My family orders this on most holidays, the fruit is always fresh & tasty, they're on the pricey side but it's very well worth it.

I honestly don't know how this company gets away with advertising one thing and delivering something completely different. The arrangement we received looked nothing like the beautiful photos on the website. The flowers were different, the bouquet wasn't even close to being as full, and it felt like a cheap substitute for what we actually paid for. To top it off, the order didn't even arrive together. The delivery driver forgot the flowers, so the birthday surprise showed up in two separate deliveries. That completely ruined the presentation and the whole point of sending a gift. When you charge premium prices, people expect premium service and a product that at least resembles what's advertised. Instead, it felt misleading and sloppy from start to finish. This was supposed to make someone's birthday special, but it ended up being frustrating and embarrassing. We definitely won't be ordering from Edible Arrangements again. Family ordered two bouquets and a fruit tray for my wife and mother for Mother's Day. Both were supposed to be premium bouquets with a vase upgrade. However, only received one premium bouquet with the vase upgrade. The other was some dying roses with chocolate smeared on the plastic wrap and in a basic vase; the price difference is 30% from what I purchased. When I brought it to their attention, Dustin did very little to accommodate the error and make things right; 10% refund of the order and a verbal promise of 15% for a future order does nothing, especially if I'm not going to order. I did not want to further the issue as I was only talking to Becca and she was just relaying the message for Dustin. read more

WARNING; Don't be deceived like I was ! If you signed up to be a driver on indeed app . It shows that the pay rate is $17-$30 an hour ! That's a total lie ! It's only $8.00 per batch that's only delivered "perfectly "to the customer. If not , then no pay . You have to use your own vehicle, then wait on your car couple hours in the cow line that wrapped around the side driveway. They don't reimburse you for gas or insurance either. Not worth it . Every Christmas, relatives in Toronto, Ontario CANADA generously send us a gift of our choosing, and the last several Christmases, we've opted for a trio of chocolate covered bananas, strawberries, and apples from Edible Arrangements. It's something we wouldn't ordinarily buy for ourselves because they're pricy, but they're delicious, an extravagant treat and truly something special. Christmas of 2022 was quite a shock when I brought home our gift of two boxes (valued at $60) and saw that the strawberries were completely unacceptable in both boxes. They were miniscule and some were not even ripe (see photos). After the Christmas/New Year's rush, I sent a letter to the Victorville, CA store owner (Tammy Serrano) whose card I had picked up the day I went to get our gifts, and I requested that she refund our relatives 1/3 ($20) the price of the boxes we received or that we be provided with a replacement box of 8 chocolate covered apples or bananas in lieu of the completely unacceptable strawberries. I received no response whatsoever to my letter. Consequently, in the future we will request See's chocolates from the new store near Jess Ranch instead of taking a chance on Edible Arrangements. One would hope that a business would take pride in the service or product they deliver but such was not the case for us with this store during the Christmas holidays of 2022. read more

My husband placed an order for my daughters birthday to deliver in Helendale on the website. Order was confirmed a few days before her birthday and a status was provided that order was being crafted the day off. That's a lie. It was never crafted or delivered. When I called today after Memorial Holiday on the phone, I was told that they don't deliver to Helendale. I asked for a refund and the lady stated we will get a refund my email. We tried calling so many times the day of and no answer. The day after left a voice mail. No one ever returned our call or email from the website. I sent a few arrangements to my Best Friend in Apple Valley, CA and my sister in SD they both loved it and the arrangements came out perfectly!. Ordering and customizing online was great! Watch for their promotions on their websites and you can find some pretty great deals. Delivery was on time and they give you updates when your arrangements have been delivered. Prices: are a bit high but if you want to surprise someone this is the way to do it. Fresh fruits and had no complaints of the fruits being old so thats a great thing. read more

There's good service, bad service, and then there's this place where the service was so bad there's no word to define it. An order was placed to be picked up today at 9am. The person who placed and paid for the order put it under my name since I would be picking it up. At 9:45 I arrived and gave my name to pick it up and after much searching, they told me they couldn't find the order. After giving them the name of the person who placed the order it took a while, but they found it and said they had trouble because it hadn't been made yet. (Remember, this is 45 minutes after I was scheduled to pick up) He said they had 600 orders, and could I call in about an hour to see if it was ready. I was frustrated but given it was the day before Mother's Day I figured they had enough on their plate than to hear me grumble so I politely left. Living across town I drummed up some errands to keep me busy. An hour later I tried numerous times to get through to see if the order was ready but could not get through, so I went in at 10:45. The man I had spent a substantial amount of time with an hour earlier clearly had no recollection of who I was, or our conversation had ever taken place. I gave him the name of the person who placed the order, since that's how he found it the last time, and he began searching through his paper files for it. He was also helping someone on the phone, putting them on hold multiple times while helping me too. As he struggled finding the order, I reminded him of my name as well. I have no clue, but I doubt he even heard me. After a few minutes he told the woman his manager was right there with him, and he'd get to her as soon as he can. I'm fascinated that his manager is invisible because I couldn't see anyone else at the counter but him. He then mumbled about helping me and took off into the back for a while. When he came back to the counter, he picked up the phone to help the woman but not before telling me he had two people in the freezer truck looking for my order. My guess is one of them was the invisible manager as well, as from what I could see of their operation it seemed highly unlikely there were two people looking. After finishing with the woman on the phone he stepped in the back and asked for help from a woman who I had been watching make fruit flowers very slowly. Based on how she had been acting, I assumed she wasn't even likely an employee, but temporary help they hired for the weekend. She came to the counter and typed away on the computer. She found the order and was very snide when she said it was under my name and told him where to find it. As she glared at me in silence, I told her I wasn't surprised she found it under my name but expected it to be under the other name since that's how he found it before. I don't know if she suddenly had a physical condition, but she continued to stare not at me, but through me, as if I wasn't there. When I said, "I'd like to thank you for your apology," she turned around and went back having never said a word to me, or even acknowledging my existence. When the man fumbled around and found my order, he placed it on the counter and mumbled, "There," never looking me in the face. I grabbed my $40, small stack of tasteless fruit and walked out for what I can assure you was the very last time I'll ever set foot in there. I should mention, I wondered if the name screw up had to do with the order not being ready the first time and it had been sitting there all along. This wasn't the case as the person who placed the order checked and saw they had received a text message at 9:57am telling him the order was ready. This was a few minutes after I had first left and 57 minutes later than scheduled. I may call Monday and speak with someone but based on other reviews here I don't know if I have the time or energy to waste. I only take the time now because I feel an obligation to humanity to warn you to avoid this place at all costs. read more

I asked on August 18 at 2:02 pm if they could make about 120 strawberries for a sweet 16 birthday celebration that was scheduled on August 31. Let me see if we can accomplish that, she offers. As I patiently wait, I overhear her on the phone asking, "Do we do 120 strawberries? Would that come in 10 or 12 packages?" I'm not sure what the other person said, but she laughed and said, "Oh yeah, just don't want to make sure there was a cheaper alternative." She didn't even return my call to explain. Unfortunately they don't make them fresh or nice at least semi like the pictures. What I received was wilted, melted and a majorly sticky mess that had to be thrown away. This is the SECOND time this location has ruined an experience for me and my recipient. It had been a few years since they messed up an order I placed but I thought I'd give them another shot for Mothers Day. I placed my order, included delivery instructions and a phone number- just in case. I told my mom something was coming and she sat next to her window for the entire afternoon and evening, waiting for her surprise. I had called to check in on the order earlier that day but the person answering the phones couldn't give me an ETA but said it would deliver before 7pm. The website showed that the order was still being "arranged" all the way until 10pm that night-- and you guessed right, the order NEVER DELIVERED. The next morning, I finally got in touch with someone at the Victorville store who said they attempted delivery but no one was home- which was untrue. The associate was unapologetic about the entire experience and wasn't willing to refund me without speaking to the owner, Kelly. After contacting the Edible Arrangements headquarters I received a refund but never heard from Kelly. How many bad reviews will it take to get a response from management of this location? Does Kelly care? Doesn't sound like it, so take your business elsewhere next time you want to send a gift to someone special. read more

Disappointed! I ordered an arrangement for a birthday and it was not delivered. I received a text message at 11:30 am saying it was out for delivery. I called the store at about 2pm to check the status and the woman on the line said there were a couple deliveries before mine. She reassured me that the delivery driver was quick and that the delivery would arrive on time. I called the store again at 4:00 to check on the status and many more deliveries were in front of mine. Spoke with the manager who told me that it would be delivered today. Called back at 4:00 because there was no status update on the order tracking.
