I've had to use this company twice to save myself and my family members from situations that could quickly have gotten out of hand with any other company. The quick reply and response time to the the scene of our vehicles was exactly as quoted. The fee for services were very reasonable. The way the company went above and beyond the bare minimum was a blessing to see. They stopped my brother with my car that I had just purchased and had the signed title in the car…read more They didnt allow my brothers girlfriend to grab her purse or my brothers wallet or belongings from the car and they left her on the side of the road and towed the car. We went the following day to pick up and they kept denying our calls and the moment my mom tried to call and they heard her speak spanish they instantly started treating her with disrespect and were just being dismissive towards her and told her they would block her number if she kept calling but my mom was just trying to get the title from the car since they had asked for it. We called the sheriff that afternoon but by the time they showed up it was "past their business hours" so sheriff couldn't do much and told us they asked us to bring another form. The day after I went to retrieve the car but they asked for title and insurance, the title was still left in the glove compartment and they did not let me grab it because "thats what everybody says" according to them.. they asked for me to get a notarized form from previous owner to be able to go in and get it. Well we got said form and they deny our calls and keep hanging up and they dont open the gate either. We have call log records where we have been waiting hours since before business is "supposed" to close (which ultimately they have different hours all over their yelp and google). They are a horrible business that is just trying to bank off people. We will definitely be submitting a higher complaint towards their business, it has been 4 days and we have still not been able go retrieve my vehicle. ***UPDATE*** Finally got the car. Was charged $761 because they couldn't answer so I could get it sooner. Also my car was completely open, my brothers phone is missing and his money and his gold bracelet with his name is missing, and the Car title that was in the vehicle is missing. Another worker helped us and they didn't even have the car into he lot they took it to another (which they didn't communicate to begin with) and then he begged for us to not file the complaint, which we still will be doing.

I tried to jump my car, but it didn't work…read more I called JC's, and they were at my apartment within 30 minutes (I lived near the UTRGV campus - pretty close to them). Before anything else, he tried to jump the car himself. It still didn't work, so he hooked it up to the wrecker. I had a franchised auto care place picked out, and we were on our way when he recommended a smaller, closer shop (Joe's Master Service Center). They were able to see me immediately, and everything worked out great!

We were driving an older small Ford Ranger and the spare wasn't easy to reach. They tackled the job, put the torn tire back where the spare had been. Both men were wonderful and so nice to visit with. We had just moved to Weslaco and they shared places to eat. GREAT service!

Extremely unprofessional and unethical to do when someone's vehicle is broken down and they know you are in a bind. The exact words they used were "well you can find another towing company or pay more". I cannot recommend AGAINST this company more.
