My friend sent me a bouquet of "get well" flowers while I was recovering from a recent surgery. The bouquet consisted of yellow roses, daisies, and I believe chrysanthemums (sorry I'm bad at flower names, please refer to photo) with a large yellow happy face mug, which was really cute. Came in for REAL rose petals for my 1 year anniversary, I was dirt broke after spending all my money on gifts for my girlfriend. The lovely lady in the front listened to what I had to say, she was very sweet and decided it was up to her to save me. the boxes of rose petals are usually very small and quite expensive at $20 but she understood my circumstances and helped me out with a few extra for the same price. I ordered a deluxe flower arrangement with 5 balloons and chocolates . Paid 64.99 for deluxe, so I imagine it was gonna be a lot more Fuller flowers. It was with a purple pastel base and a pink bow wrapped around . Only to get the most basic flower arrangement with some old with roses not "yellow" and soem were still not open yet basic base and no pink bow . I wanted to surprise my BFF all the way from Long Beach. When she sent me the picture, I was so disappointed this is not what I paid for . You guys inky decided to refund me $11 after I showed you guys pictures, and then I emailed you guys how that was not fair. And just refunded $16 more. Wednesday(May 4) I received my flowers that my son had sent me.I made sure the water was good.In the picture you can clearly see the water level is good.It was Beautiful.The next day Thursday(May5) the little roses were limp and bent over and the Daisies look a little rough. Thurs (May 5) around 4:45 pm I went on Diana's website put in all the information they asked for and told them the problem. I have not heard a word from them. Friday I changed vases and trimmed the flowers.That is probably the only reason some are still alive. For Mother's Day, I ordered a big bouquet to have delivered. The picture showed 24 roses (basic) I upgraded to "Deluxe," which cost another 50 dollars. My total order was $160.00. That's a lot of freakin money for flowers. They delivered a bouquet of 12 roses... not even what the picture showed-12 less than the basic order showed. They agreed to replace it when they got their new shipment in. No problem. They said they would call when they they were going to deliver. I told them it was important to know when they would be bringing the order. They delivered the order without contacting me and the roses say on my front porch for hours because no one knew they were out there. The flowers began dying the next day. I'm so disappointed with this place, and we love getting moon flowers for Mother's Day. They really screwed it up. I would not recommend this place. read more

If you're a fan of the show Nailed It! you'll be a fan of this post. I ordered the stock photo and I paid for the premium bouquet. The other photo is what was received. My best friends response was "Nailed it" like from the show. I understand that sometimes substitutes need to be made but what was delivered was NO WHERE near what was ordered. But let me take you back. Back to May 4th when I ordered the premium bouquet to be delivered on my best friends birthday which is May 8th. I waited all day to hear that she had received the flowers. Guess what, by 5pm no flowers! I call the number on the website, no answer and voicemail is full. I email the email address on their Facebook page. I also private messaged them on Facebook. No response. Saturday morning (May 9th now) I call at 10:30am and speak with Alfonso who informs me that they have a lot of orders for Mother's Day but he will guarantee that my order is delivered that day. No apologies for missing the selected day, I inform him that my best friends birthday was the previous day he informs me that to make up for it they will give me a balloon. A BALLOON! Still no apology. Fast forward to 2:30pm still no flowers. I call the florist AGAIN and speak with an unhelpful gentleman named Daniel. Daniel informs me that they do not have an order scheduled for my delivery. I inform Daniel of the above information(still no apology or any type of distress on their part). Daniel attempted to tell me that I "chose a flexible delivery date" to which I responded "why would I choose a flexible delivery date for someone's birthday?" Did I miss the part of where birthdays are on flexible days?! Daniel states that they will deliver the flowers today. I inquire what will happen if the flowers are not delivered. Daniels response is "then we'll deliver them tomorrow". I let Daniel have it, I tell him that if the flowers are not delivered today I want my money back no excuses. They then delivered the incorrect bouquet below. Suggestion: DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST. They charge you $55 for a bouquet you could have bought at the grocery store and will not deliver it on time. read more

I don't like writing bad reviews and I expected this would be the outcome based on other reviews. But I still had some hope that they wouldn't be TOO bad. This was the only shop I could find that delivered to the area I needed. It's sad that we pay so much for something, for someones special day or just to make someone's day better and to not even get what you paid for. I don't understand how you can do that? I gave it 3 stars because the guy who I spoke to was kind. But you guys should consider your customers a little bit more and really try to make something at least close to what was paid for. This review is based on the disappointment and grief this company caused my grieving best friend and his family. The flower arraignment that was ordered was for his first born sons funeral. I can't begin to explain the pain and anguish he is going through from losing his child it breaks my heart for him. He really wanted the flowers to be special like a last farewell to his sons young life taken away too soon but that was unfortunately ruined. The individual/individuals that prepared this should have gone out of business during the pandemic, there are people who put their hearts into the flower arrangements but their businesses didn't make it through the pandemic. Instead we're stuck with this place that can't even get a three letter word flower arrangement right. I thought my friend was sending me some Instagram meme when he sent me this I honestly didn't know what it was I thought he had finally lifted his spirits ( on the day of his son's funeral) and found a joke but the joke was on him because this is what he paid for to take to his son's farewell, his funeral, his last moments with his little body!!! The kids that I teach would have put more time and effort into making a flower arrangement had I given them some glue and paper mache and they are 4! Judging by all the bad reviews this is a common practice of this business the people here think that it doesn't take any skill to do their job they think anyone can do it and this is proof why you need to check places out and boycott places when they have bad reviews on Yelp because the proof is always in the reviews. Unfortunately due to my friend's grief he wasn't thinking of checking this place out before purchasing from them and they took advantage of him, they used his grief as a way to get money and he has to go to his son's funeral without the arrangement. If you had one job was a person/business should be there name on Yelp! I'm just glad that Yelp exists so that people can see how this company treats grieving families. read more

I pre-ordered my flowers a MONTH in advance of my event and they called me this morning, the day I was supposed to pick them up, and said they could give me different flowers or they could refund me because they weren't able to get them. I understand the weather interfered, but giving less than 12 hours notice on the day of pickup is unacceptable. These were for my baby shower. I ordered daffodils which are both my favorite flowers and the birth month flower for March. I ordered enough for one single vase. Now, my main centerpiece won't exist. I am extremely disappointed and would caution anyone from doing business here. Had they called sooner and warned me that they may have an issue I probably wouldn't be as upset. Had they not waited until the day of and given me more notice, again, I probably wouldn't be upset. My daughter sent me flowers for Mother's Day in May of 2022. What I received was nothing like the picture she later sent me of what she paid for except the vase and ALL the greenery. In the picture there was MANY roses and a couple of succulents. There was one rose and one little succulent and some miniature carnations.
