I have never seen such hardworking guys ever! They worked over 11 hours and even rented a hotel to stay the night to come back at 6AM to finish the job since they live an hour away! Respectful and always willing to lend a hand even when I was taking groceries out of my car. They offered to help bring them in. You don't ever get service like that anymore, EVER! They did so many things that will make me refer them over and over. Isareal and his team even stayed after to re-organize everything in our storage! He didn't expect to get paid but did it to make it easier on us! If you want someone that will get the job done and done right. Don't even hesitate to call Isareal and his team!

Dee in the office was very nice and was able to offer two time slots on the requested day, even though it was only a few days out. On the morning of the move, the movers were very friendly and casual/professional. They were quick, loaded the truck efficiently, and unloaded it at the new place just as quick and efficiently. They even took care to wipe their feet every time that they came in after walking on the wet grass so as not to mess up the newly cleaned carpets. I could not have asked for a better solution to my moving problem. Should I ever need help moving again, I will not hesitate to call All About the Move!

We discussed the job over the phone, a quote was given and we accepted. We scheduled for the next Sunday. The team was late showing up, not a big deal, we discussed that we needed the furniture most of all to go and then what totes could be loaded afterwards. Everything was grabbed and was being placed on the truck. Items were being pushed up against other furniture trying to get it to stay in place. Wooden items should be wrapped and protected, not just shoved and shoved until they don't move. The team did stay busy, moved quickly and did not waste time, which helped reduce the cost, however with damaged items, the cost go back up. If you have items that you don't care about, you don't have antiques, or nice things then this company might be for you, however if you do have nice items, furniture you like or items that have sentimental value or real value, then this is not the company to use. Items will not be wrapped, some items that had glass did have cardboard wrapped around it, so I will give them that, however the overall item was not wrapped, and the wood was damaged, so it still stings. I contacted Josh and he requested pictures of the items that we found to be damaged after the move. I sent the pictures to him, and he has not responded back.

First off they make you rent a truck, which they will pick up from the moving company, what they don't tell you is they will use the same truck over the weekend to move other people and run up the bill on you for mileage and gas. They took every screw out of every piece of furniture when we asked them not to and said it was their policy to "rack up the time" onsite. They broke several pieces of furniture that was over 20 years old in the family. They damaged our frig bringing it up the stairs as the dolly they had wasn't made for moving the frig. They attached the water hose to the back of the frig and didn't tighten it and it flooded our kitchen, after they made us sign a contract stating we would hold them harmless, shame on us for not reading it more closely but they show up the day of with this contract and state that you must sign it before they move anything...WHY WOULDN'T THEY SEND THAT TO US VIA EMAIL PRIOR TO THE MOVE AND LET US DECIDE IF WE WANT THE SERVICE OR NOT, oh no they do it the morning of putting you in a horrible spot. There were several things that were missing or broke. When we called the owner he put us off for WEEKS stating he had to talk to his partner and then they never called, we tried to do a charge back with the bank but they had the NERVE to fight it and we couldn't get the charge back to hold do to the stupid contract that they made us sign. They refuse to make it right, so we are telling everyone please stay away from these horrible movers as they will rip you off and you will have the most horrible moving experience ever. I never give reviews but I have to on this occasion. We just moved from Grayson, GA to Statham, GA…read more Full 10 hour move and we have a LOT of stuff. First, the crew of 5 guys and two trucks. They were awesome! Went above and beyond. Did anything you asked them, very polite, and were a great example of a group that worked as a team Second, we ran out of room on the trucks. We weren't able to get our new fridge delivered due to a drop issue. Two of the guys drove back to Grayson (30 minutes each way) to get our secondary fridge and a back patio table. This so we could have a fridge in the garage until our primary one gets delivered on Monday. We couldn't go a whole weekend with coolers and ice for the family. This at NO extra charge Lastly. There was a deep scratch on our hardwood floor entry and a good bit of oil spots all the way up the drive way due to a truck oil issue. I mentioned it to the main guy and without me knowing he called Josh one of the owners. Josh called me directly and said he was on the way to resolve the clean up and take care of the floor Josh hand scrubbed the entire driveway issues with a brush and worked on fixing the hardwood scratch. The total work took about 2 hours and he staying until 7:00 PM on Friday night. Just wow Now as a small business owner myself, this is one example of a company and service job that Josh/team should be very proud of. It should be 10 stars on Yelp On a side note, this is my third move with Two Men and a Truck over the last 17 years. It won't be my last but I hope we don't have to do it again for another 12 years :)
