The "McDonald's of Eye Care" - (would you like fries with that?)…read moreFirst, I want to say that the front desk was organized, friendly, and very efficient at getting checked in. Then it ALL went downhill from there. First, the waiting room is too small and I don't care for being in small crowded space with 50 other people. They run this place like a machine - hustling you to a room for some type of testing, then toss you back into the waiting room to wait for the next type of test. I was put back in the waiting room 5 times during my visit which took - OVER 2-1/2 hours. Also, you need to have a driver to bring you home because they put so many drops in your eyes you can't see a thing for hours afterwards, so you get to waste another person's time on top of your own. Also, they wanted to inject some kind of dye into me to check blood vessels in my eye - which they told me might make me nauseated and want to vomit. Blood vessels have NOTHING to do with the issue I was there to see a doctor for and I told them I would pass on having the injection. That didn't go over well, and I guess it was silly of me to be under the impression that the patient still has some right to direct their care plan.... I'm certain that the doctor I saw was very well educated and trained, but that doesn't constitute being dismissive jerk to your patients. He didn't tell me anything that I hadn't heard from my "regular" eye doctor regarding the nevus in my eye and never addressed my need for cataract surgery at all. But he told me to come back in 3 months.....ummmm - NO! I wouldn't set foot back there and wish I hadn't wasted my time or money in the first place. I would recommend you look elsewhere for the eye care you need.

They are more interested in collecting money than taking care of patients…read more Was on a payment plan, and needed to see the doctor. They disregarded the terms of the payment plan, and demanded full payment.
