We ordered through one 800 flowers for the first time and they had sent us to this flower shop. The flowers were pretty and they looked nice, but then we looked over at the roses and the roses look like they have been dying and they were starting to open. It looks as if the bouquet had just been thrown together. The roses died instantly by Sunday morning. Upon arrival, the daisies looked like they had already been falling apart and then by Monday morning, those were completely dead, so we had to take out the carnations and put them into a vase and just keep those flowers because the rest of them had died. I should've read the reviews! I ordered the 'Summer Dunes' bouquet to be delivered to my mom for Mother's Day. They have different sizes to choose from (small, med, large, and x-large). I ordered a large because the small and medium, although cute, wasn't full enough for what I wanted for my mom. I paid $74.99 + tax and delivery. Rude manager!! I paid $68.95 for the flowers and delivery. $49.99 for the flowers it's self, $14 delivery fee & $4.96 sale tax. I called because the flowers I had sent looked NOTHING like how the flowers I seen / ordered online. I called and told them the butterfly was not even in the arrangement and there was more green then flowers which is HIGHLY disappointing! They said they could only send the driver back out to drop the butterfly off but they can not refund or compensate for the bouquet looking nothing like the pictures as shown online because they are fake flowers online. I ordered a bouquet of white and purple roses (picture #1) and what was delivered tp my mom was something more to the order of a $10 bouquet from Trader Joe's. (See picture #2) I get there will be slight modifications from the original, but this bouquet wasn't worth the $80 I paid for it. Fortunately, I'm being credited a refund, but of the florist couldn't handle the order (or a reasonable facsimile) then they shouldn't have accepted it. To start off they need to change the website pictures because they aren't the same as the ones they sell. Second of all they need to call and ask if the client is okay with adding or changing something on the bouquet because we pay for things how we want them to be. The flowers are 1 day old and their already dying and they weren't even well organized or anything they're just lazy they need to upgrade things and I called and got nothing resolved saying we paid and put money worth like it's not worth it cause it's not the same flower arrangement as the pics. I sent my sister flowers. Here are the pictures of what I ordered and what was sent. I called 800flowers.com and they said they would be resent. The same place came to deliver. The person delivering the replacement flowers was rude and had terrible customer service. She wanted to know what exactly was wrong with the first ones and wanted the old flowers first. My sister said it would take her a bit to walk to the bedroom to get them as she was just a couple of days out of the hospital and still a bit slow. The delivery woman then turned around mumbling something my sister could not make out. She did not leave the flowers. Very disappointed! My husband went in on our Anniversary (7/26/20) to have flowers delivered to me. He left the flower shop only to be called later to say they didn't have the flowers in stock and they would not be available until two days later. So he cancelled the order. He called and reordered on Wednesday evening, they were delivered on Friday afternoon. By Saturday the flowers were starting to wilt and some of the greenery was already dying. The floral car that came with said to make sure that the vase was 3/4 full of water at all times (which I faithfully did). I even completely changed the water one day and recut the stems. They are not even a week old and already almost dead. Unprofessional for a corporation as large as this. read more

I placed an order online for a same delivery. Website states orders must be placed by 1PM for same day delivery. My email confirmation shows a time of 12:59. My receipt states order would be delivered same day. After two hours flowers had not been delivered. I called the store to confirm, and they let me know they need orders placed before noon for same day delivery, which contradicts what the website says. No call, no follow up email, no communication whatsoever informing me my order would not be delivered as requested. In the future I will be choosing a different flower shop. read more

Amazing customer service!! I called the day before Mother's Day and talked to Sherry, who was very sweet and didn't rush me to order. I live in Oregon and was not able to see any of the available arrangements, so she took her time with me and seemed to really care. I order some flowers knowing that they probably would be too busy to deliver on Mother's Day and hoping to just get them to my mom on the next day. But she told me they would totally be able to deliver them on time for Mother's Day. Sherry helped me with picking out flowers over the phone with great description and even took the time to describe to me the cute butterflies and humming birds they had to make the flowers more personal. My mother loved them and she got them on Mother's Day!! Today! I also had some laughter trying to figure out what to say on the card.
