delivery driver argued with the recipient, claiming that I had to live at the location where I wanted it to be delivered to. The driver did not give the arrangement to the recipient, she did not try to call me to figure it out or to make sure the address was correct she just left. She marked it as delivered so of course I was excited and I texted the recipient letting them know it was delivered then I was told what happened. I tried calling the store nine times. They were not answering. It turns out they unplugged their phones because people kept calling (maybe for the same issue?) so I canceled my plans with my husband and I went to edible arrangement to try to figure out what happened. I spoke with a worker and I told them as much as I knew about the story and I was told I cannot get a refund until the manager goes into the store. Yesterday I received a call from the store that I missed claiming that they would like to have more information to know what happened. I am going on day three of trying to get a refund for something that I did not receive. I should not have to fight for my refund. What was supposed to be something cute from my son to his girlfriend just turned into a gigantic hassle. I am glad that I reached out to the recipient because if I had not, and if they did not tell me that it was not delivered, I would've been scammed out of my money. Horrible , I called Sunday to confirm about same day delivery I was advised to go through the app due to them being busy and it's easier . So I went ahead and made an account and set the order off for my wife's bday. I had called to confirm if the order was received and what time they could deliver it . At first they weren't that busy so it should be out quick just had to confirm with her manager , a male not sure of his name . The female worker mentioned she would call back and confirm the time after she spoke to her manager . I requested the drop off before 330 if possible . She later called back and said they could deliver it but it would be at 3:08 but couldn't confirm since they couldn't make it by 3:30 . I was confused how their gps would have them deliver by 3:08 but I was being persuaded to just cancel my order since they couldn't assure it would be there by 3:30 mind you at first she said it would be at my home by 3:08 . So long story short she was persistent on canceling the order so I finally asked if she was asking or telling me. The order was cancelled and welp now my wife doesn't get 100$ worth of edible arrangements, kinda sad employers hire employees that don't seem to care about people's special events . This place is a joke. At least the Temecula location is. I spent $180 on an arrangement for my fiancé and when it was delivered it arrived warm with all of the chocolate completely melted off. It also looked as if it was dropped at some point. The delivery guy handed it to my fiancé really fast and took off running before she could even say anything. I've made multiple attempts to contact the store. Also left a voicemail. I also submitted 3 complaints via corporate website. No contact from anyone from this store yet. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE! I'd like to start off saying I've had wonderful experiences with edible arrangements in other cities and this was unlike anything I've dealt with before. I ordered my girlfriend a Mother's Day package, flowers, 12 cookies and Godiva chocolate. I set my pickup time for 1:00PM and arrived 20 mins early to be safe. The first clue should have been the line out the door with unhappy people in line. After calling several times because I had set up curbside pickup, I waited in line for close to an hour before they waited on me. They informed me that they were out of flowers, even though I received an email saying that my order was complete and ready for pickup. I was trying to be flexible and said I would take something else in exchange, when they brought out my order I opened everything and instead of 12 baked cookies I had 12 raw clumps of cookie dough. I went inside to show them and the lady got unbelievably rude and said that what their cookies look like and I pushed the issue and she said "well that's how they came out of the oven." After a total time of and hour and fifteen minutes of dealing with these terrible people I left and chalked it up to a life lesson.
