Full review from google that they tried to silence and attempted so here as well. Standard bait and switch here. I own a successful business and have a large fleet. I typically use my internal vendors for vehicle purchases but I thought I would snag a deal myself instead and build more relationships. I now remember why I don't take this route. Advertised a vehicle 10,000 under true price which was excessively inflated. Don't waste your time. UPDATE: I got a call from the Steve, the store manager. He opened threatened me on my recorded business line stating that "I don't want to leave you a bad review on your business after you leave one on mine, then we go back and forth" that it's "not good business for anybody". Dear management: we have very well recorded interactions and understanding of Google as a review platform. We have the ability to track reviews to a single device. If i at any moment find that anyone from your establishment leaves a review, our legal team will be calling yours. Update after ownership response: It looks like yet another feeble attempt to disregard a real review. After search DNS on some of your post, this makes complete sense. I am requesting a full audit from google of your reviews considering the destination of many are from oversees, which makes complete sense after this shameful attempt to remove a review and silence a REAL customer. I typically refrain from naming individuals unless they are personally liable in the deceitful act. However, in an attempt to reclaim trust in my review status, and the tactics Edison Nissan deploys, I have no choice. The attempt they are making as an organization I have seen before in another business that I operate in. This is where you claim that this is a competitor trying to reduce your google score and therefore, should be removed as a fraudulent review. I spoke with Jesus at first from online sales (find attached proof). He of course did not follow up which again, now makes complete sense. I then spoke with Bic (like the pen he said) who I believe is a collateral damage in this post as I do not believe he did anything wrong but was my direct salesman (photo proof of interaction and number shielded to avoid breaking google forum rules, plus he did nothing wrong per say). Steve on the other hand is the store manager or finance manager. We had a brief interaction when I arrived when I asked where the bathroom was and he responded "you have to buy a car first" Joking back, I said "I have a blank check in my pocket" Which in fact, I did. After our later interaction, im wondering if this comment was inappropriate after meeting someone for the first time. Steve is the one who ultimately down and tried to sell me on the $10,000 increase in which I replied that this is a bait and switch in which I don't have time for. I asked if we could both respect each others time and make the deal that was promised. They came back with another offer which is when I parted ways. Bic shook my hand and I walked out the door, sat in my car before leaving for my next destination and wrote the review. It is then that Steve, the manager, called my on my work line (which is recorded) where my assistant picked up and transferred him to me. The reason for the call could be only one of two things. 1. they wanted to move the vehicle before end of year or 2. To ask to remove the review. Based on the interaction I had at the dealership, I assumed it was the latter. Unfortunately, this was the case as Steve said "its not good for either of our businesses" Knowing well that he was trying to scare me into removing the review. I also had this on speaker at a competitors office, along side being recorded so that if necessary I was able to take action where applicable. Final Notes: After reading the response from management I decided to check the listing as I was sure that it would be removed by now. Unsurprisingly, it was removed and is no longer listed after being exposed in person, and now on the internet. I have attached all applicable proof. I invite you all that read this lengthy review to call the number. VoIP may be deleted by now. RUN AWAY! You can clearly see that I spoke to edison on numerous platforms. I will share my google maps data as well if needed as additional proof. This dealer is pathetic

let's talk about infinity and Nissan of Edison I bought a used 2014 Buick regal and boy let me tell you about the scheme artist these people are. i get every car has sales taxs doc fees and all the dmv stuff you need to pay for. but when I sit down to talk numbers and they hand you a paper with bogus fees like if you don't live 5 miLes from the dealership the charge you a fee of a 1000 not a college graduate 500 fee if your a loyal customer 750 fee and if you were ever in the military 750 fee so if u don't apply to all of those things they try to charge You for that I literally had to argue and go back and fourth with them for them to take that off like if they were doing me a favor . It gets better on top of that they tried charging me for the maintenance of the car where no where on the website or anywhere listed with the car do they say u have to pay for that. why should I be paying for maintenance someone else did to a car . When u buy a car you pay for what its worth or what its going for. It's all sales tactics. so they can over charge you and on top of seeing the mechanical fees, they did to the car nothing had prices for everything they did to the car . so how the hell do they get $2900 for mechanical fees? well anyways to sum up what happen my father in law called me and told me to just leave they are scheming you so I ended up leaving and I couldn't even tell you how many times they called me to come back long story short i came back we made a deal just for the price of the car doc fees and the dmv stuff they ended up over riding the mechanical fees supposely and not even a week later one of the mechanical fees where the windshield wipe and I already to replace them . lol so obviously all the stuff on that sheet it was b.s these people are scam artist and and if I wasn't in need of a car so bad I would have never bought a car from these people ! if anybody higher up or general manager of president or vice president is reading this I would love for you to contact me . Yeah I'm done.

Put partial deposit down over the phone and took truck home upon return to dealer very soon after. Jean, manager, however mentioned that they'd match our banks rate if we went through their bank, however upon signing the papers, "that's impossible". So unfortunately we had to settle for their rate for signing and now attempt to get our banks rate.

When I arrived for my appointment, the location was closed. I was not alerted to this closure and in fact, received a note reconfirming as mentioned above. I emailed my service provider listed (Carlos) directly to flag that I went to the appointment but the place was closed. After not hearing back when they opened that day, I followed up with an email to Ryan and Daniel listed online as manager and points of contacts for bell Audi but have not yet heard back from anyone. I know they were open all day today as I noted from the sign on door. I also texted the appointment number. I traveled to the Audi dealership and made an effort to keep my appointment and no one from the bell Audi team had the courtesy to tell me the location was closed and the availability and confirmation were actually not accurate. And still nobody has had the courtesy of getting back to me to acknowledge the issue/error. I aimed to use this location as my primary dealership but this experience was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. Days later and after posting the review, still no response or acknowledgment. I would have been happy to reschedule if I was contacted to do so. Horrible customer service.b
