My experience with Arely was wonderful. I called her to order flowers for our school homecoming court and had no idea what I was looking for because this was my first experience planning this event. I had never ordered custom arrangements and I felt lost. I called her and she was full of ideas and put together a plan and a quote and sent me pictures so I could get an idea of what she was thinking. Amazing, quick, easy service. I ordered flowers to send to my mom for mother's Day this year. I selected a specialty flower bouquet, with the specialty vase. The flowers delivered to my mom we're absolutely beautiful. The price was extremely reasonable, more reasonable than 1-800 Flowers. I also asked for next day delivery, which they did quickly and with ease. Again, a very reasonable price. My mom wasn't answering the door initially, during the delivery, and they had the courtesy of calling several times and knocking several times on the door so that she would answer so that they could ensure she got her delivery. A true gem! We've used Apple Valley Florist a few times over the past year and I went in a couple weeks ago to order centerpieces for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. The team at Apple Valley Florist exceeded every expectation I previously had. I only knew we needed four low arrangements and that my mom adores yellow roses (and dislikes lilies) and they took it from there. We picked up the four centerpiece arrangements the afternoon of the party and they were stunning! I The mix of yellow roses, daisies and dahlias are pure perfection. I had a hard time giving a few away after the event. Five days later and I have the last arrangement in my kitchen and it looks as full and lush as when we picked them up. read more

I ordered my sons boutonnière and cour sage for his prom date here. While they were very friendly, I was disappointed once I received the order. The size of both were incredibly small and I couldn't believe it cost me $50 for such a tiny arrangement. Flowers were fresh though and lasted a couple days. read more

I unfortunately made the mistake of not reading their reviews before purchasing from them. The top was the DELUXE "Light of My Heart" bouquet that I wanted and ordered and the bottom is what I was given. I did ask the employee at the cash register if that was really the deluxe bouquet and let her know it looks completely different than what I saw online. It's less fuller, lots of green and you can clearly tell they did not include certain flowers and gave tiny baby roses. So unfortunate because I ordered these for my dad to give to my mom for their 30th anniversary. I would not recommend anyone use this place. read more

My best friend lost two family members in less that 12 hours apart and I wanted to send her a bouquet that would bring a smile to her face. Sadly when she sent me a picture of the flowers I ordered I was completely unhappy with the arrangement. When I emailed Apple Valley Florist with a picture of the arrangement I order vs the arrangement she received they called me offering to retrieve the arrangement, remake it and redeliver it. How completely embarrassing for someone to knock on my best friends door and ask for the flowers back so they can remake them. I do understand slight color variations in flowers depending on season, but I would think a floral shop of all places would understand that presentation is absolutely everything. read more

Ordered large arrangement. The arrangement wasn't even close to what was advertised. It was actually smaller than the smallest of this arrangement, yet I was charged for the larger arrangement. It was so small I actually measured the arrangement! Not even close to what they advertised! Contacted WeCare@fromyouflowers. Sent pictures of the arrangement. I requested either a replacement with the correct size arrangement that I was charged for, or a refund. They gave me 25% of my total back! Really? They misrepresented the size of the arrangement intentionally and then profit from it. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend this Florist or WeCare@fromyouflowers. read more

Last minute roses rearranged for the win from Apple Valley Florist! Week and a half before event, call Conroys Flowers in Victorville to order 1 dozen red and 1 dozen yellow roses. I wanted them wrapped with a little greenery and some baby's breath with cellophane and a matching ribbon. NOT hard... well I sure thunk it wasn't hard! 0900 the day before the event Conroys calls to let me know they can't get the yellow roses. (The day before!) I freak and start calling around to other florists and it's the same answer... no yellow roses!!!! The last florist I'm gonna call before I cry myself to sleep- for no fracking yellow roses-Apple Valley Florist??? Please Lord let them have some Yellow Roses!!!! NONE- however; Ms Posie says give me a few and let me call a few of my contacts to see what I can do....... I wait on pins and needles ( a lot of pins and needles!!!). My heart is rushing, I'm feeling faint AND I'm sure my job is lost over these dang yellow roses! (Military Traditions, ahhhhhhhhh). About 10 mins later- Ms Posie calls...... ALL IS NOT LOST and the military tradition will carry on for another couple months, woohoo! Thank goodness for Ms. Posie and her rockstar crew at Apple Valley Florist! You want more drama? as if that weren't enough. Read on..... the Red Roses I picked up from Conroys looked like I put them together. (Sad really, the cost and the non- effort to make them look elegant failed miserably!) Thorns poking through the cellophane packaging AND a sad excuse for a bow. I was devastated by the display. Yes, another crisis!!! I immediately brought them to the rockstars at Apple Valley Florist and they sprung into action creating a beautiful bouquet to match the red roses! Sheer perfection! At approx 1730 the day before an early morning ceremony a crisis and sure death was averted!!! How did I not know about this florist in my own town??? I truly need to get out more!!! I use this florist to send stuff to my mom beacuse she moved out to apple valley , the first time I used this florist things went well , but the second time was different , I ordered a kind of simple bouquet but paid the extra to make premium by adding half a dozen roses , the bouquet that came didn't look like the photos at all so I called in and talked to someone , they forgot half the roses , and the flowers looked small and sad . I had my sister drop it off so they could see what they delivered and they redid it , and re delivered it to my mom . I appreciate that they made it right , and I'm going to tell all of you what they told me, if you want to order flowers calling in and directly speaking to someone is your best bet . I absolutely loved the way my bouquet came out here! I walked in with no idea of what I wanted but just let the staff know the occasion and my friends favorite color and they did such a nice job. The flowers are fresh and they have a lot of stuffed animals, balloons and cards to choose from to accent the flowers. Was late to my friends funeral, the flowers were very small and very expensive and the delivery girl was extremely rude and late.

I received a bouquet of flowers from my Dad for Valentine's day. Some of the flowers were wilted and brown on the edges. I can tell it is a very expensive bouquet and I'm disappointed in the quality of the flowers. Some of the flowers are bent at the stem and some look crushed already. Leaves are curled up. The carnations are in pretty good shape but the roses won't last long and with it already being brown on the edges, sort of takes away from the appeal. The flowers smell good though. I just wish they weren't old and smushed and brown. read more

Superb customer service. I called from Texas this afternoon because my father passed. I told the sweet woman who answered the phone that I wanted a pretty floral arrangement for my mother to let her know we were "with her". After expressing her condolences, she patiently and tenderly asked me questions, so that she could prepare the best arrangement she could in our absence. Flowers were ordered from here with specific instruction on color and wording for the card. Not too hard. The guy on the phone was super nice and said that they could do everything I wanted and get them there on the specified time. Awesome. The flowers were delivered 15 minutes before the end of the work day. Not what I asked for but, OK, maybe they were busy. Once I get the pictures of the flowers, they are the opposite of what I asked for, which is pretty annoying when they said they could do what I asked. I call today to voice my complaint about the time and the arrangement not being the color I wanted and I get cussed out, guy says he is gonna come take the flowers and give me a refund.
