Quality product and great customer service. My little niece was in the hospital (sad- face) and I wanted to send something fun to cheer her up. She was only there for 2 nights, so by the time I got online it was a bit last minute since I knew she'd be discharged the next afternoon. It was after business hours when I placed the order, so I left a little note asking if it could be a priority delivery. They delivered it at a little after 9am the next morning! My niece LOVED the chocolate-covered strawberry bouquet (which she proceeded to eat for breakfast). Also, I realized later that they'd neglected to deliver the little bear that I had ordered to go with the arrangement. I called the company and a driver dropped off the bear to my niece within the hour. Again, really appreciated the great service and attention to detail. One of the things I liked most about this company as a busy working gal - you can accomplish everything online without having to get on the phone. This seems like it should be pretty commonplace, but I'm not just talking about placing the order. They replied to my emails in real time, verifying that they could do a priority delivery and straightening out the whole teddy bear incident. Dont bother with delivery. Staff is lazy. Tried three separate occasions to get delivery out to westborough. The first time i ordered at 2pm and they called and said it was too late in the day. Fine. I tried again the following week. Ordering much earlier at 9am. They called and said "oh we already sent someone to westborough today so we cant do it." They had literally all day but whatever. The next week i called as soon as they opened and asked if they could do it before placing the order. They said yes. So i put the order in and waited. Hours later i get an email saying the order was canceled. Apparently the delivery driver couldnt find the big brick building and was too lazy to call me so they just left and canceled the order. Never using this store again. Would give zero stars if i could. read more

This store is just a shit show to begin with, received 1 out of 3 items, called right when they delivered to inform them we were missing 2 items, the staff who answered had the audacity to ask DO YOU REALLY WANT IT? Like no girl, I just paid $80 for overpriced fruits and balloons for shits and giggles , obviously I want it. I requested a redeliver same day in which they ended up never doing so and never called to inform they wouldn't and then they closed for the day, zero communication. We ordered an arrangement last minute for boss's day (our fault really). But it was ordered first thing in the morning and was sent out for delivery at 10:30am. The driver called me at 2:45pm, saying he was here & wanted to know what floor. I told him it was all one floor, went outside, no one was there. The driver barely spoke English so he put me on the phone with a random person. Turns out the driver typed in the wrong address & he was on the other side of the city. When it finally showed up after 3pm, we got a laugh. I ordered the boss's day balloon bundle and what did the balloon say? "Thinking of you" -___- I get we ordered last minute & maybe they ran out of boss's day balloons, but I feel they must've had something else more appropriate. Disgusting. Ordered this for my grandmother for Easter and was disgusted to see the product that was delivered! I just wish we saw all the mold BEFORE we started eating! Moldy strawberries, brown pineapple, wilted melons... this looked like it had been sitting for over a week before being delivered. Such a lovely gift from my sister. Everything looked wonderful. Delivery person was very polite. The trouble was with the fruit itself. All of the chocolate covered strawberries were overripe/soft/UNedible. When I called to relay my concerns I was told it is corporate decision making regarding vendors and not compensating consumers for bad fruit. Although the store acknowledged she had received several disgruntled calls this week due to a "bad batch" of strawberries, there is nothing the store can do. Very sad. This is their livelihood. Changes should be made before another business starts losing all their business. These arrangements are not cheap. read more

Delivered for them on feb 14th valentines day. They were completely understaffed and over their head. Ad was for drivers 9/hr plus they would pay for milage. I was told Id be paid around the 20th, 20th came, no money, came back on the 22nd, "oh we never got a time sheet for you fill oone out ill fax it youll have your check in a couple days" came back on the 24th, "Oh we dont have your check (Because of some lame payroll excuse) youll have to wait until friday the 7th. Three weeks to get a one day paycheck. I wish I had read the reviews before using them. Whomever is running this franchise location is incompetent and shouldn't be attached to this product's name. They messed up my order and basically ruined the gift - it was for a specific milestone birthday and they forgot the birthday numbers. The option of the birthday year carved in pineapple was THE reason I selected this gift over other deliverables. When the recipient didn't mention "oh, the numbers are so cute" or something to that effect, I had to confirm whether the numbers were there or not, have them take photos, etc. Ruined the entire experience all around. There was nothing special about receiving $70 worth of fruit on a "special" birthday without those numbers! I called the Edible Arrangements main number to complain and they said a manager from the store would call me back in 48-72 hours. No call came, so I eventually called them. The person taking the call said the manager was not available but she would assist me. She wasn't apologetic but offered to remove the cost of the numbers. I told her that wasn't enough to compensate for the ruined gift, so she said she'd send me some gift certificates. I figured I'd see what the certificates offered before escalating the situation further. Two weeks went by and I received no gift certificates. When I called the main number again to further report the situation, I found out that the supposed certificates were for use in THEIR store location - although I am 400 miles away. I then requested a full refund and was told the store manager would call me, since only the franchise itself can issue refunds. I still have never received a call from anyone at this location, and suspect I never will. Unless a full refund occurs, I won't be ordering any Edible Arrangements in the future - for personal or corporate gifting - since the main organization doesn't cover for the incompetence and poor customer service skills of their franchisees. read more

Very disappointed is service from the store- I ordered an arrangement online on Sunday for delivery for Wednesday. My daughter is at college and it was her birthday. Being a college town I did not think this would be an issue. I never heard from my daughter about receiving it so I called and she never got it and was never called. When I spoke with them they said we requested an afternoon delivery, which I did - they delivered to a place of business at 7:00 pm???? That is not afternoon to me - they said they called and left a message, but no message was received. No apology - what good is a delivery the DAY AFTER a birthday? Will not order from this place again. If you have a child at one of the many colleges in Worcester my advice is don't bother and if you do, you take your chances. It's a shame that YELP filters real reviews... be sure to read filtered reviews before using this franchise. I ordered a Sympathy bouquet for a friend and expected to have it delivered in a timely manner. They have charged me for an arrangement that was ordered to be delivered on 5/9/13 which didn't arrive. Upon speaking with customer service twice, they told me they would re-deliver it free of charge on 5/13 (5 days late) and never re-delivered it. I've had to ask my friend 3 times to see if they received anything - highly embarrasing to me - which, of course, they haven't. I've called customer service 2 times & the store directly twice. Still no resolution & no apology. Edible Arrangements is now (6/18/13) disputing my payment card dispute for the undelivered arrangement. I order Edible Arrangements very frequently for business, from several different stores, and am very pleased with the product. Recipients are thrilled to receive the chocolate covered strawberries. Customer service is top notch. In the seven years that I have been ordering from Edible Arrangements, there has only been one bad experience with one store, but Edible Arrangements management worked with me and it was resolved. From a personal experience with being on the receiving end, the products are delicious and have always been fresh. One thing that I would like to mention is to be sure that all parts of the order are delivered. On two different (family) occasions, with two separate stores/states, parts of an order were forgotten, which dampened the surprise, and the store needed to be contacted to deliver the remainder of the order. I purchased a Mango arrangement with chocolate covered strawberries for pick up at 10am (it also came with a free 12 pack of assorted chocolate covered fruit). I arrived at 11am and they said it was not ready and the woman at the front desk said she had to bring in mango that morning so that's probably why it was late. OK - but it's 11am, not 8am. I was then given the arrangement 5 minutes later by the manager - OK not a long wait. I also received the assorted chocolate dipped fruit that came with the order. I delivered it to my husband for our four year anniversary. When he opened it I found that there was no mango (they replaced it with cantaloupe) and the assorted chocolate covered fruit was not the apples, bananas, and strawberries we expected, but instead just strawberries (my husband really likes the chocolate covered bananas, but they didn't include those). Worse, the first chocolate covered strawberry my husband picked out had mold along the edge of the chocolate covering. Gross. The rest of them looked OK, but ugh, that's awful considering what you pay for these arrangements. I called the Worcester store to let them know I was annoyed about the mango and they said they would make a new one and deliver it to him. They didn't get it to him until the end of the day and my husband had already left so the secretary took it. Total disappointment. Poor service for the money paid. read more

I ordered online a box of strawberry chocolates Monday night for a Tuesday delivery, guess what driver did not call the recipient, just left the box of chocolates in front of the door. So, when the recipient came home, the strawberries were saggy and chocolates were melted. Common sense, why would you leave this in front of the door when you know that this will melt. Call Manager to complain and they said they will delivery another one, the recipient told them she will be home until 4pm, recipient waited till 4pm and guess what driver did not call again and delivery was made. For my daughters 25th birthday I ordered a birthday arrangement to be delivered to her work place. The girl on the phone took time with me to make sure it was special. I requested a "happy birthday"balloon. Item was delivered after 4 with the standard items not the special items and with a ballon that said "happy holidays". I ordered two arrangements for a funeral for a member of my family and was assured they would be delivered to the church by 10:30. They were never delivered and I didn't receive a phone call til 3:30, with the lame excuse the delivery truck had a flat (it takes 5 hours to fix a flat?). What a disaster. Ordered a gift from this Grafton Street store for my fathers birthday to be delivered on a Monday. Well, by Friday my dad still had not received his fruit. I specified to these people 4x that my dad works and the arrangement would have to be delivered after 4pm (not an outrageous request considering the store is open until 7 and their house is literally down the street) Well, the first day the driver claimed he had to be done by 2 or 3 (heavy accent but I think that's what he said) and couldn't deliver at 4. The next day he arrived at 10am, the following day there was no attempt and then the final day he tried at 12:30. Every day we'd receive all call and have to remind them that the recipient will not be home until 4!! Finally.... totally fed up, I called the store to cancel my order. Told the snotty woman all about the driver and she claimed that we were wrong and they didn't even have any males that worked for them (lie! The service is the absolute worst. My husband ordered a delivery for our anniversary at 9 a.m. Called at noon to check on the status and after calling four time being on hold three of the four for over six minutes was told the delivery was on its way. The delivery was less then two mile from their store and on the same street as their store However, almost five hours went by and the delivery person showed up right before we were leaving work at 5 p.m. no apologies were made and he was extremely rude. I called the manager Alyssa the next day only to be told all calls are recorded (but you are never legally told you are being recorded) and she never said that my delivery would be a specific time. She cared more about her being right than the satisfaction of the repeat customer. Now that being said I will NEVER use the Grafton st store again. You will get top notch service from the Shrewsbury store and I suggest you give them your business as the Worcester store does not deserve it and Alyssa needs a different position than customer service. read more
