This Discount Tire is right on Hwy. 69C, next to the Murphy Gas at the corner of Hwy 69C and Canton. So they are conveniently located with easy access regardless of which direction you come from. I have usually gone to a business that is closer and more convenient for flat repair, one that is more "redneck", but has given me good service. However this last time apparently the tire air pressure sensor was damaged, causing an alert on the control panel even though the pressure was fine. I decided I needed to take our Hyundai to a place that is more sophisticated and "knows how to treat a lady"... So I took it to Discount Tire as a "walk in". There were several people ahead of me, but I was greeted upon entry and waited on within 10 minutes. The attendant checked out all four tires externally with a gadget that reads the sensors and confirmed the one sensor was not giving a signal. I was quoted a total price of $78 to replace the sensor. I asked how long it might take, and he estimated 70 minutes. I paid the amount and took a seat in the lobby. My vehicle was ready within 40 minutes. All works now as it is supposed to. I found the attendants helpful, friendly and efficient. I don't know how much it would have cost at other places, but I feel it was a reasonable price. The lobby was clean and not over-crowded (3 PM on a weekday). You do have the option of making an appointment, but even as a walk in, I did not wait long. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this Discount Tires, and will be a repeat customer when necessary. read more

I've gotten my last 2 set of tires here and I've always been really happy with the service and the tires. There was an issue airing up with this last set of tires and they gave me the next comparable pair even if it was a little more expensive free of charge. I can't say enough good things about the guys who work here and how good they are at their jobs. They been able to answer and questions and I usually learn something new every time I come in by virtue of them letting me know what's going on with my tires. read more

Discount Tire has done it again!! Great customer service, value and peace of mind!! I had not been to Discount tire for a while because my tires were factory on my hybrid, but alas my car needed new tires. I have been a customer at DT for years. So when it was time for some new tires I knew exactly where to go!! Upon arriving it was super busy, it kinda scared me. However, the staff here is super organized and tended to rush in no time. They were professional and had complete product knowledge. They explained to me my options of tires and warranties available for my specific car. They were patient and ready to answer all of my questions. I feel I made the right choice in tires and warranty. But it didn't stop there!! Next was the wait. They assured me they would call me when my car was ready. I was told about a link sent to my phone to track the status of my tire installation! I thought to my self let's see how this works out. As I was shopping at Harbor freight I checked the status and it said car had just been completed and then I got a call that my vehicle was ready!! I walked back and there it was a car with new tires. Wow! I am absolutely impressed with the crew at this location. They were amazing at their jobs and the customer service was the friendliest. I wish I could congratulate each and every employee there as they were fast, efficient, skilled and joyful while performing their duties. I took my car in for new tires and what was supposed to be a 45 to an hour process turned out to be 2 hour long wait...but the service they gave was top of the line that it didn't matter...inspite of working in hot weather it didn't stop them from being so cordial and respectful....lol the breaking of my rim cap didn't matter cuz the associate was goin to work in replacing it!...was a pleasant experience to say the least, highly recommend! read more

Got there at 11am asking about a nail in my tire. They said they had a replacement at another location but it was busy so they offered to bring it to me within 30 minutes. They said I'd receive a phone call once it arrived so I waited outside. Once an hour passed I decided to go inside and it had gotten a little busy so i waited in line to ask if my tire had arrived because I never received a call. Mind you it was already 1:30... the man said it was in store already and because of the rush, my tire would be ready at 4:30pm. 6 hours to change a tire because of a nail, will never come to this location again. read more

My wife's car was having a problem with a sensor. She was traveling out of town the next day and I was worried sending her with that sensor not working. So I went to the store to ask if he would wait for my wife to arrive since it was minutes from closing. The manager said sure with a smile.
